Very kind employees were working when I went. Sandwich tasted good and fresh. I also like the rewards program.

They are a racist crew working here. If you're not a delivery service app worker they won't even help you. We walked in to order and there was a man complaining saying they messed his food up instead of fixing the order they started "cleaning". They all behaved intoxicated. Slow and unresponsive. The only person doing visible work is the only female worker there. It was obvious the two guys pretty much refused to work and made their job about flanking her in to the space by the cutting wheel. The one guy kept picking up a washrag and setting it back down. The guy saying his name was Jimmy asked us if we could wait. We patiently waited 5 minutes. We ordered on the app since the employees were being rude. Gas is expensive and we need to Buy groceries and wanted a quick bite to eat before errands. We're being treated differently and refused service frequently lately. We were there a full 2 hours prior to closing time. The girl stood there staring at us like we were very unwelcome while stirring the mayo for a long time. The app tells us to get the food at 7:11 pm. We walk back in and still see only the female working and the two guys just standing behind her breathing down her neck. This time she is building 5 sandwiches by herself, two were big and three regular. There were about 6 delivery people waiting inside. Two others had picked up and left. There was 5 receipts being robo spit out of the register with delivery service and door dash etc. We waited another 3 minutes to be helped and by now it was a whopping 25 minutes total. We hadn't eaten all day so we got testy and crashed out at the guy. He STILL needed "five more minutes" to take our order. Insane and will not be back. Our order was never made and we got sick of waiting and had to reverse charges via the bank. Don't come here, they will keep your money and not give you any order at all. read more

This was only my second or third time trying jersey mikes, and wanted to give it a chance because I've had it catered before for work events. Big mistake! At least at this franchise? We came for dinner with my father, and it was a huge mistake. Our first two sandwiches were cold and were made within a few minutes by a nice gentleman working who memorized our order and instructed someone else (who came from the back) to make the hot sandwich. By the time we left there were four workers total (3 had come out) versus when we got there it was only one. Our third sandwich took about 20 minutes to make because the worker had no care in the world despite our other sandwiches being done for quite some time. She also only put gloves on half way into touching what she was cooking After waiting and waiting we finally got it only to get home and realize it was poorly and sloppily made missing half the stuff I asked for, because she was making it further in the back than the cold sandwiches I had to assume she was doing it right. For $47 for three sandwiches and really bad customer service from 3/4 employees I would never come here again and don't reccomend it at all! read more

Staff: The team here was really nice. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and apologetic for a couple of hiccups we experienced. Unfortunately, they don't wear name tags so I cannot highlight anyone specifically. We did have 2 issues with our order. The first was forgetting to add tomatoes in my wife's sandwich and then forgetting to add bacon in mine. Luckily, we dined in so we were able ask for it easily. They were very kind and apologetic for the errors. This did not upset me, but worth noting. My biggest complaint is mentioned below under ambiance. Quality: Food here like their other locations was fresh, high quality, and overall tasty. Value: Prices are fair and in line with other food options of this type. Ambiance: Unfortunately, this is where my biggest issue was. The entire time we were eating inside an Uber Eats delivery man was on a FaceTime call talking extremely loud and pacing around the entrance. My first instinct was to ask him nicely to stop but as a customer I shouldn't have to. The business should be aware of major disruptions and address the issue for their customers. Others were visibly annoyed with the guy. Overall: The restaurant was clean, the staff nice, and conveniently located so I would give them another try. I usually order a turkey and provolone on wheat bread with lettuce onions tomatoes yellow mustard and mayo on both side of the bread and oregano. Delicious! I also sometimes get the Philly cheese steak with the onions and mushrooms and melted cheese. read more

One of the best sandwich shop chains! All of the meats and cheeses are freshly sliced to order, and there's lots of options for both meats and breads. Making it a "Mike's Way" sub is the closest that you're gonna get to a real Italian sandwich. It gets busy during lunch, so I always order through the app before I arrive. Earning rewards points gets you free food too. The chips and chocolate chip cookies are great additions to your meal. They even offer baked potato chips. It's definitely a sub above. read more

THEY BARELY PUT ANY MEAT, I got a giant 12 with extra pepperoni, which is a $25 sandwich, I BARELY GOT PEPPERONI, not only that, there was only two other customers and they were speed running making my sandwich, barely cut it, threw all the stuff on it and whatnot. Normally the service is decent, but today I experienced otherwise. Rude and sloppy service: 2 female workers were chatting at the bread station when I walked in. They did not even turn their heads to acknowledge I had walked in. Neither of them greeted me, so I wasn't sure if they noticed that I came in. Then one turns my way and proceeded to take my order. Girl #2 was, at this time, at the topping station and was very dry in her manner. She added the requested toppings and condiments, then grabs the knife to cut the sandwich in half. She does so in a half ass way so that the top bread of the shorter half of the sandwich keeps falling off and the contents were sliding off the bottom bread. Then wraps it up and puts it in a bag. She placed the bag on the counter for me to take, with out saying another word. Not one "Hello", "Welcome", "Thank you" or "Bye" from either of the workers on this visit. I don't believe this is standard for Jersey Mike's, so I am little taken back by today's experience. To the dude working the grill today around 1:15pm. I asked for a chicken Philly no bell peppers. They handed me the receipt, super basic sandwich. Just meat cheese onions. They were swamped making cold sandwiches so mine was the only hot one. I'm waiting then I see the guy on the grill go and grab lettuce and tomato and put it on the sandwich. I tell the nice cashier "hey I think I just saw him put lettuce and tomato on my sandwich, I didn't want that". She goes to tell him and he's like I took it off and handed her my sandwich and walks away. I placed an order in the app for 3 sandwiches and 3 bags of chips on 3/31/2026 at 7:27pm. My lunch is at 10pm. When I open the bag, there are no chips. I come back to the same location tonight and let the worker know what happened and basically he tells me I'm out of luck. That their policy is not to correct the order because there are many "homeless" people that frequent the area that try and scam the store out of food. He says because the order was a week ago, that he probably won't be able to issue a refund. And the best thing he can do is give me one bag of chips as a courtesy. I paid for 3 bags of chips, received none, and then your worker says he'd do this out of courtesy? This is the second time that this exact store did not include the chips and I don't have time to just stop in the following day to have them make the order right. If you look at my order history, it shows that I'm a regular here, I do not need to scam anyone for a bag of chips, but I would like to GET WHAT I PAID FOR. Woah, no recollection of 1st review here 9 yrs ago! Anywho, got a promo in email for Hot Italian sando reg for $8.95. Give a new sando a try. The place is clean as usual, not busy. Ordering is a breeze. I get my sando in a few minutes cuz it's hot and they have to prep it vs cold. Here's where the problem starts. I'm on Reddit a lot and all I hear is private equity is the downward spiral of any biz. JM was bought by private equity few years back, and all reddit talks about is the quality of JM has really fallen off. Personally, I didn't see it til now. So unwrap my sando, I wish I took a pic for Yelp. It looked like a hot mess, like something I get from Subway. Even worse upon biting into this hot mess, the only that I'm thinking is this Subway's BMT but twice the price. I go to JM and pay extra cuz of quality vs Subway. Extremely disappointed with this Jersey Mike's location. They were completely unorganized and had no idea how to manage online orders versus the very LONG line of customers standing right in front of them. I was literally the 3rd person in line, and it still took forever for anyone to even acknowledge or start my order. To make things worse, the woman helping forgot my order, seemed totally confused, and offered no real help. The food itself was good but honestly, it's not worth the headache. I'd rather just drive a little further and go to Subway where at least the service is organized and you're not standing around wondering if they forgot you exist. Ordered an Italian sub and asked for no HAM and to replace with more pepperoni ... the female worker replied with "not to be a smart ass, but the whole sandwich is ham so which is it that you don't want?" She then went on trying to tell me the whole sandwich is technically ham when the meats list out as ham, prosciutto, capocollo and pepperoni. I like the location of this Jersey Mike store for its convenience. It's close to other fast foods and coffee shops, quick for grab and go lunches. I went here to redeem my birthday coupon (for the people who don't know about this yet, you get a free sandwich on your birthday when you register in the app). I picked an item in their secret menu that has turkey and cheese (cuz I like turkey), fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and all their sauces except onion. I don't remember clearly the name of the sandwich but you can ask for the name. The fountain drinks is included in the coupon. I picked Cola for sure, it goes well with everything. I also have a bag of chips that I want to buy as a thank you for treating me the meal but the guy in there was so nice to give me for free! Jersey Mike's does not ever disappoint! My wife and I have been going to Jersey Mike's for about 10 years now and the reason we keep coming back is because the quality stays the same. We used to be all about subway but when we first had a sub at JM's, we noticed the huge difference in the quailty of the bread, meats, ingredients and overall customer service from JM's. Not to mention the store we go to is always clean, organized and the workers are always quick to get you on your way or serve you your food to eat there. The selection of sandwiches is also something that I've always liked at JM's because they have philly cheese steaks, tuna sandwhiches or chicken sandwiches so there's an option for everyone. We will not be returning to subway for as long as Jersey Mike's stays open, and we hope it stays there forever! To anyone who wants a delicious sandwich, do not doubt on coming to eat at Jersey Mike's because you won't regret it one bit. Btw the number 13. I placed an order for our office and they were missing two sandwiches, two 3-packs of cookies and none of the chips that I selected were delivered. I tried to resolve this issue and called them. Although I understand that using Doordash is a 3rd party that I will need to go through for resolution, but the response from the person who answered was that they are busy and that's why my order is missing stuff. It was my first time at Jersey Mike's. I've seen this store around before, but never actually had gotten a chance to eat here. I've tried other subway sandwich places such as Subway and Which Which. I wanted something fast and filling today so I searched up nearby food options and stumbled across this store. Upon first walking into the store, I was greeted with a hearty "Welcome!" as an employee looked up from making the sandwich and smiled at me. I was really impressed because he was in the middle of making the sandwich, but he still had a chance to make the effort to welcome me in. This made me feel important as a customer. I waited in line and scanned the menu to see what I would like to order. The employee told me that he would be ready whenever I was ready. I asked him whether the California Club was a hot sandwich and he said no. However, when he found out I was looking for a hot sandwich, he told me that he would be more than happy to put the sandwich on the grill for me. He explained to me that the cheese would be melted and asked if I would be okay with that. I was impressed that he went out of his way again to offer me that option. The entire process was easy to order and all the employees after that were efficient in making my sandwich as it went down the assembly line. I even told the employees that I felt welcome and really appreciated their customer service and positivity. The sandwich that came out was tasty and juicy. I had chosen to do it "Mike's Way" and was not disappointed. The California Club was very flavorful; I would definitely order this again! I even noticed that there is an option to make the sandwich into a tray or wrap. Next time I will try that and compare it to a sandwich. Since it was my first time, I had to try the sandwich though! I give this place 4 stars because part of my sandwich wasn't on the sandwich making table and it was a bit unhygienic, but aside from that, everything was great.
