I love Five Guys burgers and unlimited toppings. I got the double bacon cheeseburger with onions, mushrooms, jalapeño peppers, lettuce and tomatoes. Very fresh and made to order. The season fries were fresh and piping hot. The staff here are pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant dining area was being cleaned when I arrived. I guess they had just had a big rush on a Sunday evening. read more

I picked up my order, live 30 minutes away. I get home open it up they left out the burgers. I called and was told you need to come back for any resolution..... again I live 30 minutes away. They were unapologetic and acted annoyed that I was calling. Five Guys is a dependable fast food chain that really satisfies my premenstrual cravings. This location is one of the best. Prior to dining here, I had not eaten at Five Guys in decades. My daughter enjoys the burgers, shakes and fresh fries. They are delicious with the Heinz malt vinegar ! The food is consistently good and the staff is friendly, professional and super generous with the lifetime supply of fries at the bottom of the bag. Miss Amelia was so nice ! You can customize your toppings and lettuce wrap your burger to your preference. This location has a cute patio with outdoor seating. Five Stars Guys. Five Guys My very first visit to Five Guys Burgers was quite memorable and I'll definitely be going back. The very first thing I noticed, was that the restaurant as a whole had a neat, tidy and clean appearance showing that the workers take pride and cared about the first impression. The second thing that greatly stood out was Nick, whom was manning the register and taking orders. He was very welcoming, friendly, kind, courteous, knowledgeable and super patient with me being unfamiliar with the menu and this being my first visit to 5 Guys! Thank you Nick, you are the man! He was very thorough in describing all my options for food, the available shakes and letting me know about the freshness of each order and making me aware of complimentary roasted peanuts while I waited and watched as my order was being prepared. The entire crew working that day was awesome! Tyrone, Marcus and Zavion were behind the grill making the magic happen! Denise was doing a great job, keeping the dining area spotless! I appreciate the dedication, hard work these amazing and friendly people bring to the table! Great Job and team work, keep up the great work Tyrone(Manager) and crew! Five guys is a fan favorite for me! Even though their food looks like it's been crushed by a hydraulic press rolled over by a semi truck and then flipped upside down on a trampoline, it somehow still taste delicious. Highly recommend. read more

When I came in and asked if they could remake my order, the person behind the counter snatched the previous burger from my hands, sorted through it and then threw it in the trash before agreeing to make my new order. The restaurant was not clean and had horrible service the female cashier was on her phone the entire time she was speaking to me. Once I got home with my new burger, I investigated it just to find out they still made my burger wrong. This time it was just that I received tomato's instead of pickles. I have ordered from this location many times and today I was impressed. Very juice burger. Fresh, hot fries. The onions and peppers were grilled nicelu. A really fantastic meal. Once you get beyond the bright red and white everywhere (including the bathrooms! I guess having red toilet paper probably wouldn't work out well :-) ), it's not bad but with all the tile everywhere, the sound bounces off like crazy so the decibels get pretty far up there. The self serve peanuts is a nice touch! No need to specify "here" or "to go" as every order goes into a bag which I guess keeps anyone from having to clean trays, and provides for an instant mini-trash can for the peanut shells :-) The folks behind the counter are pretty efficient so your order comes out pretty quick. And, the price is pretty good for what you get. The food is tasty, but I'm not sure why so popular as it tastes like, well, a hamburger :-) I get that you have a nice selection of toppings you can add (the usual stuff plus jalapenos, BBQ, etc), but it's still just a burger and fries (complete with grease soaking onto the bag). Granted, the burger is only $5 and you get all the toppings you want, but bottom line... yup, it's a burger :-) So if you're in the mood for some comfort food or just having one of those greasy burger and fries withdrawal moments, this place does serve tasty burgers and Cajun fries, so with that said, I'd recommend it! read more

It's really nice when a chain as big as Five Guys is consistently good from one location to another. There are the rare exceptions when that isn't true, but that was not the case here and I'm so glad! The employees were so friendly, took our order with ease, and repeated it back to us twice to be clear it was correct. They have a one of those fancy schmancy new Coke machines that gives you lots of choices, which is fun. We kept busy with the free peanuts until our food arrived, which are so addictively good! The fries and burgers came out quickly enough, were exactly as ordered, and were absolutely delicious. What more can you ask? The only thing would be that the temperature in the restaurant was pretty chilly and the bathroom was freezing cold! Otherwise we were very satisfied! read more

However one of employees said he didn't have my order. I showed him my order on my phone & the text from my charging my card. Attempted to visit At 845 pm. When I went to open the door I found that it was locked and there were three to four employees cleaning the restaurant. I knocked on the door to see if there was a reason for the stores early closure. There were multiple times where the employees looked up to see me at the door but did not react to the knocking. This experience is quite disappointing and I'm not sure if I will attempt to buy from this location again. read more

Made to order burgers. Buy the "Reg. fries" instead of the large, trust me...you get plenty. They always throw a ton of fries in the back no matter the size you order. The "Little" Cheeseburgers are regular sized patties. The regular cheeseburgers are double patties. Tons of options for toppings at no additional charge. FREE PEANUTS while you wait for your order. A lot of the fast food places near Five Guys would be sub-par during non-lunch/dinner. Not Five Guys. I was hesitant to go around 2:30PM the other day because I had always went during the lunch rush. When I went in, there was nobody in the kitchen area except the cashier. I placed my order, he turned around and repeated it into the kitchen and out came the cooks, who immediately went to work on my order, placing a brand new patty on the grill for me as well as dumping a brand new basket of fries into the frier. You can't get that kind of service at other fast food joints, that's for sure. My food came to me hot and delicious. They keep the place clean. Every visit I've seen someone sweeping the floor/wiping down the tables. All of the employees have been polite also. I try to limit myself to five guys every once in a while. The greasiest, coldest fries, (not even cooked - but soggy), paired with another slightly less mediocre burger made of beef that has been sourced from many places and mixed. The peanuts are a nice touch, but the greasy smell greets you as soon as you push open the door, and will stay with you until you wash your clothes. I took my teenager here, "for a treat", but that will NOT ever happen again. For everyone looking to have a stroke, in the future, this is a great place to start. If you REALLY want a good burger, go to the market Rest., the price is great, and the burger is too. read more

I went to Five Guys on a busy Friday night and had a good burger and fries combo. The place was packed, but the food came out promptly within 5-8 minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and BBQ sauce. It came out really fresh with hot juicy meat patties and melted cheese. All of the toppings were good, tasted fresh, and the burger was overall very satisfying and wasn't too greasy. Everyone knows that you can't have a good burger without fries, and Five Guys simply has the best fries in the Triangle. I love how they're hand cut, always freshly fried, and seasoned perfectly with salt. They taste so fresh and really don't need any sauce. The best part is the extra scoop they give you at the bottom of the bag. Although the bag gets greasy, inside is some good burgers and fries from Five Guys. read more

Honestly,I have had it with this location! My family used to enjoy coming to this location & spending our hard earned money at our local Five Guys. Not anymore!!!! Spending $50 for a meal & having it all be wrong 3 times now is ridiculous!!! I wonder if the owners of this establishment even care anymore? Does anyone do any quality control testing? I haven't had Five Guys in such a long time and I honestly forgot how good and fresh their beef is. This specific location has an awesome outdoor seating area that's perfect for a pretty day. I only take away one star because it's pretty pricey compared to other burgers places. $22 for one fry and two burgers was surprising. read more

Five Guys has pretty amazing burgers, and this location has been great the few times I've been. I noticed the manager (or at least MOD) was encouraging his team and giving them props for doing good work during a lunch rush. It's nice to see employees appreciated and treated well. The staff was super courteous and friendly, and patient when it took me a moment to decide what to order. I usually get the junior bacon cheeseburger all the way and fries (Cajun style). Everything is always piping hot and super fresh. You won't leave hungry, that's for sure. Tip: add the malt vinegar to your fries. And remember...a regular fry serves 2-3 and a large fry serves 3-5 people so don't over do it. read more

It took aprox 20 minutes after we arrived to get our order, the gentleman in line in front of me gave his order at the register and left at least 10 minutes ahead of me. Added to that the young man doing fries and bagging orders had his mask half way on, never covering his nose.
