Where to begin? Hmmm. Service was definitely lack luster. Order taken by a 16 or 17 year-old man who was less helpful than a kiosk and not as friendly. I'm used to Culver's locations being pretty good on customer service... He couldn't even say thanks or thank you; nothing. The lady who brought out my food was not any better. Instead of using my name of Jennifer that was on the order, it was said in an awful tone of "48". No thank you or thanks from her either. The food wasn't done correctly either. Oohh Culver's, you remind me of back home in Wisconsin! I love the custard concrete mixers and the fish here. I can't find a decent fish fry around the area, so when I have a craving I'll go here once in awhile. The butter burgers are always yummy too. The service is friendly, but sometimes it takes awhile at this location to get the food. I would much rather wait though, so I know it's fresh! I love how I can ask for a pup cup to go for my dog back home, and they always give me one. read more

The food here is usually pretty good. However, the overall experience of your meal depends on the day. The burgers are always decent for fast food, but for some reason the onion rings were cold today... hmmm.... The atmosphere is great some days, but sometimes it's a little messy. There was a little food spilled on a table close to me today. I always get the cheeseburger kids meal... it's the perfect size, plus you get a free scoop of ice cream, and who doesn't want that??? I stoped by this place today for my lunch. I was pleasantly surprised I ordered a hamburger fries and Coke and it came with the a side of ice cream. The food was great and worth every penny. I don't understand how it doesn't have more stars this places unbelievable. Some of the servers were special needs and I feel that is awesome they were happy, smiling, great job you guys and girls. I hate to have to do it, especially since I grew up visiting Culver's in Wisconsin, but this Culver's gets only 1 star. I didn't arrive at this quickly. Here is why 1 star. A month and a half ago, I picked up takeout for my family from this Culver's. With a large order coming out at almost $50.00, I guess I would have expected some semblance of accuracy. When we arrived home, several items were missing from out order - a large cheese curds, the fries from the meals, every condiment that we had asked for. Pretty messed up. I called the Culver's to let the know what happened and was transferred to the manager. He informed me that he would be putting out info in the system and that he would put us down for a value basket and a large cheese curds to make up for the missing fries and cheese curds that I had paid for yet they failed to include. So fast forward to tonight. My wife went to Culver's to pick up dinner and to let them make good on their previous mistake. The manager Susie told her that there was no record of any of the previous issue taking place. She took down my info from my wife to have a manager call me another day (doesn't really help us for dinner tonight). They didn't honor any of the make goods for the money that I had already spent. My wife brought home the food and to add insult to injury - the deluxe burger I had ordered had none of the toppings on it - the only things that make it "deluxe". Way to go Culver's in Savage. While in the past we have generally experienced you messing up orders in small ways pretty regularly, these last two visits sealed it for our family. You blew it Culver's. read more

Went through the drive up. After paying for the order I had to wait almost 20 minutes before they brought the order out. During that time three cars behind me received there orders. My wife loves Culver's butter burgers. I also ordered French fries onion rings and chilly. When I got home every thing was cold and my wife said it was the worst butter Berger she has ever had. We live in the area and frequent this restaurant. The last few times we have noticed that it takes a lot longer for food and the employees don't really seem to care. Tonight around 6pm my daughter and I stopped by for ice cream. We thought it would be quicker to park and run in. We ordered a waffle cone with 1scoop and a small concrete with Andes. 10mins later as we stood there patiently watching the staff stand around, wiping trays, wiping the counter etc... I finally had enough. I went to the counter and mentioned that I have been waiting 10mins for my ice cream. She looks at her register, probably looking up the number I was holding... she lets out a deep sigh and makes my order. No apology, no explanation about the wait. I still don't know why it took so long..... they weren't even that busy. We were the only customers standing in the front area, and 2 cars in drive thru when we left. A week prior we went there for lunch after the 11am mass. A lady that had been waiting for her food in drive thru lane walks into the restaurant. Apparently she had been waiting a while. They told her it would be 20mins. Later I walked up with my little guy to get his free scoop of ice cream. I noticed an elderly lady was still waiting for her food. I felt bad that she was still standing around waiting for her food. I started a conversation with her and turns out, yep, she had been waiting 15mins! I ate @ the same location finally today. NICHOLE the shift lead blew my mind today with her amazing service. We have not eaten there since the chicken made our entire family ill... Today we entered had a flawless meal with flawless service. I inquired about au jus sauce for my prime rib. and she came through with offering both gravy and au jus sauce without me even asking. Culvers is one of the better burgers you can get from a drive through window and it is as close to In and Out burger as you can get in the midwest. The custard is always good and they rotate the flavor of the day. I eat here every so often but its hard to deviate from what they do well, burgers and custard. Every time I go I have good intentions to try something else but can't. I have had the walleye and the chicken dinner before and it wasn't too bad for being fried food. Overall this location is on par with other Culver's although the one in Apple Valley is typically faster. (Hey it's fast food) read more

First the website lists a long yummy portfolio of ice cream flavors. Problem is they do t exist. Upon going to the store it vanilla or chocolate with a few items to chose from. No mint Oreo, nothing special. So you settle on plain chocolate with fruit made up as a sundae. They get it wrong. You get vanilla cream with hot fudge and fruit thrown on top. You know about Culver's juicy burgers and fresh-made frozen custard, but did you know about the great battered cod, flavorful and tender pot roast, and that both of these are available as sandwiches or dinners? Love the drive-thru and immaculate dining area. Fried onion rings and fried cheese curds are amazing, plus it means no fried food smell at my house! I usually pick up a cup of soup for lunch the next day; I recommend the wild rice, cheddar broccoli, vegetable beef, tomato basil and minestrone. If they add zuppa toscano, I will have to increase my number of visits! A summer flavor explosion is the lemon ice. I like it plain in a cup or with raspberries on it. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! On 1/18/16 I ordered for my family, my son has a peanut allergy which is noted on the receipt. Ernesto a 16 year old supervisor made a mistake and put peanutbutter in all the milk shakes we ordered. At the time the owner AMANDA BRAML seemed concerned. She confirmed on 1/19/16 that he remembered putting peanut butter in all 3 shakes. 4 months later after delaying our claim, she has lied to her insurance company West Bend Mutual Insurance and claimed they did not male a mistake. Now they will not agree to pay our medical expenses caused by their mistake. My Son almost died and Amanda/Culvers will not take any responsibility for their mistake!!! My husband and I walked in to order food and the crew just stood around ignoring us. They didn't greet us at all. We stood waiting for the girls to come over and take our order but they kept talking to each other. They didn't come over till more customers came in. The last 2x I've been here the cheese curds have been cold in the middle. Both times I got the same curds back, even the ones I took bites out of. The same thing happened with fish on another occasion. Pretty sure you're not supposed to put partially eaten food back in the fryer with other peoples food. Time to find a new Culver's. read more
