I have the jersey mikes account where I can rack up points for a free sandwich. Silly me got so many points and thought they were so pretty. Someone hacked my account and it was so easy. All they had to do was change the phone number and get a text at that phone with a code and BOOM, they have all my points. It sucks because we all may have our banking information connected to those accounts. Lucky for me they just used ALL of my points which gave the 2 giant subs free of charge. Jersey mikes does NOT have security on the app so DO NOT allow your banking information. Order if you must and pay CASH upon arrival. NEVER use your phone number because it HAS to Be someone with access to our accounts. We will never Know. They suck and once I get my points back, I will use them then delete my account and NEVER go back again. If a company cannot be trusted with your information by adding extra security measures, then it is not worth doing business with them. A bit much? Yes, but I will not rest until I have posted on every platform to make sure Jersey Mikes at least try to protect you guys accounts. See you guys, just a start here. I like coming here to tell my lil stories. So bill whatever his name is did not want to take my order today because I was on the phone. So I had to wait in line behind nobody, until the very friendly lady down the line asked me what I would like today. I thought Bill may have had a disability so I was cool until he handed me my sub and greeted the person that just walked in. People think they can get away with unnecessary rudeness. I understand how approaching service on the phone is a little testy but the place was completely empty and I have the right. He literally was not going to day one word to me, but that was cool he will get it back someday but watch it for Bill evidently he up and down. The sub was okay. Two stars for home girl though, i can't really describe her. Very easy on the eyes not to be creepy, very light skinned possibly white, not sure but yea, that's the review. The young lady perfect for customer service position and bill...is clearly not ready for a customer facing role, and based on decision making, wouldn't take it any higher. This location got a makeover and it looks sharp! I have always been very happy with the service here. It is near buy and my quick stop for lunch. Mini #8 on rosemary load it up extra pepper relish! This location is on par with some of my favorites around my neck of the woods. It's not real big inside, nor is the parking lot, but it works. The day I was there the employees, who were a broad range of ages, seemed to get along great and were having fun while engaging with customers and making great subs. It really was refreshing! They also kept tabs on the tables and made sure they were cleared and cleaned. Yes! If I'm in this area again and have a hankering for one of their subs I'll definitely make a stop. read more

former employee and what I can say is the management at this place is a disaster. they expect you to be able to work everyday anytime not caring about if ur full time in school or have medical issues. all they care about is making money they treat the employees very poorly and are severely underpaid. They start you at a whopping 10$ an hour and when u ask for a raise good luck because it's a fight to get one. You get tips as well but it's not much and if they don't like something you do they will take them away like it's nothing. They lie on indeed and say they pay 17$ an hour and mislead people when they really only start you at 10$ an hour and make you earn tips after a few months of work with is only an additional 2-3$ an hour. They use and abuse employees and are money hungry. Take it from me it's a horrible place to work at and I would not work here or recommend anyone else to do so unless you want to get worked like a dog and hardly get paid anything!! the work environment is also unhealthy as the management is always changing and it's very shortstaffed so they expect you to pick up their slack even when u have a personal life or are in school still and don't have time to work all these extra hours they expect when it's their problem. Do NOT get a job here you will regret it, once again the management is a disaster and they can care less about the employees only care about making money money money. underpaid and overworked should be the motto for the employees at this place with the small amount they have left since everyone has been quitting or getting fired recently due to the new management. they hardly have anyone left at this point and there is a reason for it! read more

I've been here a few times because I love the chipotle chicken cheesesteak, and each time I've experienced better service than other locations. The employees are always friendly and get the sandwiches out promptly. The last time I went I called in an order in advance. Of course, I got the chipotle chicken cheesesteak! When I arrived, they had my sandwich ready but unfortunately it was a the regular chipotle cheesesteak (with steak, not chicken). I mentioned this to the guy and he immediately apologized and offered to re-make it. I didn't feel like waiting so I told him it was fine. It's the same price anyway. And he gave me a fountain drink at no cost! That was a nice gesture and he really didn't have to. Turned off phone instead of a answering and telling costumers to hold on. I would have no problem being put on hold. Instead they ignored all my calls and then disconnected the line so it went straight to the machine telling me I can't even leave a voicemail... I placed a $50 order which I will have to pay and won't eat. now it's going to be wasted because no one is answering to fix my allergy problems. Great management.... not really. read more

I ordered online through Postmates 3/10, when I got to the store I mentioned the two names the order would be under. The workers had said they couldn't find the order. A another person comes from the back and was extremely rude about the entire situation saying I have to take it up with Postmates and that they (Jersey Mikes) can't help me. I have no problem if Postmates did something wrong, or something went wrong, but her attitude was uncalled for. I decided that it was easier to just replace the order in person, as I was originally picking up food for myself and others. As I start naming off the order, the order taker (who was very nice and understanding) walked to the back where more orders are and found a bag that had the exact same order. This order was under "Glass Half F.", which didn't have any meaning to me. The girl who was rude at the counter told me rudely "well if it isn't your name it isn't your order" and rolled her eyes at me. I said "Well you can either give me the bag with the exact same order or I can replace the order and you guys can remake it." To which she rolled her eyes again. Then an older woman told the workers to just give me the food. Like I said, I get it can be frustrating if things don't go right or company's make mistakes. I was just completely offended with the amount of attitude and unwillingness to try and help with my order. The only saving grace of this place was the order taker who was understanding and mentioned he didn't mind remaking the order. If Postmates made a mistake and I had to get a refund with them and repurchased the food in-person, I would not have minded in the slightest because I get it. One of my favorite lunch spots especially when I'm lucky enough to beat the lunch rush. I placed a large order on line today and when my coupon wouldn't work I called and an employee gave us a better code saving us more money! The employees are always pleasant and work through the line very fast. Their ingredients taste fresher than any other sub shop I ever been to and Mike's Way is definitely the way to go. Wow, this place is expensive! 6 bucks for a mini turkey and provolone, no drink, no chips, no combo. But. It was pretty tasty. It gets busy during the lunch hour from 12-1, so expect no parking and to stand in line for 30 minutes. To me Jersey Mike's is hardly worth it. read more

I order from the app for this store regularly. Over the last few months, this place NEVER seems to get my order correct. I don't have an overly complicated order and it's all there ON THE APP. It is not just one sandwich that is not correct, it's any/all of the sandwiches within the order are messed up. I'm a big Jersey Mike's fan, but this location seems to have problems. First, the location is awful, because it's by the Capital Blvd on-ramp. It's awkward to enter or exit, and you risk getting rear-ended. Second, the layout of the store isn't intuitive. I guess you're supposed to do a hard-right turn when you walk in the door. They have a retractable belt post like it's RDU or something. I've never seen more than five other customers inside. Finally, this could just be just my experience, but the employees at this location seem to be slow, slow, slow. On my last visit, I wasn't acknowledged for what seemed like at least two full minutes... They were busy training someone new, but the silence got to the point where it was awkward. I enjoy Jersey Mike's subs, but they are so expensive! I just ordered a regular-sized turkey sub and an iced tea, and it cost over $11. I would eat at Jersey Mike's more often, but every time I do, I walk away thinking about how much I just paid for a sandwich and a drink. I can get a great lunch elsewhere for less. The staff is friendly. The credit card machine asks for a tip, which I'd love to leave, but that would make the sub and drink over $13! read more

The previous reviewer is being unfair; Jersey Mike's prices are set at the corporate/franchise level, so Peace St. cannot control how much you pay for a mini #7 (remember, you're reviewing this location, not Jersey Mike's as an entity). Also, re: the wait time, it gets busy EVERYWHERE downtown during the lunch hour. Since JM makes food to order, if there are 20 people ahead of you in line, 30min = only 1.5min per customer. That is incredibly fast, and since it IS so crowded, people clearly think it is worth it ; ) That said, this is by far the best Jersey Mike's in town. The sandwiches are fantastic. They never over-bake the bread, which is a common problem with other locations. I get almost double the amount of veggies here, and I feel like I often get more meat as well (they have to count the cheese slices, so there's not much wiggle room there without somebody getting in trouble). As far as atmosphere, the crew is super-nice and they always seem happy. Plus, the music is great! ...except this one time when they had a "country" playlist on. Not sure what happened there, but let it be known that I was once serenaded by the full-on album version of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Good times! read more

Done with eating at the Peace Street location. I love Jersey Mikes, but this one cuts corners too much. Mini Tuna, which is equivalent to a half sandwich cost $5.85. It no longer comes with cheese on it (they have taped over the sign) and charge extra now. Advertises "solid white tuna" Untrue, it's clearly chunk light, a much cheaper fishier tuna. Guess, I will have to try the Wake Forest Rd location as I am a Jersey Mikes' fan. read more
