I got my order frm a wonderful lady im assuming shes a manager. I was waiting for brother to get his meal, i was eating my fries first i was looking at my bag n saw my sandwich note wrong order i assume the label was mistake but sandwich was correct. I was wrong. It was different sandwich. It wasnt a big deal at all. I went in to tell them i got wrong sandwich, showed the receipt. A worker & the manager knew it was a mistake cus i heard the manager said was it the one with spicy chicken with pepper jack. The drive thru of this Chick-fil-A was very quick and efficient. The order taker was super friendly and made ordering pleasant. They had a small separate plastic pouch with the condiments, napkins and fork inside the paper bag with our food. It made it seem a lot more organized and the napkins don't get greasy which is nice. Me and my sisters dined in for national cow day, one of us dressed as a cow and Kylee took our order and was very nice and welcoming. She had great energy towards all the costumers and so did Noah at the front door with the cow bell welcoming everyone in. Our food was amazing with no problems and came to us very quickly. it was my first time here! All the staff was very nice and professional. lots of kids to seem to work here and are so happy! It seems like a great environmen! I guess my experience at this specific location isn't unique. I've read a number of recent comments about the lack of quality operations at this location. I was charged for two sandwiches but given one. When I pointed out to the girl in the window she insisted that I paid for one and she'd be happy to charge me for another. I showed her the charge on Apple Pay and I asked her if one breakfast sandwich cost $10.25? She insisted that I only paid for one. The manager stepped in and said that the screen updated and asked if I only wanted one sandwich. I explained I paid for two but got just one. What a hassle. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST Ordered and paid on the app for drive thru pick up , the assistant GM then charged my card for something I did not agree on at the window, had to wait in the parking lot for the refund and my food, my order was wrong as I pulled out of the parking lot, had to uturn back to go inside to complain because drive thru line got too long. The assistant GM Bryan was not accommodating. After arguing with him inside the store, he finally agrees to fulfill my original order. YET AGAIN, they forget the sauce! I came through the drive thru last night it was around 10:30pm with two friends we each got a #1, I PAID for three combos, when we got to the window I asked the girl if everything was in the bag. SHE SAID YES, I trusted her because I knew it was late and everyone just wants to go home and I drove off. Only to get home and we're missing one of the sandwiches. Ordered chicken biscuit and tater tots(hash browns). Came out pretty quickly, server(and cashier) had pleasant demeanor. I forgot to ask for sauce, she went to fetch a couple. THIS IS THE REASON for this review. I've had it before but didn't feel the need to memorialize in Yelp review. Sweet & Spicy Sriracha sauce is the absolute BOMB! The sauce alone deserves 5 stars. This specific location is hard to get in & out during the lunch rush. The parking by the door is small and a one way, although there is more parking all around, but it's shared by all the other businesses on that side of the street. It's at the corner of Bristol & MacArthur, but the drive-thru line can start at the street on MacArthur. When that happens, it will be impossible for you to get around the line. I always order on the app and pay ahead so the food is ready by the time I walk in. You do need to click in the app that you have arrived, so they prepare your meal, but that only takes a few minutes. The Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich is my absolute favorite item! Amazingly flavorful as is, but their house sauce, and Polynesian sauce are really good to add. This is still my favorite chicken sandwich. Love the app rewards points too! read more

Bring back the old workers! This location is my usual stop on Saturdays after my kids karate and we've always had a pleasant experience with the staff. Today's visit was upsetting the lead Erick looks like he hates his job. A minor mistakes with my order and when I picked up the order no hello or anything from the man working the drive through counter. I had to go in to have them fix my drink. When Erick approached me I explained the situation no apology no acknowledgement of the mistake that was made he had a miserable face. Service can be a hit or miss from time to time but they never fail at getting through the line quickly. I always come for the nugget combo. This location was remodeled so it's much bigger and the drive thru operates with more cars. The inside seems almost the same but I always choose the drive through. The employees are nice but nothing that goes above and beyond. The employees that do the most are definitely under appreciated compared to some of the teenagers here that are looking for a regular paycheck. read more
