I think this place is great for a jersey Mike's. Getting to the parking lot kind of sucks but I can't blame them for that. Every time I get a sub here it looks just like the one on the menu board. Mooresville: We just got home with a carry-out of a "full-sized" Philly Cheese Steak styl Sub from Jersey Mike's. When we opened the package ... We can't believe it! What used to be a good foot-long sub has now been reduced to eight (8) inches! Can you believe it? You now get 2/3 rds of a sub ... cheated by 4 inches. Moreover, a "half" sub is only 4 inches! Having lived in New Jersey and New York ... well, they should be ashamed! Unacceptable. What used to be a four-star sub place should now been reduced to one-star. If you are going say you sell real New Jersey style subs, then raise the price ... not be cheap and lower the quality! read more

This was my first visit to Jersey Mikes. I have to admit I love Publix subs but this was very good today. The sub was fresh and stacked high with Turkey and veggies. I added the Jersey Mike sauce and it was a nice addition. The bread was soft and fresh. I enjoyed my sandwich. I appreciated the friendly and efficient staff. We used to be the BIGGEST BIGGEST BIGGEST fans of Jersey Mike's. I mean we used to tell everyone that they were the best. The last couple of years they just got greedy. Not only have they started to skimp on the meats (similar to subway), but they've raised their prices seemingly every time we go in there. My husband and I went for a late lunch at this location of Brewley School Rd in Mooresviile, NC. The place was trashed. All the tables were filthy and garage was full and had not been empty all day. Behind the counter was disgusting. It was messy all over the counter. We were second in line. There were 4 or 5 young men working behind the counter and half of them were standing around doing nothing. There were plenty need to be done by cleaning up behind the counter and out at the table where people can eat. There is no leadership here for sure. When we got our food and opened up our sandwich was falling apart and was so message. Very disappointed. The management team to have someone lead the team and get the place organize and clean. I love Jersey Mike. I come to this location many many time and this was the worst experience. read more

We try to go shopping once a week as newcomers to this area, and eat somewhere different to learn about the area. Jersey Mike's was so crowded that people were leaving. And they had orders for take out too. In fact, they said they would hire anyone right on the spot if we could work! But the long lines told us the food was good. And it was. The dining area needed more tables. As born Yankees we were glad to see Yankee food available in the area. If they continue to have big crowds like this, they'll need a larger space. Every location I have eaten at has never disappointed. Only down side to this location is that they do not offer a military discount. Other locations have given up up to 50% off. I want to give a shout out to the Jersey Mike's team off Brawley School Road in Mooresville. They work their butts off, especially during the lunch rush hour. I've made it a weekly ritual to eat an early lunch on Fridays there with my kids, and the staff is always operating on full- steam. Special shout out to Chad! He's awesome! He's got such a great attitude, always welcoming and saying goodbye to each person that comes in or goes out. He's got an upbeat personality and always goes above and beyond to get us what we need with a smile on his face! Hope he gets acknowledged by the company!! Great place! We received our sandwiches quickly and they were loaded with meat and cheese and tasted very fresh! This is always a great go to when your not in the mood for a sit down restaurant and need something quick but tasty! Secondly their integrity is incredible! I left my purse hanging on the back of my chair and absentmindedly walked out unaware. It wasn't until after they closed and I dissected my day, that I realized what I had done. Now mind you, we were just in Mooresville for the weekend, as we are buying a new home and transferring back to the area. After a sleepless night, wondering if my purse was indeed there, my credit cards, ID, cash and car keys , for my car, back in St Louis, were all in the purse! I was not going to be able fly back without an ID!!! I arrived Sunday morning back at Jersey Mikes and thankfully they not only had my purse, but had put it in their safe overnight! I am truly grateful for their honesty and integrity and can tell you this would NEVER have happened in St Louis! Will never order on line again from this location. Order was suppose to be ready at 12:50. I arrived on time but the order was not ready. The sign said upon arrive call for pickup of online orders. I called but they would not answer the phone. 10 minutes later one employee ask what order I was waiting for. 5 more minutes the inform me that they no longer have white bread. My order was finally delivered at 1:15. I noticed on the to go table an order scheduled for pickup at 1:10 had been sitting there since I got there at 12:50. I had a philly cheesesteak. The quality and service was much better then, best subs in town. Now half of the time my sub is wrong? Sounds impossible but apparently it is when you order subs from the grill and they don't make them directly in front of your face. Seems like portions of meat has gone down a lot as well. This is a great store! Very fast and consistent service, which is always good to see when you're grabbing a quick bite to take home. I did have an issue when they accidentally gave me the wrong sub when they were busy, and I didn't find out till I got home, but they handled it wonderfully. I called, they said that they realized their mistake after I left, and to come back in soon for a free sub. Even though a mistake was made, it was a pretty painless fix, which I do appreciate. ***Mooresville NC *** location ....Things must have declined at this location based on the earlier reviews. While, when made correctly or you do not have to wait 30-40 minutes to get a correct sandwich, the food is on par with Jersey Mikes. However the staff at this location especially a young petite female who would rather argue with you that she made your sandwich correct than keep a customer. Everyone knows how this goes, one unsatisfied will tell a minimum of 9 others and when you go on the lake every weekend...I will be sure to share with all who stop in at this location to go to Jimmy Johns or firehouse. I tried to give the location another shot by using the app thinking I would get a correct order only to show up and find the argumentative young petite female unable to locate my order, asks me is I remember what I got and when I tried to explain she got the order incorrect yesterday...it was more important that she argue she made the order correct yesterday. I would rather take my business elsewhere and will be sure to tell every lake person I know...again not based on the food just the lack of customer service and long wait times as well as app that does not actually place an order but tells you it did. read more

Horrible experience! I placed a catering/Box of Subs order on Friday for a Sunday pick up at 10am. This was for a graduation party on the Lake so I needed it at a specific time and I confirmed that it would be done and ready on Sunday at 10am. I was told no problem. I arrived to pick it up and they had no order slip and no box of subs. And the two working could have cared less.
