Decided to try the limited / seasonal walleye sandwich. The walleye was good but I didn't think it works in a sandwich. It was a bit soggy and messy to eat. Would have preferred to eat it by itself and not in a sandwich on top of tartar sauce. I would come back for the spicy chicken sandwich. It's crispy, flavorful and packs a good amount of heat! Only downside is I thought the chicken portion was kinda small/thin. The cheese curds were also good along with their seasoned crinkle fries. There wasn't a long line in the drive through but after ordering, it took a while for our food to come out. It was hot and fresh though so didn't mind the wait. read more

This is a negative 100 across the board. SAVE YOURSELF and YOUR TIME and go to Rochester Hills or even Five Guys (any location). AVOID AT ALL COST. How hard is it to put a burger together?? The manager Christina (if you can call her that) or as I refer to her as Crispy like her brain and the staff are unprofessional and should be given an IQ test before hiring. First timer here and i have to say I'm pretty impressed for a fast food establishment. Employees were all very kind and helpful even during their busy lunch rush. I got the fish sandwich which was really good! A little dry and could have used a little more mayo and i would prefer meltier cheese but still very tasty. The kids meals are a great value. For $5.79 you get your choice of entree (my kids both picked the 2 piece tenders), side (fries or applesauce), milk or apple juice, and a huge scoop of custard. Great deal! The food does take a little while to come out but I appreciate that it is made to order and not just sitting under a heat lamp. read more

Oh man have I been missing out on Culver's! I discovered it this year near my job, but I never knew there was one in close proximity to me. I was craving a burger, but I did not want to sit down at a restaurant and wait forever. I saw Culver's on the list and I just had to come in! Upon walking in, we asked the woman to give us a moment to look at what we wanted. For only about $5 I got the snackpack that comes with a single butterburger, fries, and a drink. I did get that delicious Wisconsin cheese side as well. My boyfriend decided to get the mushroom and swiss butterburger and chose the double option, as a meal. I also decided to get the cheese curds. My sister ordered her food as well. We set down our order numbers and filled our drinks. I got some ketchup and salt and then grabbed some napkins. As I walked back, my food arrived. I did not expect it to come so fast! The burger was so delicious. I love how great their meat tasted for a fast food place. The fries were super fresh and hot, and the cheese was perfect. The only thing was that the cheese curds were not what I expected. All of the photos showed a pull, so I figured the cheese would be more of a stringy nice pull. Went there for lunch and ordered 3 meals. There was no cheese on the cheese burgers. The girl just dropped the tray on the table and walked away. Took the food back up there and requested the cheese. Got the food back with cold fries and ice cold cheese on it. My food was burnt and the manager was no where to be found. I took pictures of the food and we just left. I came to this location and went into the drive through with my toddler . I ordered a shake and when she brought it out it was really watery and no straw . I went to the drive through again bc I didn't want to get out and hassle with my toddler . I had to wait an additional 20 Mi and noticed everyone was getting their orders before me that were there after me. I had to go inside and let them know and they forgot about me order like I thought . Got in the car and realized it was still watery . I've gone to Culver's multiple time to know their shakes are always thick and full of chunks of the inside toppings of the hat ever you choose . Culver's is more than a fast food hamburger joint. Each burger is made to order fresh. You can customize it any way you want. They do something to the burger that gives it a delicious buttery taste. You put your order in and have a seat. They bring it out to you. Now that they are not open for dine in, you can go through the drive through. As i said, it is not really fast food so it is going to take some extra time through the drive through, so be patient. When you're there, you have to have one of their signiture shakes! They have a variety of deserts to choose from and you will be upset if you drive away without one! They just put a new location in at 16 and VD as well. Show them some love. Mmmmm. My friend and I both wanted some ice cream so we were trying to decide where to go. She said Culver's had frozen custard and how good it was. I took her word for it and boy, she was right! We both ordered a Concrete Mixer. Mine was chocolate with Snickers mixed in and hers was vanilla with Snickers. This was hands down one of the best mixes I've had. It outshines the Dairy Queen Blizzard and most other places that sell the Blizzard type mixers. What makes it better is the smooth custard instead of ice cream. The chocolate mixer was rich and creamy and the Snickers added that sweet, chewy goodness. I wish there were more Snickers pieces in it~~~ not quite enough to make it all the way to the last spoonful. The drive through was friendly and efficient, which surprised me because I thought for sure our order would have taken longer. But it came out pretty fast! I ordered a single, was charged for a double. We ordered bacon on our burgers which we did not receive. When we asked for the bacon, we received a soggy limp pile of bacon. The Male restroom of this Culver's is quite the trip. Starting with the stall door that is more loose then my ex girlfriend. Then onto the Toilet with two flush modes. Above the toilet is a small sticker explaining "This button for liquid waste " and "This button for solid waste " This is all fine and dandy till one exits said stall to see a urinal with the same flush options. In my many experiences in restrooms I have yet to have the need to flush solid waste down a urinal, but that is just me. The last defect of this restroom is the hand towel dispenser location. Which is very close to the counter top leading to hands smash the counter top when pulling towels. In all this restroom was far from perfect and has many things to improve on before it will have my mark of approval. read more

Culverts is probably one of the better fast food around. It's like a hidden secret because there's not too many in the Metro Detroit area (I say this as there's one being built a mile from me!) My sister and I came here later in the evening on Saturday. The parking lot was packed full and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Okay this sounds like a popular spot! We opted to order inside and there was a line, of course. Several cashiers at the registers made the line short in a snap of a finger. We ordered buffalo tenders and a large fry. While we waited our cashier asked if we wanted a cup of water to drink. Very thoughtful and I noticed all the other cashiers asking the same thing. Even with the 20 minute drive home our food was still extremely hot and not soggy. Tenders weren't too spicy but did have a kick to them. Buffalo flavored. Not buffalo sauced. Fries were crinkle fries but weren't loaded with salt. Awesome! Tons of menu choices and there's something for everyone. Lots of dinning place if you prefer to eat inside. I have enjoyed your product across the country and have found that the end product delivered to the customer is solely dependent on the level of commitment displayed by the staff at a specific location, A staff committed to their role and enjoying their job deliver is a much better product than a group that is not.
