I love Snarfs, but this location will need to try harder to gain my admiration. I ordered the Mother Clucker but the sammy here was heavy on the bread and less on the fillings (compared to other Snarf's locations I've visited). Ordering the combo felt like I didn't get my money's worth here. The seating area is pretty small, so good for couples and families but not large groups. Also noted that this location shares a lot with neighboring businesses (FuNuGyz) and there isn't an ADA accessible parking spot up front. read more

Sky high prices, lackluster service, and good sandwiches makes SNARFs a destination of convenience, and not a regular stop. As a counter service restaurant I generally don't expect much in the way of service but Snarf's is exceptionally bad. The music was so loud that I couldn't understand the young lady taking my order, and she looked and acted like she couldn't be bothered to care. Beyond the wait time (which I don't mind for a fresh toasted sub) when my food was ready they just set it on the counter. No bag, no calling my name, just an assumption that someone would come claim the food. (I was not the only person in the restaurant) The prices are absurd. You legitimately can go to Chili's or Applebees for the same price and get a much more filling meal. The food, I will give is in the top tier of sandwich places. Well ahead of subway or Jimmy John's, but not quite as good as Firehouse. TL:DR - worth a stop if you're close, and want to blow sit down restaurant money on a sandwich. I ordered a sandwich online for pickup. I've done this many times and it's pretty easy. However, I ordered an avocado, provolone and sprouts sandwich with all toppings except sprouts and mayo. What I got was a sandwich with avocado and mayo. That's all. I hate mayo. By the time I got home it was too late to do anything about it. The same day, Sunday, June 21, I sent a complaint on their website. As of today I haven't heard anything from them, not even a lame "We're so sorry..." email, as of 6-24, 2026. They obviously don't stand by their product and don't care about the customer. I should have stayed home and burned a $10 bill and made a cheese sandwich instead. Exciting new location in Parker!! We stopped in the second we saw it was open and were not disappointed. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and even gave us a discount when they didn't have what we wanted to order. I really appreciated that even though it was not something I would've expected. The sandwiches were served toasted and tasted excellent and fresh. There are lots of customization options and a few vegetarian options as well. It is a great place for a quick bite to eat. The new space is bright and clean with plenty of options for seating. Snarf's is our favorite sandwich shop in town, and they just keep on expanding! Their prime rib sandwich is my partner's absolute favorite, & I love the vegetarian. We ordered late last night for pickup & when I went in to grab our order, I was told that they didn't have any avocado left (it was end of day) & she was so sorry, but wondered if I could request a refund via the app. I told her I had used a free birthday sandwich for mine so she was able to give me a card for a free sandwich another time - not a big deal, but I do wish they had called me to let me know there was a problem with my order ahead of pickup so I could have ordered something else. However, when we got home we realized they had made me my veggie sandwich sans avocado anyways in addition to the other sandwich we ordered. I very much appreciate the good customer service in letting me know my original order wasn't there & allowing me to get a refund, but still making everything they could. read more

Oh my gosh, I love Snarf's Sandwiches, but the Cottonwood location tends to always be running behind. Usually I don't mind, but on Saturday, 12/20/2025, I needed everything to run smoothly in order to get to where I was going at the designated time. Unfortunately, the Snarfs sandwich pickup put a snag in my plan, BIG TIME! I ordered through the app and the pickup time was a 20 minute lead time. That would have still worked, however, it was another 30 minutes after that!! I will continue to eat at SNARF's, as I love it. But will try to avoid the Cottonwood location when I can. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. They make mistakes and then when you waste 45 minutes of your time so you can come in and get the items you were shorted they treat you like shit, stand behind the counter giggling and laughing about them being unable to successfully complete and check orders. Was told the managers name was mark and when I call the rude employee Kyle answers the phone and claims he's the manager. Corporate has already been called and I will be taking further steps to remedy this situation. Maybe take these reviews seriously and get some quality employees instead of a bunch of rude children. Service. I went in there one night had never been to this sandwich shop before. I was patiently waiting behind a woman in front of me ordering. The employee. Who was speaking with her, kept talking and talking to her while I waited in line for 15 minutes. The whole restaurant was empty except for us two. I went in to this location yesterday to grab a few sandwiches to go and will not be back. I love Snarf sandwiches, but the people that worked there were some of the rudest I've ever encountered. The gal at the register was not pleasant at all and the gal that handed me the food was worse. I asked her for a to go bag and she went into a fit. This is absolutely out of control, some may say it's diabolical that I am taking the time to write this review but this needs to be heard. We went to the Parker location on Sunday Dec 29th and both ordered 2 French dips, we asked for only onions on the meat. When we received our food it was raw roast beef, cold , with onions and cheese somewhat melted . I went back to counter explained to the young girl what we ordered showed her the inside of my sandwich and she said well that is a French dip, I said no, French dips are hot, I asked for no cheese on both and only onions. Another young worker comes out from the back room and says what is your problem here, excuse me I said, I began to tell him "My" problem, after explaining to him , he says throw it away, by this time I'm done but they made 1 for the other person with me and did not even ask if I wanted a refund. Poor service, if I treated people like that at my employment I would not have a job.
