    Chicken Chipotle sub
    Sarah P.

U had a Chipotle chicken sub today with the parmesan bread. It was freshly made. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The bread was lovely and fresh, however the sauce inside the sub soon made it soggy.

This litto spot opened recently in Miami Lakes next too a few other food spot. But I have a thing for cold cuts so how can I past it up. I asked the The Original Italian and the nice thing about this spot is that they actually cut your cold cuts right there in front of you! The original has provolone cheese, ham, prosciutto, cappiuculo, salami and pepperoni. Then after all my cuts where effortlessly thin sliced they ask you f you want it "Mike's way" which pretty much is lettuce tomato and onions with oil; vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano. I like a little kick so I add jalapeños. And boy was that sub made to order. I must say pay them a visit if you're in the Miami Lakes area! If you're not into cold cuts I noted they have philly cheese subs. Plus! You wan warm your sub in the sandwich press. Just saying many options. Give it a try!

We are BIG time Jersey Mike's fans. Like, when on vacation and looking for a quick bite on a long drive we will detour to the closest shop. They make sandwiches fresh with each order and the turkey and ham are raised without antibiotics. Cold subs are served "Mike's way" with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices, and "the juice" which is oil and vinegar. You can also add pickles, banana peppers, mayo, and some other sauces like mustard and ranch. They have white, wheat, rosemary parm, and gluten free bread. You can get a mini, regular, or giant sized for your favorite sub as well. They have chips, cookies, and brownies as sides and a variety of Pepsi products to drink. To order you walk to the back and order your sandwich with an expert sandwich maker and watch them slice your toppings right in front of you. Pick your chips or cookie while walking down the counter and receive your soda at the end. The place was busy when we got there and stayed that way. It's usually like that at the other locations so it really wasn't a surprise. We got our subs and didn't have a problem getting a table. All in all an enjoyable sandwich experience. OUR FAVORITE SUBS #13 The Italian- Mike's way, no tomatoes, add banana peppers and mayo #26 Chicken bacon ranch- no cold toppings, add pepperoni, ranch on the side. #16 Mike's Philly- add mushrooms and jalapenos to make it just like-- #55 The big kahuna chicken- it has onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and white American cheese. You really can't go wrong with any of those subs. We hope you love then just as much as we do! PRO TIP: sign up for their sub club to get a free sub after a few visits.

Enjoy a great sandwich and a great deal! Here is the link: https://www.jerseymikes.com/landing-page/5e43183bb2eb4

My kids and I visited the Miami Lakes establishment, being new and all of course it was clean and fresh looking. I was excited to have a sub shop close to home. I had a regular ham and provolone Mike's way and I got my kids mini with just ham and mayo(that is how they like it), 1 bag of chips and 3 fountain drinks. My total was just under $28. Only after I had my meal did I see there was a kids option that included a sandwich, drink and cookie for $4.75. I wish the staff would have alerted me about that. Never the less the sandwiches are good and if you have a coupon even better!

Visit: first Food: chicken philly reg size Atmosphere: loud music, lots of family, not ideal for big parties, a bit disorganized since its new but nothing impacting it negatively Staff: young but professional and nice Tips: chicken philly or steak Return: yes!

Friendly staff, good parking and you can see that the meats are sliced upon order. I had the club sandwich which was a real tasty sub that I will definitely go back. The ham was sliced thin and it's good ham not generic and the bread soft and again really good. They have three sizes keep in mind the giant is really big and can feed two hungry people.

There were a variety of Spanish tablas, appetizers, platters, sandwiches and also a menu for lunch that included burgers. However I opted for the salmon bowl. The staff member who assisted me wasn't friendly at all. I asked for any fresh juices and she pointed to the juices on top the counter. I ordered a ginger ale. I also ordered fries and I wasn't even asked for the sauces, my ordered came with mayo-ketchup. As for the Salmon bowl, wild quinoa was served with lots of fresh lettuce and arugula with a couple of red onions and thin sliced amount of smoked salmon. Nothing special about this dish just very bland flavor of the salmon and the cheese didn't tasted like mozzarella. As for the dressing the salad was served with mustard vinaigrette. The restaurant looked clean and tidy but it needs to improve on customer service and also get rid of flies inside the venue.

Mine just tasted like salt and I couldn't really find/taste the pineapple. I was underwhelmed with the sweet and salty combo that I was expecting. My friends said their sub didn't have the tomato! So they had bacon, lettuce and banana peppers. I understand that they didn't say "tomato" when asked about toppings, but the worker probably should have asked since it was a BLT. We were all disappointed. I kept a star because the workers were very nice and patient with us while we ordered. Overall, great team but not great food. I'd rename the restaurant "Subpar Subs"

After a full day of work, the last thing I wanted to do was drive across Miami in search of dinner…read more Fortunately, Miami Lakes has its own surprises. One of them is 1910 Restaurant & Bar, a Spanish-inspired restaurant that blends premium steaks, seafood, and a little theatrical flair without losing sight of flavor. The meal opened with an order of Cheese Balls, crisp golden spheres that reminded me of pão de queijo, except they skipped most of the bread and focused almost entirely on the cheese. The exterior shattered pleasantly, giving way to a molten, creamy center. Paired with a pineapple sauce, each bite balanced sweet and salty in exactly the right proportions. My wife ordered the Australian Wagyu Flap Sirloin, a 12-ounce cut grilled over charcoal and served with house-made chimichurri. It was everything you hope Wagyu will be, deeply beefy, wonderfully tender, and rich without becoming overwhelming. The chimichurri added brightness without stealing the spotlight. Then came the dish that first caught my attention. The La Reina de la Casa, or "Queen of the House." At first glance, it almost feels designed for social media, a cheese pizza crowned with an enormous grilled octopus. I would be lying if I said that presentation didn't influence my order. Fortunately, this wasn't style over substance. The pizza itself stood on its own with a crisp crust and generous layer of bubbling cheese. The octopus, however, was the reason to order it. It was expertly grilled, tender without a hint of chewiness, and seasoned with a spice blend the server politely described as the chef's secret. Whatever was in that seasoning deserved to remain a secret, because it transformed an already well-cooked octopus into something memorable. Dessert brought things back to the classics with a crème brûlée. The sugar crust cracked cleanly beneath the spoon, revealing a silky vanilla custard underneath. Simple, elegant, and exactly the ending the meal needed. 1910 could have leaned heavily on flashy presentations and premium ingredients. Instead, it paired both with thoughtful execution. That's a far more difficult trick to pull off. Some restaurants earn attention because they're photogenic. The best ones earn repeat visits because the food is every bit as impressive as the photos.

Unheard of. I found them on TikTok and decided to stop by today and I'm glad I did. When I saw the ad on TT I told myself that the quality was gonna be subpar and boy was I wrong. Perfectly cooked juice-oozing filet wrapped in bacon with chimichurri on the side. The moros(rice and beans) was also a pleasant surprise. I believe they use basmati rice which is different than most restaurants. Crunchy tostones made in house too, not the frozen stuff thank God. And the portions? I couldn't eat it all so there's that. The joint is nicely decorated and it has a full bar as well as a good wine selection. The service was exceptional and even the manager checks on the table periodically so kudos for that too. An 18% gratuity is already included but well deserved nevertheless.
