A good representation of the franchise. The dining area, parking lot, and restrooms were clean. The cashier was friendly and my meal was served fresh and quickly. I had the Greek Gyro meal and the ingredients were quality. Unfortunately, the tzatziki sauce was barely present, as was the seasonings that I expect based on visiting other stores in the franchise. The service was top-notch, for a fast-food restaurant the employees were very attentive to my order. (From 4 meals to 150) I placed a large order and it was taken care of without incident, the Manager Stephanie was outstanding, easy to work with, and professional. Just bought 6 fish sandwiches and was told it would take 7 mins. I wasn't paying attention and it was ready in like 2 - 3 mins AND THE REASON WHY is because the fish was old. All the ends of each fish patty was hard and it was cold. Why would they sell OLD FOOD. Stay away or you'll waste your money. read more

Staff was friendly, but the beef was overcooked. It was quite mushy. Not much in the area to choose from tho.

I told him the issue and he stated he was from another store and had no power over that. I told him that all he has to do is override for customer service. He informed me that was beyond his control. I then asked him if he realized that it is against the law to post one price and charge an increased price? He again informed me that it was beyond ,y control. Customer service is definitely lacking at store # 1747. I would very much like to speck with someone about this and understand how there is a "manager" on staff that does NOT understand the fundamentals of customer service. The worst Arby's I've ever eaten at. Took 30 minutes to get food, wasn't busy, and employees were in the back arguing loud enough for everyone in the building to hear. People in drive through wound up pulling off, people inside asked for refunds, and some just left angry. read more

After traveling all day with two cranky kids and having to make an unexpected stop because the three year old coughed until she gagged and threw up in her car seat I was definitely not in the best place when we arrived at this location. We placed our order and the food was ready quickly. Unfortunately when I was making our drinks our entire tray fell off of the counter spilling our food all over the floor. The three year old cried and I nearly cried too. The manager was nice enough to replace all of our food for free. That was exactly the type of kindness I needed in my frazzled state. They even cleaned up our mess without a complaint. I will certainly have to pay it forward because it really kept me from falling over the edge into vacation hell :) my one and only complaint is no changing tables in the bathrooms but I'm not sure I've ever seen one at another Arby's either so that's not specific to this location. I'm not sure when or if I will ever be passing through this area again but if I do I'd be happy to return to this Arbys! read more

Best customer service I've had in years. Arby's is my favorite fast place once again!

Went there twice in the last two weeks from work. Once through the drive thru and once inside. There was a couple of customers there on both occasions; however the employees acted as though there were three bus-loads of customers . They were super nice, but didn't even get close to getting my order correct on either occasion. The food was thrown together to where the sandwich was rolled up looking more like a burrito than a sandwich. I seriously don't know how they stay in business. read more
