I'm definitely a fan of these subs!!! Mikes way is the best way!!!! My niece and I came here on a Friday for lunch. It was slightly busy but it didn't take long for us to get our sandwiches. We were able to dine in comfortably. The staff here is really nice / helpful. They don't have Coke products so this was a bummer. Ordered Gaint #5: provolone, ham, prosciutto and cappacuolo. Asked to replace provolone with ham. No problem.. until I got home and found out it was all ham. This Jersey Mike's location is pretty spacious. They were very quick and efficient filling orders while we were there yesterday. We got our usual subs (mini veggie on wheat and a regular chicken bacon ranch on rosemary parmesan bread). We appreciated the two flavors of canned sparkling water, and they also had their natural sodas available in cans. read more

My wife and I decided to swing into Jersey mike's for a couple subs and had a great experience today . She got the steak and cheese and I asked about getting the #13 Italian hot and they grilled the meat for me and made it a hot sub which was great on a cold day! Customer service gets 4 stars, hot sub menu 3 stars, the taste of my chicken Philly 4 stars. They have a lot of positives, ordering is easy, subs are good, and the staff was very friendly. My negatives are they don't have a large selection of hot subs and the line petition they have between the order line and walking area is not needed. If someone is standing behind the petition looking at the menu it is hard to pass them without bumping into a booth of people enjoying their meal. My suggestion would be to move it all together and people can just follow the counter all the way to the register. The inside is small and I think this would give them more room. I can't imagine what it is like when they get super busy. I will be back and hopefully it will not be at rush hour. I got a regular chicken Philly and the portion is huge! read more

We LOVE this place! It's easily the best place to get a sub in Lynchburg. It's a bit pricey though, a regular sub runs around $8 with no chips or drink. It takes incredibly fresh, super flavorful, and tons of meat! They slice the meat right in front of you when you order it. It can be pretty busy during peak times, and there's limited seating, but it's well worth it. I almost always get the #17 steak and cheese, and it's always incredible. Check it out if you want to splurge on a sandwich! You won't regret it. read more

This was our first experience with Jersey Mikes subs. The food was good once they got my son's order right. My wife ordered the California chicken cheese steak and it was delicious. The staff here is great, they're all very friendly! This place easily has the best sub's in all of Lynchburg. Even as a PA native, Jersey Mikes' cheese steaks top anything we can find locally in Philly. This place is a bit more money than going to subway, but the quality difference is huge. Great subs but the turkey was never well cooked off the roll. Every time my wife got turkey club she was sick all night. Had to stop going. I always got a different sub. I can't handle undone turkey.
