Bummer--I really liked coming here. I placed an online order and came home to find a really sad sub. I noticed right away they forgot the lettuce and tomato, so I opened it up to check, and sure enough, it was missing. Some of the cheese had melted onto the paper instead of being in the sandwich. I called to let them know, and they just said "okay." No apology. That's one pricey sub to miss out on ingredients and for it to be so messy.

Order to go, come in after my pick up time, not made. Asked me to wait a little bit as they haven't started, they helped everyone in line. Then remembered I'm waiting then tell me they're all out of bread (white/rosemary) they just gave to everyone. Ordered at 7pm, refund almost 40 mins later. Not even a sorry. Rude.

Visited 7/6/2020 Jersey Mike's is the name. Great Sandwiches is the game. Picked up a couple of sandwiches 1 hot and 1 cold. For the cold I got a regular Original Italian Sub. A fantastic sandwich. For the hot one I got a regular Big Kahuna Is steak. A perfect cheesesteak. Spicy, delicious meat, and comes automatically with double cheese. Definitely my new favorite. The staff was fast and friendly and took very good care of me. This is a great addition to Ramona's Fast Food.

They also have a big grab‑and‑go section filled with fresh pasta, dips, and sandwiches. I love that they carry a large selection of local wines and locally made goods -- such a good spot for a meaningful gift or a Ramona souvenir. The café was also excellent; the coffee beans were from Joshua Tree Coffee, and the chocolate chip cookie was amazing. Plenty of parking, lots of options, and a fun stop overall. They were sitting right next to the Julian pies and it kinda looked like a fight, like a battle of the mountain bakeries kind of fight. Needless to say, I grabbed both because everyone immediately glorifies the Julian pie so by including the Ramona pie, my objective was to introduce some low risk novelty for my Christmas get-together. I didn't have high hopes for Ramona's blueberry because I was suspicious of the huge bready looking crust roll in combination with the sticker on the front boasting "no seed oils". I'm not fluent in baking alchemy. I was raised on Costco pie (bleh). So, I thought this was going to be dry and overly sweet but much to my whole family's surprise, Ramona was the winner! My takeaway: Do not discriminate the chubby crust roll! Take it from me because I'm a savage that eats a pie right out of the fridge. The crust is like a shortbread cookie. It's almost on the Italian pastry spectrum. Very delicious. Very coffee friendly. The blueberry filling was also perfectly balanced. It wasn't too sweet and even with the crumble topping, I felt like I could eat it with yogurt in the morning and trick myself into calling it a wholesome breakfast. Now, I'm going to say this with a huge shield up... but it knocked the Julian apple pie way off the shelf for me.

First of all, the generous portions of meat are so tasty, lean, and tender. The meats were on a huge pile of the most delicious yellow rice I've ever had. Ever. Rice is usually just a nice side dish. But this rice was so moist and extra delicious! I don't know what they do to make it taste so good. The meat and rice had delicious house-made tzatziki heavily drizzled across it. All plates come with a fresh, crispy side salad, also a generous portion, and even a side of yummy hummus! And my personal favorite was included: sour pickle spears sliced thin. Oh yum!! The portions are so large that Both my husband and I only ate half our plates at lunch and each had a full dinner with the leftovers. I can't speak for their other foods like pizza and calzones. But authentic Mediterranean is our favorite food, and Sofie's is one of the best we've had. We make a point to eat it a few times a month, always looking for new places. The place itself is small, super clean, and tucked away in a little strip mall -- kind of easy to miss if you don't know it's there. The staff isn't overly chatty, but you can tell they care about their work and run a tight, organized kitchen. The bright, casual vibe makes it an easy spot to sit down and enjoy your meal without any fuss. If you're in Ramona, SOFI's Pita is definitely worth a stop for lunch or a quick bite. That commitment to quality and sustainability is commendable and something more restaurants should strive for. The staff is knowledgeable, and it's refreshing to see a restaurant that cares about where its food comes from. Unfortunately, that attention to ingredient sourcing seems to stop when it comes to cooking oils. Many of the menu items are prepared with soybean oil, which was disappointing given the otherwise high-quality and health-conscious image of the restaurant. Soybean oil is highly processed and contains large amounts of omega-6 polyunsaturated fats. While omega-6 fats are essential in moderation, excessive consumption relative to omega-3 intake has been associated with increased inflammation in some research. Soybean oil is also more susceptible to oxidation when exposed to high cooking temperatures, potentially producing compounds that some studies suggest may contribute to oxidative stress. In addition, many health-conscious consumers actively avoid industrial seed oils such as soybean, corn, and canola oils in favor of alternatives like olive oil, avocado oil, butter, or tallow. I would gladly give Marinade on Main a higher rating if they aligned their cooking oils with the same local, high-quality standards they apply to the rest of their ingredients. Switching to avocado oil or olive oil or beef talo would be a welcome improvement and would better match the restaurant's otherwise impressive commitment to quality. * also loose the standard strip of high fructose sodas and provide more natural optikns of drinks ...

It is like $13 and comes with 3 different meats and two side dishes. I like the Cold Slaw and the Bean (Get the Beans!). Get lots of extra sauce, 3-4 containers at least. Go home to watch the game, your favorite movie (Big Trouble in Little China if you do not have a favorite movie), but don't go to the local crowded place/game because with this kind of food the folks will mug you for it...lol ;) Assemble the Beast: 1). Sauce on both inside pieces of the "Wonder" bread. 2). Put a generous portion of meat and their BBQ sauce on the bottom piece of bread. 3). Put a generous portion of strained beans on top of the meat. 4). Put a generous portion of the Cold Slaw on top of the Beans. 5). Put a generous portion of BBQ sauce on the top piece of bread, and put it on. 6). Dive in! Wrap it up in a paper towel (more authentic newspaper) and drink with that ice cold 32 oz. Schlitz Malt Liquor Beer. Some folks say, "Colt 45" but I like the Schlitz. The bad. The Mac and Cheese tastes like 7-11 Nacho Cheese spread on small shell pasta.
