I'm American I understand. But things like they speak Russian in a place that sells a lot of Russian goods and the customer service was lacking because there wasn't much of a greeting even at checkout. All I have to say is go travel. Even in Britain there's a lack of customer service like we have here. It's a cultural difference. You're going to a store that sells goods from another country and a lot of those people who immigrated here from there, I'm sure enjoy the fact that they speak their native tongues there. Stop being such snobs. But it is in East Cobb so there is that.
