I used a coupon from my email for my "free birthday sandwich" after a purchase of a medium drink.(Dr. Pepper). I decided on the beef brisket with bacon. ALWAYS excellent service here with teamwork employees. Great music playing while eating. Counter areas, tables, floors, windows are top in cleanliness at this restaurant! There's a " bell to ring" when you exit if you are satisfied with their service and taste of your meal if dining in. I always give it a strong ring and chime when I leave out the door so they all know my tummy is full along with a Happy Smile :) on my face! *Grin* thumbs up here !

Choose from root beer, Dr. Pepper or Coke floats. $1 items are a great value in my book, especially for a more quality fast food place such as Arby's. I don't frequent fast food places often, but if I do I'm definitely a fan of the value menus and Happy Hour offerings. And Arby's has probably one of the best Happy Hour offerings in the fast food race. Don't forget to ask for Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce. They taste great not only with the sliders and sandwiches, but also both their fries. No dine in yet during this tail end of CoVid, but maybe soon. The employees are pretty zombified. Not much personality here. Food has always been ok, sometimes the fries aren't that fresh. But for $1 I'm not gona pull a "Karen". I prefer the location on Van Dyke best and probably will stick with that one.

I got a #14 "The Supreme" grilled Reuben. It was very small (and I mean small even bread size-wise). There was enough corned beef on it to almost cover the bread, but only one thin layer. There were a few flakes of sauerkraut and only a trace of Thousand Island dressing. I could have made a better Reuben myself at home. I've never had a worse Reuben sandwich from any restaurant in my life and I'm 68. It didn't even come with a pickle for the $12.50 I paid for it. I will never patronize this Deli again. A waste of my drive there and my money. I'd give it Zero stars if I could. I definitely do not recommend Troy Deli. P.S. My wife was not happy with her #4 "The Twist" either.

They have changed everything about the New Yorker. The sandwhich has less meat ( although) they are charging less, no doubt, the sandwhich is much smaller. Also they no longer offer you the small cup of either the potato salad or coleslaw anymore. if you want both the fee was another $3.00. Why are they doing this? We won't be back! I'm hoping the other original New York Deli in St. Clair shores is not doing these changes. I told my waitress the sandwhich was horrible. She said she didn't think they did anything different. Wise up, guys...you will be losing business.
