The seating availability is good - patio when it's warm, booth or back table when it's chilly. The food is good! I often like to try something new, and I've never been disappointed. During that time, I watched multiple drive-thru customers get served and leave while stall customers continued waiting. When my food arrived, it was cold. The fries were hard, the burger was bland, and the drink had very little flavor. I also saw customers leave because the wait was so long. To the manager: please hire more staff, improve training, or better support your employees. Something clearly isn't working.
