Customer Service sucks. And my produce was not the freshest. However, the restaurant was clean. The staff just have bad attitudes.

Nice clean restaurant. Restrooms clean. My sandwich was not the way I order it. The gluten free bun is way to soft.I gave specific directions. Anyway they have agreed to remake it. Then they cashier called my back and admitted she messed up my order and told me the owner wants the sandwich back to replace it. The worst sandwich ever, My wife and I actually threw the uneaten half out it was so bad. The bread had a stale taste and texture to it and they put so much sauce on them that the sandwiches were soaked through and puddled in the to go containers To be a local firefighter and ems supporter the only thing on their wall was a fishnet vest that said Bartow ems. I would like to know what how much they actually give locally. read more

As firehouse subs go this one is pretty good. Service is always good here and good is consistent. I think 8-9 for a sandwich combo is a little higher than subway but little bit better quality. I don't know that just steaming deli makes it a great sandwich. The only grip I have is they did away with number system and when it's busy seemed to work better. Calling names for food like Michael or John have gave people the wrong sandwich. Something to think about read more

If i could give no stars I would. This place is awful. My wife told me we should have went to dollar general and got loaf bread and potted meat. The sandwiches were nasty as hell. The potato chips were the best part. The drinks were flat. The bathrooms nasty and no paper towels to dry your hands. Next time potted meat it is. Won't be back. read more

I'm a fan of Firehouse Subs, but this one isn't worthy of the name. Went in around 2pm and it was very slow. They had 6+ people working but none of them appeared to be doing anything and were mainly talking among them. I waited nearly 15 minutes for them to make me a sub with zero other people in line when I got there. The workers seemed to have zero interest in actually working and appeared to be going as slow as possible. I will absolutely not go back. read more

I love going to Firehouse. The food is great and the service is always polite. My only complaint is that they blast faith music all the time at this particular location. I get that some enjoy it but I would prefer to enjoy my food and not feel like I'm eating in the middle of a mega church service. read more

we have been there over five or six times and every time we order the orders are wrong. My kids are very simple, ham, lettuce, tomato, and extra pickle and they put mayonnaise on it and then I would get a sandwich with everything on it and they forget to put my toppings on it. Have a receipt take it back. They replaced it in. My sandwich was still messed up and I called up there and she told me there was nothing that she could do about it and then had the nerve to tell me that she believes what I'm saying. And like I told her the food was never touch, and I have a full full receipt. I will never be going there again. read more

We were so happy to see Firehouse subs come to Cartersville. The first few weeks we ate at Firehouse 4 times and purchased gift cards for friends. The food and employees were great. We ate at Firehouse today. TERRIBLE.! We could not believe how fast this place has gone done. The subs were smaller and the employees rude. Management needs to return and supervise. read more

First time here, not new to fire house though. I got 4 subs at $40.00, I have one word...dry. Publix across the street does a better job than this. Only complaint about this place is sometimes the wait time, as listed by other reviewers. I have waited longer than I thought necessary when the place wasn't at all busy, BUT my food has ALWAYS been SO good. I almost always order the turkey, bacon ranch club (I think that's what it is called), and it's always the same and always delicious. They're not shy with meat and toppings. It is definitely pricier than Subway, but for good reason, as they are not stingy when filling your sandwich - mine is always spilling out the sides without paying extra. I usually pay around $10-$11 for a combo with a large drink, chips and a pickle. That aside, the owner here is very kind, and has always went out of his way to make sure the place is clean and friendly. When he's there, he's cleaning, coming around to tables to ask about how your food is, and he always comes to our table to give our daughter a "firefighter hat." Months back he also opted to donate 100% of profits for a few hours to a family in the area that had lost a loved in the line of duty (police officer I believe), which I thought was super thoughtful and generous. read more

This was my first time at a Firehouse Sub. I had a small Italian combo sub snd it was the perfect size for me. I was surprised to see that it was toasted, but it was very good. My friend had a medium meatball sub and it was devoured in 10 minutes! If you have a bigger appetite you should get the large sub. read more

Great subs. Wasn't so sure when they first opened because every time the bread was soggy but they have fixed that and now it's a go to place for me. Always get the sweet and spicy meatball and it's the best meatball sandwich ever. It's expensive as far as Subs go but it's way better than any other Sub place in town.
