I got the #13 the Original Italian, Ms. Vicky's jalapeño chips, and a sweet tea. It was a good sandwich loaded with all the toppings. The staff was very friendly and the service swift. Most of the business was takeout, but the small dine-in area was clean and comfortable. I have nothing bad to say here as it was better than a Subway and on par with Jimmy John's. Went in to get a # 17 the guy was cooking my food when he stopped to take an order wearing the same gloves. He took that customers payment and proceeded to come back to cook my food. When asked to change his gloves he took me he used his knuckles to touch the screen. Your gloves need to be changed anytime you touch money or the register when preparing food. Not sure why he had to take orders when there was a person there taking orders. Both employees had poor customer service (Alicia and coworker). read more

I live quite a distance from Jersey Mike's but I love their subs when they're prepared correctly so I drive the distance. It's getting too frequent that are sandwiches aren't right. We ordered four sandwiches tonight but none of them were what we ordered. I called the store and since I didn't turn around and drive all the way back they won't give us a replace or reimbursement . TL;DR it was awful. Threw it away. I never, hardly ever waste food, and I tossed my entire sandwich in the trash. $15 worth. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it was one of the most disgusting sandwiches I've ever seen. The onions weren't even cooked. I rarely have had such a review to give. I went there today and as the gentleman was putting the meat on the sub roll, I comment that there isn't enough meat on it. He told me that it was a lot. I got home and started eating my sub and sure enough towards the end there was a little to no meat. I have eaten at two other Jersey's Mikes and all the others give you twice as much meat. We couldn't wait for this Jersey Mikes to open up. We ordered a total of 3 different times which each time was worse then the time before. The first time we ordered our subs online and was told when our order would be done. When we went in, our order was ready and exactly what we ordered. The second time we ordered, we again ordered online and we were about 5 mins later then they said our subs would be ready. When we got to the shop, they hadn't even started on our subs and we waited about 10mins before our order was done. When we got home we notice that the bread we chose was not what we received. We both got White sub rolls when in fact I ordered Wheat and my Husband ordered the White Rosemary. We were not told that they subsisted the sub rolls or anything. The last and third time we ordered online, again we were giving a time that our order would be ready but this time the hot subs for some reason said it wouldn't be ready till the following day which we didn't understand since the shop was still open for another hour when we ordered. We got to the shop and asked about it and the (guess) the Manager told us it was because Door Dash stop delivering. I told him that didn't make any sense since we said we were coming to pick it up. He just told us that is how it was. Again, they hadn't even started on on subs and it was 20 mins before they closed. The person that was making the sub grab a white sub roll and started making his sub, when my husband said he wanted the White Rosemary and not white the employee said as she was making the sub "Oh we are out of that" and continued making the sub. Then another employee started making mine, again grabbed the White sub roll and I told her I wanted Wheat, she just looked at me and said We been out of that for hours and she keep on working on mine which I told her she might as well stop because I didn't want the white sub roll. As this is going on I look and see the Hot sub we ordered, another employee was cooking the meat then set it aside for some reason. My Husband told the Manager that he wanted a refund because they were making what we didn't want. The Manager stated " Well, we just opened a few days ago and we are technically closed (mind you the store hours on the door show open till 9pm and it was 8:45pm) I asked him how can you be technically closed when your hours show your open till 9pm? He just looked at me and then turned to my husband and said your will get your refund by tomorrow. 4 Days later my husband had to go back into the shop and ask for his refund. The female Manager didn't seem happy but gave my husband the refund. It would of been nice if someone would of told us that they were out of what we wanted instead of just giving us what they had. Also, you even if the shop had only been open a week you would thing the Manager would do a special order on what was selling more of. Its going to take us alot to go back to this location read more

Be prepared to wait much longer than your stated pick up time if you order online. The online sandwich makers and walk up customer sandwich makers don't work together, and If there are several online orders ahead of you, the idle walk up sandwich makers won't help, even if there is nobody else in the restaurant - which is what I experienced. I waited 10 minutes Beyond my scheduled pick up time while the store was virtually empty for the online sandwich maker to Start my one cold sandwich order. I ordered through a delivery service but I was amazed at the size of the sub! It well over a foot long. Veggies were fresh and crisp, meat tasted like it had just been sliced from the meat counter. Condiments were perfect and cheese was great. It was exactly like I had ordered. I've had problems with other restaurants when ordering online for delivery. Seems some places don't care as much when they're not looking you in the eye but not in Jersey Mike's case. I will definitely be a repeat customer! read more
