Just cars sitting in active lanes blocking entrances, exits, and connecting roads. If you're not even there for Chick-fil-A, congratulations -- you're trapped. I've watched drivers stuck with no way to exit, traffic backing up in every direction, and people forced into risky moves just to escape the gridlock. Horns start going off because there's literally nowhere to go. The most frustrating part? Management. When things get bad enough that drivers are laying on their horns, managers sometimes come out -- and instead of clearing the road, they side with the Chick-fil-A customers blocking traffic. That leaves everyone else stranded and just adds fuel to the fire. This isn't a one-off problem. It happens over and over again, and the business clearly knows it. They just don't care. There's no real traffic control, no mitigation, and no concern for anyone who isn't in their drive-thru line. Good food doesn't excuse reckless operations. This location is inconsiderate, poorly managed, and a menace to the surrounding area.
