There are a couple reasons why I love Jersey Mike's. Somehow it just feels healthier and fresher as soon as you step in. Their produce is grown locally, and the bread is baked fresh in stores every day. (white and whole wheat) The Red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend used on the sandwiches just makes everything better and slicing the meats and cheeses right in front of you just makes the experience so much better. I ordered two sandwiches online as they had a coupon for 50% off a giant sub. I love a good deal so I thought, why not. Ugh. For some reason, we decided to add spicy brown mustard to the sandwich. HUGE mistake. I ate a mustard sandwich. I don't remember telling them to put the entire bottle of mustard on my sandwich. Also, I requested extra lettuce. There was actually LESS lettuce than the usual amount. Lesson learned. Go to the location to order so you can see the amounts of the items going on the sandwich. Nope not gonna stand in line get asked what i want the watch as dude makes 6 more subs in front of me and then ask guy inmline behond me what he wants ??!!wtf is this all about take my order make my order. Dont make me tell you what i want again and again. If you want my 18 bucks for 1 sub you need to get it together. I wont be back to get the same treatment ever again. Ive been a patron here for 8 years or more just to get jerked around is unbelievable. This place is a mess. I place my online order 30 mins ahead and still end up waiting 30 mins for my sub. I would recommend the one in Loganville. I've never had an issue waiting for an online order there. It just happens to be a few miles further. In addition, the customer service here is poor. Always wanted to try this place out since I'm no longer in NYC and premiere sandwich spots are hard to come by. Since it was my first time there, I wanted to try their best sub which was the "Mikes Famous Cheesesteak". Now listen, lemme just get straight to the point and tell you there's nothing famous about this cheesesteak. Not nearly enough cheese and the meat tasted like the steak-ums product that you get in the frozen food isle of your local supermarket. The price was pretty high for the subpar quality as well. They should change the name of the sub to the "mikes not quite famous cheesesteak". RUDE! I ordered a hot sandwich and a cold sandwich $35-- The guy that took my order refused to speak up so I could hear what he was saying over the loud music. When he made my sub (cold one) he asked if I wanted it microwaved. I replied no. He then said again Do you want me to heat it up. "No, it's a cold sandwich." - This was met with an eye roll. You would think that delivery orders afford you more opportunities to double and triple check that the sandwich is correct but I guess they refused to take the extra moment to get it right. I come here often due to how close it is to my job. The customer service is garbage. There's no point in ordering ahead as they usually don't have my order ready on time despite me arriving 10 minutes or more after my order should be ready. When you walk in no one acknowledges you and you pretty much have to wait for the right opportunity to stop them and ask for your order. Then they act like you're an idiot for asking or doing too much for not wanting them to make everyone's sandwich and cash them out. Deserves less than one star now. This Jersey Mike's location has really really gone downhill. The owner is one of the rudest people I've ever seen in a service industry. He talks down so bad to his employees it's uncomfortable for the customers to hear. He refuses to answer the phone, it can ring fifty times and he won't let employees answer. I was trying to call and when I walked in it was still connected and my call was ringing, he said he doesn't have time to answer phone calls, order online. I tried to explain I was driving a car and probably shouldn't be texting a sandwich order. He said just order online, ordering online doesn't let you change the cheese you want it just cheese or no cheese. he screams at his customers and talks terrible to the young people that work for him. The food is really good, since it's still JM's. The place seems to be clean. There is only one issue and I believe it's the owner. He takes orders from everyone who is standing in line at the same time, and then messes up every single order.
