My wife and I have tried a lot of sandwich places. Jersey mikes is definitely what I would call fresh. I watch them cut the ingredients for my sub. All parts were fresh and tasty Overall our subs were good. I would recommend. Place was staffed by young kids but they weren't playing or goofing around. Sure the talked but nothing out oh the ordinary. The final verdict: I will go back. read more

First time ever trying jersey mikes... Very rude. Tried to hurry us out and seemed mad we even came in.

I placed a $75 order via the Jersey Mike's app, an hour goes by and I get a text that the Jersey Mike's store canceled my order and to call the store. I call the store and no one answered the phone. I called back three times and finally someone picked up. I said "you canceled my order which I did through the Jersey Mike's app". The lady said that they have nothing to do with it, that they are not Door Dash, and that a Door Dash driver picked up my order, I did not order through Door Dash. I call the Door Dash customer support and they tell me they cannot see my info that Jersey Mike's has my info and I have to get a refund through the store. Door Dash then attempted to call the store 5 times and no one picked up. So they emailed me the store's phone number and told me to contact them. I've tried over 15 times now and no one will answer at the store. I wrote messages to both the Jersey Mike's Facebook and X accounts, with no reply. I called the corporate number, which had been discontinued, I filed a ticket on the companies webpage, with no reply. I had 6 extremely hungry people & kids that never got their food. I've spent countless hours on the phone trying to reach someone to get this sorted out. I'm still out $75 this is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and absolutely ridiculous! We usually order catering for all the kids birthday parties from Jersey Mike's, after this ordeal we will not be doing business with them again! read more

Personally, I prefer Jersey Mike's to the myriad of other sub places. The service isn't always the most friendly, but they make a tasty sub. Always fresh, relatively fast depending on the crowd. You can eat in a casual atmosphere if you so choose. They really need drive thrus but I like watching my sandwich being made! read more

Very pleasantly surprised with Jersey Mike's! I have been to subway, firehouse, jimmy johns, among other chain sandwich/sub places. Jersey Mike's far exceeds those other establishments. I ordered a catering box with a variety of subs. I ordered on-line, the day before, picked my time and when I arrived, the subs were fresh, packed full of ingredients and without skimping on the meats. They were all neatly aligned and arranged in a very easy-to-manage carry out box with everything labeled. My favorite was the turkey and cheese. They used delicious deli-like turkey, no weird white, slimy turkey like other sub places. The whole group was so pleased with the lunch and we all commented about how good the sandwiches were and for a reasonable price. This location was open at 10am and they were very efficient. This was my first trip to a Jersey Mike's. I went on a Sunday afternoon, no customers in line and no rush. However, the sandwich area was messy as they were preparing online orders. The sandwich maker was scraping the bottom of the lettuce bin to complete orders. I asked for a new bin of lettuce prior to placing my turkey and provolone sub bc the leftovers were freezer burnt. Overall, the sub was decent. Although some of the lettuce was brown when it was put on my sandwich. Also, they were cutting sandwiches with same knife for each customer and placing that knife on the bare counter (counter they didn't not clean in my presence). This location should work on cleaning procedures. read more

I ordered a #13 Italian and asked for extra lettuce but the girl who made it barely put any lettuce on let alone extra! The last time I had a Jersey Mikes sub the guy made it perfectly. This time there was a girl making them and she skimped on every item from the meats, cheese, veggies and dressing. I'm surprised I got bread. The girl working Wed, June 6 2024 around 5pm obviously doesn't know how to make sandwiches or saves half the items to take home for herself. Either way the customer gets cheated. This location is hit or miss. Meaning one it's great next time you wonder why you even eat here. It seems the days it's really good. The female manager is present. And if your real lucky she makes your sandwich start to finish. Other times you have to repeat yourself several times. Ordered 3 subs and only received two. Of course the one that was missing was the GF one. They made it impossible to get the sub we wanted now since it was delivered. They did say I could reorder it and they wouldn't charge for it but I would still have to pay another delivery fee. I've always liked the food here but will never order delivery again. Not even sure if I will ever be reimbursed for the sub I never received. Updated - I was given a refund for the missing sub and they did offer to get it to us but we would have had to order it again and the order had to be over $15 to get it delivered. On top of that, I didn't want to get charged for delivery again (not sure how that works with the delivery service) and the whole process was hard for my wife to follow. The employees loudly complained about each order, and seem to enjoy providing poor customer service. As far as my order, they didn't start working on my order until I had asked for it, only after I noticed them helping pickup customers that had walked in after me. I've used this place many times. The last three experiences have been horrible. Most of the time, I order on the app. Last time it was an additional 15 minutes past the stated wait time as there was only 2 people working. I looked past it due to the environment we're currently in. Today is the straw that broke the camel's back. An order was placed at 10:45 for an 11:15 pickup. After arriving at 11:20, we noticed there was only one girl working and several people standing in line. After finally getting her attention, she advised she hadn't even gotten to our orders and it would be an additional 30 minutes before she could get to them. She was told not to bother making them and we left. I dont' blame the employee, I blame the owner. They need figure something out or maybe just close the doors until they do. To make things worse, she did not know how to cancel the order, there is no way to cancel it on the app, and there is no way to contact Corporate via the phone. I tried some kind of spicy chicken wrap - wow was it tasty - some kind of cheesy goodness in there - a little messy with the cold salsa inside, I might try to get that on the side next time. Ordered a regular roast beef sub with chipotle sauce #43, and what I got was a soupy mess that leaked through the wrapper and the bag it was in, within about 5 minutes. Opened it up and it was an absolute mess, the paper as mentioned was soaked through, guess what the bun was like...it was a disgusting soggy mess. I slipped this onto a paper plate, scraped back what was once bread, but now more like tapioca pudding, the meat was hot but the texture was chewy. One of the biggest things I noticed, with the over abundance of "chipotle" sauce it surprising my did not taste anything like what one would expect a chipotle sauce to taste like, rather it had sort of a bland sweet and sour or teriyaki flavor. I work right next door and have been to this Jersey Mike's more times than I can count. To start, it's newer only opening in March and they've kept the place looking pretty clean. I certainly appreciate it, personally, as a restaurateur myself. I am a Jimmy John's fan, and in terms of their cold subs I still am - mainly because JJ's doesn't have hot subs. This place does. I only eat poultry on subs for the most part, not a salty pork meat kinda guy. Their meat is made for them and has good flavor just not something I personally enjoy. Anyway, back to what matters - the hot subs. And ooohhhh boy, Let me tell you - they are amazing. My favorite is the number 16 and 17 - the respective choices of chicken and original Philly cheese steak subs. No matter which one you get, you can NOT go wrong! They are grilled fresh and take a minute, but are well worth the wait. The produce they use is fresh as well, and really creates a unique sub. They have the classic meatball sub as well, but I'm not much of a meatball fan. They serve Mama Vicki's chips, which are also good. Including a drink, a sub, and chips, it'll set you back about $10 to 11 - comparable to other fast casual joints in the area. If you're in a rush they also offer online ordering - quite nifty. All in all, not much else to say about this place, to me it's just another sub shop but if you count their hot subs, that in my opinion is what puts them "a sub above" their competitors. read more

I ordered online and the order confirmation indicated the order would be ready in 15 minutes. Knowing it's a busy time of day, I assumed it would take a couple extra minutes to prepare so I purposely planned to arrive at least 5 minutes after the time it should be ready for pick up. I got distracted at the office, then got caught up in a little bit of traffic. I got to the store 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. All the toppings and dressings make the sub even better. They always have music playing in the background, usually Michael Jackson lol. Seriously, every time, it's always micheal Jackson.
