Love this Jersey Mike's, going into store and ordering never had a problem. Online ordering, now that's a different story. I've ordered 3 times online and the pickup time has never been accurate, all three times had to wait for orders to be made. Also the accuracy of orders are not checked. The online ordering system is very good, but the follow through on reading orders needs work. First time online missing chips, ordered 3 chips and quantity was never checked only got one. 2nd time ordered 2- #13 one without pepperoni , even ordered it separately for accuracy. Highly recommend that the management put one team in charge of online orders so that they don't get left on the back wall and forgotten. read more

There's typically a line out the door over here , I've found even if you order ahead you're still gonna be waiting awhile. I wouldn't reccomend trying to stop here quickly during a lunch break or anything like that. But I would prefer Jersey Mike's over subway anyday! Today, 3-29-2023, I tried in good faith to create a Jersey Mike's account so that I could order two subs online today. I cannot remember EVER experiencing such a MESS in any of my attempts to create an account with any company in my life! After MULTIPLE attempts, I was confronted with a message to consult an administrator because nothing but errors were all I encountered. Furthermore, my attempt to ORDER online was met with a menu that DID NOT EVEN INCLUDE the portobello sub that had been advertised as a new available choice. The WHOLE experience was DEPLORABLE. I called them before I ordered my steak and cheese sub. I made sure to tell them that a steak and cheese sub would be ordered in large for Lisa. They told me I had to use the online app. I used it to order the sub. I made sure to say just steak cheese, and mustard. I also put it in the notes just steak cheese, and mustard. I got some kind of sub that had all kinds of vegetables in it. This is for my father. He has stomach issues. I called them and they said, can you find it in your heart to forgive us. their subs are actually pretty good, tasty, but they are pretty small and very expensive. i'd go more often if it wasn't for that. their regular size sub is 1/2 of a small subway sub and it costs more. i'll stick with subway most days. read more

They elevate terrible service to an art form. I wish I could give zero stars. Stopped at 4:30 to place an order for 4 subs for pickup at 6:00. When I arrived at 6:02, the guy who took my order was just STARTING on my order. I told him I'd wait by the window. 20 minutes later, I went to the cash register to cancel my order. Turns out the guy who knew I was waiting put my order in the rack without bothering to tell me. What was the point of ordering in advance? To make matters worse, the subs tasted gross. Problem 1. They don't listen. Give order to guy #1. Ordered #9 Turkey, roast beef, and bacon. On parm rosemary bread. 2. Guy #2 comes out of nowhere and starts making sub. Is told #9. So out comes the regular sub roll. You think he is making someone else's order. You wait. Guy #2 then passed this sub to guy #3. Who is looking at you for what you want on top? Hmm thats not my sub. I ordered on parm rosemary bread. "You should have said something sooner" says guy #3. Ok I also asked for mayo on top and bottom of parm rosemary bread. Just about ready to cut. Wait where is the bacon?? Guy #3 states its there. Please show me. Yup no bacon. Guy #3 You didn't say bacon. Me: its part of the sandwich, and you said it was in there. Its not. He then proceeds to put onions on. I point out I told you NO onions. I just want the bacon. Ps guy #3 is usually the guy who puts topping on subs at this location. He has black hair and black glasses. I've been to this location 3 times. He messed up sub on each occasion. Even if you watch them make sub. I ordered 4 of my sandwich on wheat bread and one sandwich on white bread.. I received 4 sandwiches on white bread and 1 sandwich in a wrap. HIGHLY disappointed. Not only that but my total order came to almost 70 dollars and we couldn't eat them because we can not have white bread. Never ordering again and I will never recommend it. read more
