Management needs to do a better job training. Last time my sandwich got no bacon on it this time there's no oil and vinegar. This is among several times that this location messes up one of the most basic sandwiches on their menu. It's been happening for over a year. Jersey Mike's can be one of the best sandwiches ever, but because the staff cannot consistently make the sandwiches properly this location is a hit or miss. Really annoying. The sandwiches I've had at Jersey Mike's Subs have exploded with flavor. The ingredients all seem so fresh, and they work well in combination with one another. I'd recommend getting your sandwich prepared "Mike's Way". But the store has too much junk food on offer along with the sandwiches, which leads me to deduct a star from the rating. read more

Not satisfied with the franchise at owners response. I do not care who or if your food supplier changed. I am telling you we had BONES and CARTLEDGE IN THE PHILLY CHEESESTEAK footlong sandwich. $18.50 fot the single worst sandwich we ever had and we had to THROW it out. Your concern should be with the customer and what you can do to fix the situation. No offer on your end to do so. Why is that? Also the sub in a tub is smaller. Not the size of the outside of the container but the DEPTH is significantly less. I know. I ordered many over the last few years. Let let you think this through and come up with a better response. I've only been here once but I called over the phone and the service was great when I picked up too. Great deals and even better food!

We ordered 4 snack boxes of sandwiches for a party but somehow the store did not get the order. When I arrived to pick them up Sydney said they never got the order but if I could wait 20 minutes she would have it ready. She apologized profusely. Amazingly in 20 minutes she and her staff had the whole order ready plus a handful of coupons. Kudos to Sydney and her team. Looks like I found my alternative to Subyway, in very rare situation do I crave a sub to eat and I'm always so hesistant to get one because usually Subway is the only option and their quality is very poor and not fresh especially when it comes to the meats. This place I always passed by but never went but figured to keep an open mind and this place was very clean and very friendly staff, they also slice their deli meats when you order so it's fresh ish feeling which is nice. Their lettuce and tomato tasted freshly sliced and not soggy. I also tried their hot sandwich and it was pretty decent, it takes a lot longer so better to order that in advance. Overall I am happy to have kept an open mind, this will now be my go to place when I crave for a sub. read more

I come to this Jersey Mike's in Rancho Bernardo, all the time. Great service people are always upbeat and the food is great.

The service was very fast and the customer service was awesome!!! They were so informative and helpful when we had questions!!!

Kudos to Jersey Mike's for mastering the process of taking orders, filling and putting out an excellent product that is accompanied with great service! During these difficult Covid-19 Days, it's nice to know you can count on getting a delicious meal at a reasonable price that's pretty much hassle free! I placed my order on their app, received notification that my order had been received and made my way to the restaurant. I stepped out on time and my food was ready for me... what else can I ask for!? Seriously... I've done take out at other establishments recently and sad to say they are not up to par in terms of order receiving, preparing and food quality. I won't name them out of respect to the current times and as I want to make sure we all support mom and pop places. I can only hope they can eventually get to Jersey Mike's level. Be back soon! It had been while since I stopped into one of their locations. The sandwiches are always good. I like you can order different sizes from the mini to the giant. On this visit, I ordered a mini of two different sandwiches. I ordered the super sub and club supreme Mike's way. I like that if your undecided you can mix and match different sandwiches to match your taste. The staff here is pretty friendly and efficient. I was in and out pretty quick. I stopped in around lunch time and this shop has everything laid out efficiently. The tables inside are gone but they have plenty of seating outside. Bread was fresh and everything was really good. The two mini's filled me up pretty much. I like they did not short change the ingredients of the mini. Overall, good sandwiches. read more

I left around 6:40 pm from work as I was wrapping things up at work. Parking wasn't too bad in this plaza, quite a few parking spaces to choose from. It was quite simple for me to walk in, check where the pick up counter was and walk out. I was greeted with a hello and have a good day. There wasn't really anyone when I dropped by during that time. I am a fan of the Jersey Mikes' Original Italian as the regular size is quite hearty and filling for me. Sandwiches ordered was a regular #13 Original Italian and regular #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak regular. They looked the same as I ordered previously at the Poway locations I go to. read more

Then when I checked my order status online it was still confirmed. I don't recommend doing pick up here as they don't notify you when ur order is canceled.
