That's one sandwich of a pound, but the original is not that much cheaper. Add in all added expenses and your at a $40 sandwich.

Price is crazy have to pay more for lean meat otherwise all you get is grizzly meat. When ordering online you have to use a service not straight through them big disappointment. If you get all lean meat and extra pickles your over fourty dollars for 1 sandwich, yes a pound of two meats split but I can get a pound of each meat, loaf of rye and Swiss for that. The Russian dressing is a watery terrible mess. I rate most things really high but stay away, unless you want to use your Gold card credit card if you have a family of 4.

Bread Basket on 8 mile and the one located on Middlebelt in Livonia has seen me for the LAST TIME! I spent close to $50 including tip and received this NASTY FATTY Reuben on Sunday 11/16/2025. The owner said they're under NEW MANAGEMENT. Well, the quality of the meat is NOT good, the cuts are DISGUSTINGLY FATTY and the man had the AUDACITY to say that I can pay extra for lean!!! In my years going to both spots, I have NEVER paid extra for lean. After paying about $25 per sandwich, it should be PERFECT! Instead, the quality tastes like it's a CHEAPER/LOWER GRADE piece of meat, and the customer service is INSULTING! He wanted me to bring the food back same day or he would so graciously give me 10% off on my next visit. WHAT???? I ended up throwing the sandwich away. I'll go get my own corned beef and for $50, I can get a nice cut with onion rolls, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut and have a few nice sandwiches. This is how restaurants that USED TO BE GOOD, END UP GOING OUT OF BUSINESS! DO BETTER! I've been coming to BB for about 10 years. They have LOST ME, and I will encourage others to go elsewhere. Your business/loyalty is NOT appreciated here. The NEW OWNERSHIP SUCKS!!!!

    Corn beef eggroll

The egg roll was absolutely terrible. I attached a picture. Couldn't even get past one bite.

We ordered the 17oz corned beef and pastrami sandwich and an egg roll. The food was delish. We are from Michigan but moved to Florida. There are no corned beef shops there so this was a real treat. Yummy!

The tenderest well made corned beef sandwiches around. I've been coming here for years, and I would recommend it to any and everyone.

Went to this place on a recommendation from a friend. We ordered the #12 and 2 corned beef egg rolls . I thought it was pretty good the sandwich was stacked , but those egg rolls were to die for. If I wasn't stuffed I would have ordered more of them . We sat inside at the booth Service was good , but it definitely needed some updating in my opinion, but hey if people keep going I guess you don't have to do a thing if the food is consistent. If in the area id recommend trying it out

Best Reuben in the Detroit area I have found so far. Seems a far cry from some of the better delis in NY area though.

The staff is still learning, so give grace or order in the app with modifications as an option if on a time crunch. Everyone was pleasant. I ordered a Carlo's Way with no honey. The smoothie was good and stayed cold for well over an hour in the compostable cup. I like that everything is done fresh to order. I also tried the Chicken Cali salad with chipotle glazed chicken. It is a tad spicy, so if you don't like spice hey regular chicken. I would return. Pricing is just a little more than TS, but the ingredients are fresher, they use less ice and have an assortment of drink options including raw juice. I've tried Smoothie King across the street and Tropical Smoothie regularly. They open at 8am during the week. Parking is ample with spots behind the building and side given its in a large plaza. They are right next to a chicken spot that has a drive thru, so watch the corner. App offers a way to bank points and there is a new subscriber offer (there was of of writing this review). I already had the all and prefer ordering ahead in general.

I went with the Crispy Cancun sandwich (fried chicken, chipotle aioli, pickles and roasted corn topped with cilantro on a challah bun) and the garlic parm fries. Everything was really good. The fries were doused in a lot of sauce and even a bit of garlic butter but miraculously they didn't get soggy. The sandwich was juicy and crispy and the bun and toppings went with it all perfectly. I went with the mild flavor as I can't do much spice these days and it was perfectly seasoned. I also went with one of their slushes, the apricot mango, and I LOVED it. I'd come back for that alone! Price is a bit on the higher side for fast casual, it was around $30 for all of it, but it was delicious and prices are going up everywhere these days so I get it and don't knock them for it. But it's worth mentioning if you're reading this and on a bit of a budget. That said, they do have some combos and items that could make it much more cost effective. And coming with friends will make it all easily splittable as the portions are generous.

The staff members that waited on us were so kind and helpful with our questions. I ordered the chicken tawook platter a small hummus and fattoush salad. The portion sizes were enormous and would be plenty to share between 2 people easily. The chicken was moist and flavorful, the rice cooked beautifully, and the charred vegetables delicious! We were surprised to see we were the only ones in the entire dining room. The staff greeted us right away and got us seated immediately. The dining room does not have the typical decorative flair of most middle eastern restaurants in our area, but they are fairly new. When our waitress came to the table, we asked about recommendations and she offered a few. I decided on the chicken and beef shawarma dinner combo and my wife went with the Chicken Tawook. The waitress pointed out the traditional spits that they cook the shawarma on in the kitchen. Both meals came with a lentil soup and salad, which we picked the fattoush. To start, the lentil soup was decent, nothing out of the ordinary. However, the fattoush salad was excellent and dressed perfectly. They topped it with fresh pomegranate seeds and the right amount of dressing. We ordered a small hummus, which was nice and creamy. I wish they made the soft pillowy bread in house, but it was just the standard pita bread. The amount of food you get for the price is outstanding. The shawarma combo was a great way to try a couple items. The chicken shawarma was pretty good (I am not always a huge chicken shawarma fan) as it was a little dry. However, the beef shawarma with the garlic pastes and rice were on point. The real winner was my wife's Chicken Tawook. The chicken was moist, flavorful and just delicious. You can definitely split one meal for two. To end, the waitress surprised us with a delicious dessert she called the Beirut Dessert, it was yummy. Overall this place was good. We will definitely go back to try some other options. It is hard in an area with so many middle eastern options, but I hope they do well. Stop by and show them some love.
