Turkey club sandwich with a side salad
    Harper F.

Better than your average hotel restaurant. The prices are steep but are priced at about what you would expect for the convenience of being in the hotel. They have a bunch of TVs throughout the restaurant so it's a good place to grab food and watch a game. I ordered the turkey club sandwich and it was great.

Outstanding burger - 10 out of 10. Open until midnight. Very spacious. Open concept. Very large space. The service was unbelievable. The waiter was right on me. He came over multiple times to make sure I had everything I needed. The manager came over and checked to make sure I was having everything I needed. As an aside it's an excellent place to watch sports. They were about five TV spread out nicely. The tables are spread out nicely. Definitely not a cramped restaurant.

Stayed at the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside after a cruise and stopped into CT... Nice place with solid food and good service, but very pricey for what you get ($90 for lunch without drinks).

We had a great dinner at Crimson Tavern. Normally I have pretty low expectations for hotel restaurants, but the food was great, and our server Caleb was awesome. Caleb helped us navigate the menu with his honest recommendations, and was great with our kids. We were also pleased to find out they have a decent kids menu, and our very picky kids were happy with the pasta and marinara.

Great food and service. The restaurant and bar was packed for dinner but I'd still recommend this place. Poke Appetizer and Sea Bass Entre were both excellent.

Turkey BLT with chips. Was a good sandwich though not much for $17.

Good food and friendly service! Our server was quick to get us seated and to take our order. The restaurant has a nice theme to it and the menu is perfect with a variety of options (but not too many!). I went with the Turkey BLT and chips, which came out quickly and tasted fresh. My only minor qualm was the rather inflated price of $17 for a sandwich and chips. That said, it's not a bad place to stop for a quick lunch, assuming you dont mind spending just a bit.

I've been coming to Orlando for business this month and this restaurant is close to where I'm staying and this is my second time being here and I'm going to write a review today and pictures to post. This restaurant is beautiful inside and I love the soft lighting and ambiance. The Electronica/Chill Lounge tunes they play here are my favorite! The food is excellent and exquisite. I ordered Conch Chowder and it was absolutely delicious. The Shrimp Cargo(Shrimp cooked in escargot garlic butter with cheese)was amazing! I never had Shrimp that good! The Caesar Salad with Shrimp was very generous and tasty(These were from my last visit). I had Key Lime pie to go for breakfast and it was good too. Tonight, I had delicious, hot fresh bread with butter(I know it's not good for me, but I couldn't resist!), Salmon with green beans/Mango Salsa/broiled new potato and it was so beautifully put together and I ate every bite of it. My server said that they fly in different kind of fish everyday and cook them in different ways. He actually recommended it to me and I was so glad I chose it. The service was excellent and he was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to place to have elegant, exquisite meals while I'm in Orlando.

The chicken Milanese is tender, crispy, and comes bathed in a luxurious lemon beurre blanc sauce... it gives the essence of lemon chicken but is much more highly elevated. My server recommended it to me and I'm so glad he did! He was also honest about the soup du jour, saying it wasn't that good, and helped me avoid a culinary disaster altogether -- I really appreciated his honesty, and his recommendations were on point. Appetizers are eminently splittable and worth the high(ish) cost of about $12-$15 per app. Definitely recommend! There was a slight hiccup with my salad as it didn't come with any sauce and I had to ask for the dressing, but the service more than made up for it!

Friendly staff and nice set up for a hotel restaurant. I knew going in but the prices are rather steep, almost $20 for calamari appetizer and almost $20 for a sandwich. The calamari was rings and tentacles but nice and crisp served with a thai chill sauce. The sandwich was mahi but the fish seemed undercooked I did not eat most of the sandwich. Quick and easy and the staff was very attentive and friendly.

It isn't too often that many of the items which appear on a diner's plate come from just a few hundred feet away, and in the restaurant's own Chef's Garden. At Crimson Tavern, diners are invited to take a stroll through the nearby 2,500 square foot Chef's Garden and see what is ready to be harvested and will soon end up on the menu or quite possibly, on their plate that very evening. For Executive Chef Anthony Hull, Crimson Tavern truly defines the "farm to table" culinary movement. The restaurant actually came about because there was an open dining space at the Orlando Airport Marriott and since much of the hotel's senior management were all serious foodies, including General Manager Chris Donohue, the logical step was to create a restaurant that represented what most chefs believe is an iconic way to eat : Farm to Table. Since every dish is the sum of its components, the farm to table philosophy means a strong connection to the surrounding farms and artisans. The culinary team works very diligently to develop partnerships with many of Orlando's best purveyors to source the finest ingredients available. They also invite the local farm community to grow for them, which helps these farms to sustain a way of life. Additionally, as the Chef's Garden grows and evolves (it currently produces approximately 20,000 pounds of food per year), more of the fruit trees will start to produce and evolve the experience even further as they will supply many of the ingredients, which the team can use for jamming and pickling. In fact, the culinary team is exploring the branding and retail sale of their homemade condiments and jams. They will continue to make hot sauce, pickles, jams, and chutneys from their garden and seasonal offerings. As the BBQ program grows (the restaurant offers seasonal Friday Night Barbecues) a line of rubs and sauces will also become available. According to Chef Hull, "The main reason we are producing these products is to control what goes into them, not just from a flavor standpoint, but also a wellness aspect by eliminating additives and unnatural ingredients, and if we have a really good harvest, it is also a way to preserve the extra product".

The dinner menu is comprised mostly of small plates and appetizers conducive as accompaniments to drinking, but there is also a list of heartier entree items like steaks, fish, burger and pork dishes if you so choose. For a tavern, I would have expected more than 6 of the craft beers listed on their menu, in addition to the usual line up of domestics and imports, but maybe they will be adding more in the future to their drink offerings. There is however a very nice selection of cocktails and wines along with the beers that guests can enjoy. Starting off at the top of the menu is their selection of cured meats and cheeses entitled "Room & Board" with plates like salumi, Benton ham, and cheeses. The salumi plate was a favorite, coming with sopressata molinari, spicy coppa, speck, mortadella, served with bread selection, house pickled trio and mustard. The Benton ham selection is a colorful board with cured Tennessee country ham with a side of pepper jelly and delicious warm baked biscuits. Also, the Australian goat feta cheese with olive oil cheese plate selection was savory and decadent - I wanted to finish the whole plate of cheeses. I think I would have been satisfied with just these three dishes for the meal. Other satisfying appetizers and bites from the menu included a fantastic house baked Soft Pretzel, served warm with beer-smoked cheddar dip and Fried Green Tomatoes, with black pepper aioli. The African and southern influenced Black Eyed Hushpuppies, served with a cilantro chutney, was a delicate, interesting take on the usually boring appetizer. The House Burger, made with juicy, tender beef and topped with caramelized onion, gruyere cheese, house made bread & butter pickles, on sesame bun was one of my favorite burgers that I have had this year but may be a bit pricy at $16. The ribeye steak with house mustard greens was also a favorite, very tender and flavorful with a nice sear at the perfect requested medium rare temperature. There were a few items that I weren't such a big fan of like the Smoked Trout Rillette, which needed a little more creamy texture and flavor, and the Boudin Noir Sausage with apple slaw and the beef cheek empanadas which both had some flavors that I personally disagreed with. Make sure to save room for dessert though, as the Crimson Tavern's specialty "Knickerbocker Glory" is definitely something to try. The Knickerbocker Glory is named for the traditional british ice cream sundae, made with locally crafted milk gelato from Muse Gelato layered extra high with decadent toppings, creams, crumbles and drizzles

We arrived around 5pm and we were able to pick where we sat. We sat at one of the booths and Brian was our oh so awesome server. He came over with a smile and a run down of what's good. We started with cocktails, we both ordered The Elderberry, it was perfect & so refreshing. For our entrees, we had both of the burgers on the HH menu, the Small Batch Whiskey and the Small Batch Lassahn. We also ordered The Salmon burger. For sides we had the regular fries and the Parmesan truffle fries. Everything was soooooo good. The beef burgers were seasoned so perfectly, and cooked medium as we requested. Every bite made my taste buds dance. The truffle fries were so good, I almost ordered more. The garlic aioli is a must for dipping your fries in. The Whiskey has lots of seating, tables, booths and bar seating. There's lots of pictures on the walls and tvs. It's a vibe for sure. Happy hour was just starting or had started, but there wasn't anything on the happy hour menu that stood out to us. They had the Suncreek Brewery Strawberry ale on tap so I had a couple glasses of that. It's perfect for the summer. It's a very light and very refreshing beer. My husband drank Yuengling. We both end up getting a taster of Bourbon later on. My husband went with the six year Willet And really enjoyed it. He said it definitely got better the more that you drank. I opted for something that I've seen in the stores but haven't purchased yet. I was able to try both the dancing panda eight year as well as the dancing panda 10 year. A cheaper bottle of bourbon but definitely good flavor. The 10 was my favorite. For food, I got an order of the S & S sweet potato fries, which comes with a light caramel drizzle. These fries are cooked perfectly and so delicious. My husband got the garlic Parm wings, and while the crunch was perfect on them.(he ordered them crunchy) -he was not a fan of their garlic Parmesan sauce. It just felt like the garlic, overpowered any of the Parmesan. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and the two bartenders that were working the bar, were excellent and very attentive.

Our server was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very attentive. We started off the dinner with some fantastic deviled eggs and a lemon cello cocktail. I ordered the shrimp and grits and was really disappointed with the tiny, overcooked shrimp and crawfish that accompanied the slightly bland grits. The shrimp on the kids buffet was at least four times larger than the sad little shrimp in my dish. I think the sausage was cut into smaller chunks just so it wouldn't be so obvious how small the shrimp was. My husband didn't love his heirloom tomato salad and said the Wagyu appetizer was disgusting. Dessert was mediocre. The macarons that accompanied my crème brûlée were stale and chewy. My brother and I deliberate days before on meeting up and with little hesitation, we opted for the Ravenous Pig! Securing a table reservation we instead opted to sit on the pub side where the TVs are. Soon after sitting down, we were greeted by Christina who was our server for the afternoon! Now this is Brunch Mode at the Ravenous Pig with a brunch style menu and beautiful rays on Sunshine which can feel quite different if you're used to having meals or drinks here for dinner where it can be quite busier and a different vibe! Today's visit was comfortable in the pub, lite in the dining room floor and nearly full outside in the beer garden. I settled in with the current version of the Gin and Jam! It tends to change as products become available with the underlying truth being a lite and refreshing cocktail to start with. This version is well done overall! Food wise we started with the Croquettes which had a sausage in them which brought good flavor paired with the crunchy exterior and white sauce on the plate resulted in an appetizing dish. Continuing on, the Sparkling Tea on menu is fantastic! As a side beverage or even mocktail form, it's a great Bev. We went with that and with the Magic game about to start, I went with the IT GOES TO ELEVEN cocktail! Boozy, Bright and Veracious! With these drinks in hand, we decided to move forward with more food and after consulting with Christina, we went with the Huckleberry pancake and the miso butter ribs. Without a doubt, the Huckleberry pancake was the standout star of the two dishes! A light pancake with great flavor and depth that doesn't fill you up but is a great sweeter dish that I can see Incorporated with a more savory brunch item like bacon and eggs as an example. Lots of sports on the TV's. It was absolutely packed on a Friday at 6pm. I didn't have any issues parking in the parking garage located behind the restaurant. Parking was free. Kind of in the middle of nowhere, but a great hidden gem!

Let me just say -- I absolutely love American Social!…read more I come here pretty often, and every single time I'm treated incredibly well. The staff is beyond friendly and always welcoming, the food is amazing, and the drinks are just as impressive. Everything is consistently on point. But what really sets American Social apart is the vibe. The energy, the atmosphere, the overall experience -- it's unmatched. It's the kind of place you go to and never want to leave. If you're looking for a bar with great service, great food, and unbeatable vibes, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Good Vibes, But a Few Misses…read more We recently visited American Social for brunch and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was lively and fun...definitely a great spot if you're looking for upbeat brunch energy. We started with the deviled eggs, and those did not disappoint. They were flavorful, well-balanced, and probably the highlight of our meal. For entrées, my husband ordered the brunch burger. The menu didn't list bacon, and even after our server double-checked to confirm it wouldn't come with bacon, the burger still came out topped with it. While mistakes happen, it was frustrating having to wait for the order to be remade while the rest of the table was already eating. I ordered the Fruity Pebbles chicken and waffles for my daughter. It was okay, but definitely on the sweeter side. The chicken itself was coated in cereal and then topped with syrup, which made the whole dish very sweet overall -- just a bit underwhelming for us. On a positive note, the kids' portions were great. The mac and cheese and chicken tenders were both solid and generously portioned. Overall, the food was a bit underwhelming for the price point, but I'd probably give it another try...if only for the Maui Mimosa. That drink alone might bring us back.
