THIS LOCATION DESERVES ZERO STARS!! This was the WORSE experience I've ever had. I went there at 10:11 to order breakfast, it took me 15 min to finally get to the window. Once I got to the window, I got the wrong food, next, they gave me my order but it was completely wrong. Their health rating was a 100/A. That's the only reason this is getting 2 stars. I came in at 9 PM, the restaurant is supposed to be open for another hour and they've already put away the ketchup, cleaned out one of the frosty machines, and they are more concerned about going home than they were serving the customers. I understand people wanting to go home, but when your store is open till 10 PM, you shouldn't be tearing down the equipment when you have customers coming in the door. However, it will no longer impact me because I just purchased my last meal EVER from Wendy's. I can't remember the last time my order was correct, including today. I tried this tonight for the first time since it was remodelled. I got to the first window and the guy who took my card was polite and had a mask on. The person at the window had no mask, one guy inside had his pulled down below his nose (gross) and several other had no mask. I ordered two Classic Chicken Sandwiches (which had been advertised half to death in this area as 2 for $5), two small fries and a four for four meal. Somehow we ended up at $18 and after leaving realized I had not gotten a receipt. I hope it was worth it to them because I won't be back. Very strange for a fast food restaurant! 4:55 Saturday, apr. 27, 2019I placed my order at the drive-through, paid my money, and only had two cars in front of me. I waited and I waited and I waited and finally I inched around the corner to see a big gray SUV at the pick up window waiting for her order. After 10 minutes of waiting, I pulled my car into a parking space and the lady in the big gray SUV said there's nobody at this window and I'm supposed to be somewhere right now. Before I went inside, I told her I would find out what was going on. Once inside, I saw that one young Wendy's employee was on her cell talking in the alcove by the condiments. I went up to the counter and saw three young or four men hurrying around but there was nobody at the pick up window and I asked to see the manager; she came over to the counter from out of view and I told her that there were six cars backed up behind me (and with me and the two in front of me makes 9) and they were peeling away before paying their bill or even ordering-- they could see there was a big holdup. I told the manager that the lady in the gray SUV said nobody had even come to the pick up window--she hadn't even seen anybody at the pick up window. Then I told the manager there was an employee on her cell phone and the employee in front of the condiments heard me and said, " I'm talking to my mother!" The manager gave me my order and I went back to my car and the lady in the gray SUV, still waiting after 15 minutes at the pickup window with just a few cars left behind her, said nobody still had come to the pick up window to explain why she didn't have her order. THIS IS GOING TO BE A LONG READ!! If I could give this location less then ONE star I would. Im currently employed with another company full time during the day. I figured I would seek temporary p/t employment. I learned of this job by my son whom said they needed workers asap. So i inquired and was advised to apply online via SNAG A JOB. You go thru a little virtual training which include slides and interactive modules. My first day to report was at 10:30 am on a Saturday. The team was very welcoming, On this weekend day the assistant mgr Yaya/Yadora and Rose/General Mgr was also present. The dining room is currently closed due to covid so only the drive-thru is open for service. Around 3:30 pm I requested to take a 15 min break the afternoon rush had slowed down and figured this would be a good time. The asst mgr Yaya and Gm Rose was standing near me when I requested a break. They looked at each other and Rose stated to Yaya " ITS YOUR SHIFT" So Yaya stated " I NORMALLY DONT GIVE BREAKS however you can take a break." Now please everyone know and if you dont.. IF YOU WORK MORE THAN 4 HRS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A BREAK. (check with your state dept of labor). its the LAW!! I took my break and continued working until the end of my shift. Im not a spring chicken so i was worn out by 5pm. lol.. The next day (SUNDAY) I was advise that I would be training on a unused register because I would be working the drive thru window. The training was all of 15 mins MAYBE. I was told to listen to the orders over the headset and try to follow. Its been yrs since I've worked at a fast food register so it was taking me time to get my rhythm. Nonetheless I was placed at the register ALONE yes when i was unsure someone came to my rescue but in my opinion you should not throw a inexperienced person on the register. I was told its best to just jump in. WHATTT!!! OK so what do i do? I got in there and messed up a few orders..LEARNING EXPERIENCE I guess..lol. I worked a few more addt'l days all went well..a few staff members had a few negative things to say about mgmt but, i ignore the remarks. I like to experience for myself. AND I DID.. ANOTHER saturday I report to work at 10:30 am shift. I jump right into my role which they call COORDINATOR. this person will gather the order bag it and hand it off to the person at the drive thru window. So I had a large order and i placed fries and nuggets in one bag walked it to the counter and guess who SNATCHED the bag out of my hand. YAYA/YADORA herself. she snatched the bag and emptied the contents out onto the counter. I stood there for a second to take it in. (even at my age im learning to not react) So I decided to walk off. (IT WAS BEST) but the more i thought about it the more I became upset. I walked into the dining area and heard her talking to the crew about me. I then gathered my belongings and headed for the door. again, I over heard her telling the crew.. "I DONT KNOW IF SHES JUST LEAVING OR QUITTING" I couldnt help it I had to say something at this point. I said if you want to know ask me they dont have the answers for you. The crew members are teenagers. My oldest son is 30 and my youngest is 15. However they are someones children. but they arent her's and shes very disrespectful and it was my duty to let her know it.. I let her know she is in mgmt and suppose to lead not talk about people or be unprofessional and snatch things out of people hands. She asked me how did she snatch out of my hand. At this point im on 60 and not sure what else i said but, see got my point and left to never return to that place. I myself have witnessed this asst mgr be rude and nasty to customers at the drive thru. slam the window in their face etc the list goes on. afterwards I figured out why she believe shes unrepeatable. Shes been there for 14yrs. at a Wendy"s.. do she not want more for herself. she should have owned it by now. She's very comfortable in her role and carry herself as if she beyond REPROACH because they need her. This location is a revolving door and the district mgr should look into why. or maybe he dont care. When i walked out that day i reached out the General Mgr Rose by text and I advised her that I was leaving and I would call her later. I want to be in a more relaxed state when i spoke with her. So I reach out to her and she texted me saying that she would call me when she got out of the movie theater with her son. I didnt hear from her until the next afternoon by text requesting that i call her when i had a chance. I didnt place the call..i felt like she should have called me and not text. get both sides of the story and not just one..if you care..if not then dont..and she didnt. so to this day the issue went unresolved and I ok with that..their loss. However i will look out for other parents children and make sure I contact the dept of labor to make them aware they are not allowing time for breaks or lunch. Thats mistreating your employees. The customer service was not good, I had to ask for my own receipt and they did not ask if I wanted one, nor did they acknowledge me when I came to the window. They move slow and when I ordered baconator fries they gave me a halfway full container of fries. They need to do better. read more

Went in the drive-thru around 2pm just to get a spicy chicken sandwich combo with a lemonade. Besides me there was one other car in line, but service was still super slow. No big deal though. I wasn't in a huge hurry. I pay, get my food and come home only to find out I was given the completely wrong order!
