No kidding... this was the best coleslaw and cornbread I have had in my life. Pulled pork and pulled chicken were great quality with so many BBQ sauces to choose from. Hard to say which one was best. The wings are also smoked, and it took eating a wing before I got used to the smoked taste with buffalo sauce. After that... amazing! Me and my wife went last night and it was amazing. It was the best BBQ I have had in Florida. I had the 2 meat platter with chicken and pulled pork, hush Puppies and great coleslaw. My wife had the brisket sandwich with cheese added and a side of Mac and cheese. The sandwich needed BBQ sauce but she loved the mac and cheese. We had a lot of leftovers. The total was $62 with tip. We both had a drink each. I can't remember last time I had a meal this good. I will be back soon. The only thing I regret is not finding this restaurant sooner. read more

Bbq at its finest. They have the usual bbq items but everything was so good. Employees were very friendly and patient as we decided on our order. Baby back ribs were fall off the bone. Tender and flavorful. Brisket was out of this world. Pulled chicken was actually chicken pulled off the bone not shredded. Quarter chicken was a must have. Corn bread came with the platter. Service was bad, all three waitresses had 4 tables a piece and were serving as if I was a bother. Sunday 1-2pm 04/12/2026 by the way, the wings came out wrong. No refund and no remake offered. I've been across this country eating BBQ as I've filmed commercials. I must say, Florida is the last place I would have suspected to have undeniably great BBQ. Dubz is that place. You can't beat the brisket. Not that round slicked brisket but a man's cut. Lots of flavors the burnt ends are like candy for the soul. Perfection in every savory bite. Started off with ease of making reservations for a party of seven. Nice greeting at the door, fast service of water and appetizers. Good thing as we were starving! Must say that Vanessa was an excellent server. Always with a smile! Food was excellent across the board. The cornbread was the best anyone had ever had. Smoked chicken wings, baked only or baked and fried were superb. Designated bonus, they have a separate prep & cooking area for gluten-free people. Ambience was more like a sports bar with at least eight large TVs! Bar area looked substantial. Beef brisket was perfect. Buffalo cauliflower was smoky and very spicy! Fried pickles were very good but could be improved. Overall, this is a fun experience and casual, but nice environment. My friend took me to Dubz BBQ while I was in town. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table as they were busy on a Friday night. I ordered the brisket dinner and chose mac and cheese and Mexican corn as my sides. We also received a piece of jalapeno cornbread. The brisket was tender and juicy. I dipped it in the mustard vinegar sauce which was my fave. The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious! The corn was good but not the best I've tried. The cornbread was moist and even though it had jalapeno, it was not spicy. We topped off dinner with banana pudding. Yummy! I had a few bites and took the rest home. BBQ is one of my favorite foods and Dubz is fairly average. The problem is they're cheating their customers. We take out ordered a pound of pulled pork and a pound of smoked chicken. We got 10.3oz of chicken and barely 11oz of pork. We called and were told a manger would call back shortly. No one did. This wasn't our first takeout order at seemed light but we verified at this time and didn't get about 40% of what we ordered. Edit - George, the manager reached out and made it right. We got a do- over on those two meats and this time they were spot on. The meat was better as well, so maybe the kitchen just had an off night. Thanks George! The owner was present and engaged but the food for me was truly forgettable. This is not good bbq and doubt they smoke their own meats? Usually brisket has a nice salty after taste from the fat being rendered down but nothing. Just really bland brisket. Bbq sauce options were good and used that sauce to cover up the lack of flavor. Don't get me started on the cornbread. It wasn't sweet at all and took one bite and threw it out. With high reviews I would have thought I would have scored better bbq. read more

Dubz is completely different than when I first reviewed it a few years ago. It is now a full restaurant serving a myriad of barbecue dishes and specialties. They also provide a take out and delivery service. The ambience is moderate, wait staff are pleasant and helpful and the decor is simple and family oriented. Dubz has a full bar. Our party of six chose a variety of of selections, my wife and I chose the Butchers block for two, it was plentiful filled with sausage, brisket, chicken, corn bread and absolutely delicious. Everyone in our party was impressed with their selections. This spot is a must on your bucket list if your a BBQ enthusiast. read more

Delicious food! Can't wait to come back. We tried a few different things and we loved all the food. The flavor was on point for everything!! I personally loved the green beans the most. It is by far one of the best. The prices are reasonable, although it is extra for brisket and burnt ends. The service was very good. My husband is picky about his potato salad and didn't know if he would like it or not. He asked the server questions about it but decided not to get it. Our server went above and beyond, she got him a small sample of the potato salad with our food! I would describe the atmosphere of this place as a midscale sports bar. 2nd time eating their food. First time was great - this time not so much. The good: coleslaw, potato salad, mac n cheese, the sauce, and the flavor of both the brisket and the spareribs. The bad: our brisket was not sliced across the grain (see photo), which made it stringy - that is barbecue malpractice. The ribs were falling off the bone a bit too much, as they were basically mushy from being wrapped too long. The cornbread was weird and overcooked too. Everyone else, it's when they feel like serving you or just asking what you want to drink. We usually like this bbq spot. Tonight was not good at all as we were overcharged for our happy hour drinks once we brought that to the attention of the bartender she would do nothing about it after speaking with management. They also refuse to do anything about it. I believe that's very poor customer service. that's a prior restaurant owner and server for many years. I always strive to make the customer happy even if they weren't right. In this case we were right, but it was not explained to us properly and therefore we were charged the incorrect price unfortunately we will not be going back there as we were spoken down to and just an overall bad experience. read more
