Their employees were so annoyed at the costumers. We went there later than dinner time but there was still a lot of people in line, so we weren't the only ones. We got up and they just stare at you excepting you to order... then we got to where they check us out and she asked us what number. And we were like what? What number we didn't get assigned a number? It was the number of the meal you're getting... How are we supposed to remember that; I couldn't tell you. Then we ask for a drink and she's like ok what drink and we say our drink, then she goes ok what drink... So we say it again louder and she's like what drink... So now at this point we are yelling at her telling her what we want and she's like sorry sorry but she is talking to her work buddies. We pay and we go to sit down and I'm starving after I get off my plane and I take a bite and there is something spicy in my lettuce!! I didn't order any peppers or anything. Came here with my family on July 5th at 1 pm. The shop was clean and the staff were welcoming. We ordered our usual grubs and the food was good as well. Jersey Mike's has grown incredibly as a fast food chain and by tasting not only their subs, but by trying the other national sub chains, it is easy to see how Jerseu Mike's has grown so rapidly. In this sad desert of sandwich mediocrity, Jersey Mike's is a culinary oasis. Freshly cut, quality cold cuts are the foundation for a good sandwich. It is sad that the other sub chains don't see this and expect us, their hungry customer base, to accept subpar food. Growing up in New Jersey, I was fortunate enough to know what a great sandwich is. I will also say, by New Jersey standards, Jersey Mike's is not all that, but now that I live in Florida and travel for business throughout the southeast, Jersey Mike's has become a regular go to. Jersey Mike's is a solid sub place and one of my favorites of the sub chains. This location is always on point with order speed and accuracy, whether in store or take out. I've tried several different sub varieties, but I usually go with the club supreme since it has roast beef, turkey, and bacon. The meats and cheeses here always taste fresh and I enjoy the herbed oil they add to sandwiches. The only thing I'd love to see in the future is the ability to heat all subs. I prefer most of the components of the cold subs but I really like my subs warm so I often take it to go and heat at home. Also some additional side options other than chips would be awesome! Other than that, it's still a great place to go for consistently good subs. read more

This location on South Semoran is very disorganized. They do a lot of online orders but don't have a separate area or markers for these like Chipotle and practically every other place does. Their system is to shout out the person's first name when the sub is ready and place it on the far end of the counter, whether the person is dining in or called in an order, or online. So I waited 10 minutes for my steak sub to be done and they did their thing of shouting my name out...but before I could get there someone else (apparently with the same first name) took the sub as they were waiting for their online order, and that person left the building with my sub by mistake. I tried to explain to the staff members that sometimes different people have the same first name and that their system was awful. That they needed at a minimum to use the identifying number on the ticket since that number is unique. Especially since they are putting the subs in brown bags with no tag on it of whose order it is so it is easy for someone to take the wrong one with their current "system". But it quickly became apparent I wasn't dealing with intelligent life forms so I just left. Never going back to this location and I advise no one else too unless you like having your time wasted. read more

I ordered online which was a smooth and quick process. When I got the the store, I was greeted which was pleasant and my food was ready before the actual time stated on the app. The problem is that there was a long straight piece of hair on my sandwich. My hair is braided so it definitely wasn't mine. I was on my lunch break and didn't have the time to go back to wait for a new sandwich to be made. Beware of getting an incomplete order delivery. Normally I drive by but called in order for delivery. I opened the order and discovered my chips were missing. I called Jersey Mike's and explain to a worker about the incomplete order. Told to wait, only to get a new person and had to explain the problem over again. The manager told me there isn't anything she could do about the order. Also couldn't refund my money. Only Door Dash can resolve this problem. Or I can drive by and pick up the rest of order. What if a sub was missing? I explain the reason I ordered was because I didn't have a working car. Still she insisted there isn't anything that could be done. I went in the other day only to be monotony greeted by a rude worker! I believe her name is Katherine, I ordered a philly cheese steak and it was served to me extremely under cooked with onions on the sandwich when I asked for none because I'm allergic. Not only was this the worse customer service experience of my life. She added to it by giving me a smug smirk when I suggested she make a new Sandwich to replace the undercooked one. I was going back to CA today and stopped by Jersey Mikes. I ordered a sandwich from two very nice guys that were working there and I asked them if they had a certain type of chips. Unfortunately they did not but they informed me that there were some in a shop a few doors down. I said no problem Ill grab something else. By the time I went up to pay this nice gentleman that worked there (I think his name may have been Charlie but I could totally be wrong) to my surprise over heard my conversation and went a few doors down and brought me the chips I wanted. I was completely taken back by this sweet gesture. Awesome customer service and the sandwich was amazing. Also the two guys that helped with my sandwich, the girl who rang me up and the nice female manager were all so great. I wish we had this great of customer service in our CA location.
