Staff were very friendly and helpful in getting me to pick one of their sandwiches and preparing it to my specifications. I was impressed with the freshness of the bread and ingredients. The amount of meat on the #2 was impressive. I only ate half of my regular sized sandwich and had the rest the following day (just as good on day two). I promise I hate to do this because I truly love this place! But last night I decided to have my hot sub for dinner when I normally only do lunch. Sorry never again and I should have taken a picture like I normally do but I had a lot going on. Never have a I ever got a sandwich where to top of the rosemary bread was hard and the chicken appeared as if it had stuck to the grill and they were in big chunks. To begin with, I could say everything was above par. & above my expectations! The Fresh vegetables, delicious banana peppers, nice vinegar and olive oil, & the mayonnaise was perfect, not weak or overpowering. Especially in the tuna sandwich, which was exactly the way I like it. We also got a Jersey Mike's Original Italian, and the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak sandwich. Everything was delicious. Are you kidding me? Just spent over $15 and this gluten free sandwich looks large enough to feed a 3yo? What the heck. I literally want my money back. I got the sheistyest amount of toppings and lettuce and the bread looks like 4-5 inches long. I'm so UTTERLY ANNOYED. I should have taken my money to burger boss for their gf burger and fries for this price. Now I have to make myself a second dinner since this is like a baby snack. I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Mayra during my visit. I work up the street, we were originally planning to go out for lunch, but our business meeting ran over time, so we decided to pick up sandwiches instead. The order was somewhat last minute, and I came in to place an order for 8 sandwiches. As soon as I walked in, I apologized to the staff and acknowledged that it was a larger than typical order (8 sandwiches). That's when Mayra stepped in and immediately began reprimanding me for not calling ahead. I completely understand that large orders can be stressful, especially during a busy time, but her tone and approach were unnecessarily rude and unpleasant. As the line started forming behind me, she began loudly yelling at the staff to hurry up, despite the fact that every employee was already working hard and actively preparing orders. It created a very uncomfortable environment not only for me as a customer, but seemingly for the staff as well. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with a basic level of respect and professionalism. Instead, I felt like an inconvenience and as though I was being scolded for placing an order. What bothered me just as much was the way Mayra spoke to her employees. Based on her behavior, I assumed she may be a manager, which made the interaction even more disappointing. I understand everyone can have off days, and I truly hope this was just an isolated incident, but the experience was unpleasant enough that I felt it needed to be brought to someone's attention. I reached out via the Jersey Mikes website and due to it being a franchise they reach out to the owner and I never even received a response. I hate to have to write a bad review but I hope that no one else has to feel like a burden for placing an order. Do better. read more

No knock on the staff, but I just don't see the bang for your buck here that I was expecting. I ordered a regular Chicken Philly today and the whole time I was eating it, I was thinking about alternatives for the same price that I would have enjoyed more. Let's just say consistency is what makes a meal enjoyable. You always know what to expect from a JM sub. Now, if you want to elevate your sub, add the cherry pepper relish. I've recommended the spread to anyone who likes JM subs and they can't believe they've been consuming the sandwich without it. Also, freshly made bread and slice as you ordered meats and cheese? DOORDASH ORDER! Quick order, quick and accurate preparation. The order was ready for pick up fast. Very well packaged, everything arrived well. Both subs tasted ok. My wife's buffalo seemed like it was drenched with buffalo sauce, which made it soggy, very messy. Way too much sauce. We've ordered this same sub from other Jersey's locations, non of them have had this unnecessary amount of sauce. (Maybe is just a personal preference) But other than that, the subs did taste good. My wife didn't get to eat her whole sub (Just too soggy at the end), but from what she and I tasted, subs were good. Ingredients were fresh. Good seasoning, other than the sauce lol. read more

Service is horrendous in this location but I can't say it's all their fault. It's always busy here around noon "lunchtime" so when placing a pickup it wasn't ready. The thing is that they asked what's the name on the order and I told them 4 times to 3 different employees so I assume when the order is ready they'll tell me nope it was sitting right there after waiting for over 15 mins. They need to implement a system where they mark the receipt like some other restaurants do so when the marked receipt is ready they'll let the customer know instead of the customer getting frustrated because you've already waiting a long time and now seeing it just behind the counter ready and wasn't called out to you is the part that got me irritated. read more

Service was very quick despite my stumbled order. I was having trouble figuring out the difference between the turkey sub and the turkey club and the poor crewmember was confused as heck. This particular location for Jersey Mike's can be pretty hit or miss. I've had subs that have come from here that were just completely awesome, some that were just a salty soggy mess, and everything in between. At times the wait doesn't match what you're promised even though you ordered ahead on the mobile app, which can be a bummer and normally occurs during the busier hours. In store customers appear to be prioritized and I totally get that. Avoid ordering later since those are the times where the sandwiches are normally pretty awful and a sad mess. My first experience with this store was a few years back. When I walked in I was warmly greeted with smiles and "how can we help yous." The crew worked well together, the store was clean. Even though there were several people in front of me, I was out the door in less than 10 minutes with my sandwich and a big smile on my face. It has been downhill since then. I have never seen that original team again. Now there is a new "team" almost every week (I use quotes because they clearly do not know how to work together.) There is one guy (with several piercings and some tattoos) who has been there all along and he is GREAT. He should be the manager. He is courteous and efficient, but he can't make up for the rest of the "team." On one Sunday, there were six people ahead of me in line. I understand that a line makes things difficult for the workers so I patiently stuck it out. My order (one mini #7 and a drink) was started 25 minutes after I got in line. Then it took another 10 minutes to get from the meat cutter to the payment. By then, the line was out the door and people were walking out without ordering. I sat at an inside table to eat my sandwich. I watched and listened. Every customer had to say, "what?" to the mumbled question "would you like that Mike's way?" and most of them had to ask what that meant. One elderly lady said, "what?" several times and the "team" member just mumbled it again and again. Finally the lady said, "I'm sorry, I can't understand you. What are you asking me?" The manager leaned over and, shouted, "he's asking if you would like it Mike's way!" The poor lady said, "Oh! I'm sorry. What does that mean?" The manager rolled her eyes and pointed to the sign. The lady said, "I can't read that without my glasses. Can't I just tell you what I want?" All of this while people in line were rapidly losing their patience. For my last visit to this store (a few days ago), I arrived within 15 minutes of opening and the store was a mess. The doors were covered with hand prints, the outside trash can was overflowing (see picture), and the tables were left dirty from the night before. This was not the first visit where the store was in disarray. The outside trash can is almost always overflowing and the tables almost always have crumbs or ?? on them. I really like Jersey Mike's sandwiches (thus the three stars). Hopefully, this store can find its groove again. read more

Debating between 2 star or a 3 star.. This review is based only in the service I have no complaints about the quality or taste if the food it's all good in that department. I called a few minutes after 11am to place an order for some mini subs. I asked a few questions like what's best for a group if 6 as far as mini subs or giant subs cut up. All I got was attitude with a side of info no recommendations. I finally placed my order for pick up at noon. I go pick up my order and again it seemed like they didn't want to be bothered I paid for my items and asked for a few containers of the vinegar since I ordered my subs dry so they wouldn't get soggy. Come here fairly often for lunch however today was a much different experience. Came at 1:00, stood in line for 20 minutes and line had only moved 4-5 people as it started to proceed out the door. The manager, who I assume because they were calling out breaks, failed to address the line out the door and continued making take out orders (even though nobody was waiting on these). As my lunch is only 30 minutes I had run out of time and had to leave the line empty handed.
