When I got home, I realized the butcher accidentally priced it as "Boneless" Rib Roast and I was probably charged too much for it. The roast was delicious and easy to prepare (they even gave you a little handout on how to cook the cut of meat you bought...which I thought was extremely nice and helpful!). The entire family ate it up. The best part was that the helpful butcher actually carried the meat to your car, which was super nice.
