I was around the area so i had to get a late lunch for myself. I mobile order my meal. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich w no tomato n american cheese with coke and no salted waffles. Just fyi it taste better with no salt. Highly recommend. It was thee best waffle fries i have. I went in the area was clean, very organized. I got my order frm a wonderful lady im assuming shes a manager. I was waiting for brother to get his meal, i was eating my fries first i was looking at my bag n saw my sandwich note wrong order i assume the label was mistake but sandwich was correct. I was wrong. It was different sandwich. It wasnt a big deal at all. I went in to tell them i got wrong sandwich, showed the receipt. A worker & the manager knew it was a mistake cus i heard the manager said was it the one with spicy chicken with pepper jack. I guess my experience at this specific location isn't unique. I've read a number of recent comments about the lack of quality operations at this location. I was charged for two sandwiches but given one. When I pointed out to the girl in the window she insisted that I paid for one and she'd be happy to charge me for another. I showed her the charge on Apple Pay and I asked her if one breakfast sandwich cost $10.25? She insisted that I only paid for one. The manager stepped in and said that the screen updated and asked if I only wanted one sandwich. I explained I paid for two but got just one. What a hassle. This specific location is hard to get in & out during the lunch rush. The parking by the door is small and a one way, although there is more parking all around, but it's shared by all the other businesses on that side of the street. It's at the corner of Bristol & MacArthur, but the drive-thru line can start at the street on MacArthur. When that happens, it will be impossible for you to get around the line. I always order on the app and pay ahead so the food is ready by the time I walk in. You do need to click in the app that you have arrived, so they prepare your meal, but that only takes a few minutes. The Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich is my absolute favorite item! Amazingly flavorful as is, but their house sauce, and Polynesian sauce are really good to add. This is still my favorite chicken sandwich. Love the app rewards points too! read more

Worst drive through experience ever. I'm still in the drive through. It's been 18 minutes. It's 6:40. I'm wondering how service could be this slow right at opening? Bring back the old workers! This location is my usual stop on Saturdays after my kids karate and we've always had a pleasant experience with the staff. Today's visit was upsetting the lead Erick looks like he hates his job. A minor mistakes with my order and when I picked up the order no hello or anything from the man working the drive through counter. I had to go in to have them fix my drink. When Erick approached me I explained the situation no apology no acknowledgement of the mistake that was made he had a miserable face. Service can be a hit or miss from time to time but they never fail at getting through the line quickly. I always come for the nugget combo. This location was remodeled so it's much bigger and the drive thru operates with more cars. The inside seems almost the same but I always choose the drive through. The employees are nice but nothing that goes above and beyond. This is an establishment that is closed on Sunday's which is different for a fast food chain. It has its employees greet a very specific way which is nice as well. However, I have issues with their views on the LGBTQ community. You have gay employees and once supported them and now you don't. It is just a bit weird for me. First the costa mesa restaurant has the very same amount of customers on any given day mon through fri and I've never been made to wait for more than 10 minutes for my food at the Bristol restaurant and every time they've asked us to wait few minutes they give us a gift card for the wait. Customer service is golden at the Chick-fil-A on Bristol in santa ana very thoughtful and customers are appreciated. Not like the Chick-fil-A in costa mesa were ive had to wait over a half hour standing in front of the checkstand for a strawberry ice cream shake nothing more and noticed people with real food orders that came way after me were getting their orders called out mean while i couldn't even ask for my money back and forget the shake because no one would give me five seconds of their time so I can ask. Today's manager serving driver thru orders between 12pm-1pm needs to do better with her approach towards customers. No type of customer service. I order thru drive thru and my whole order was wrong, burgers and drink.. I had to go through the drive thru again so I can get the right stuff. Manger came out and asked " so what's the issue?" with a firm mean look .. I explained and she asked for the food back (opened the food in front of me) and says "so what did u want" asking for receipt and then walking away. She confronted the person that made the order and said something, not sure what but all employees were just staring down and uncomfortable .
