I got back from the pool to find my husband sitting on the couch and he said "Can we have Jersey Mike's tonight?" This isn't a typical request in our household, nor is it normally on the top ten things I'd like to eat, but relationships are all about compromise, right? I also realized if we get Jersey Mike's I get a pass on cooking tonight, so I said "Sure." My husband decided to get takeout, so I texted him order. I didn't feel like deli meat, so I opted for their #17, Mike's Famous Philly, minus onions and peppers, because I didn't feel like having heartburn tonight (please note there are certain times I'm willing to get heartburn, but this wasn't one of them). I also asked for a side of Doritos. I unwrapped my sub and it looked like a Philly cheesesteak: meat and cheese and bread. I bit in and the meat was shaved and tasted tender. The bread was soft and the cheese was gooey. Was I expecting the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had? No. I'm realistic with my expectations. It was lacking some type of condiment. I ran over to the refrigerator and thought this could use ranch, but not any old ranch: taco ranch. I added the taco ranch to the sub and it enhanced the flavor. It definitely tasted better, not plain. Doritos were good and I'm not ashamed to say so. My nugget said he finished all his food and wanted red chips (AKA Doritos), so like any good mother I gave him my Doritos. Mom of the year folks. While I am waiting on a recording session at church, I ordered online a club with extra bacon and drove here for take out. App said twenty minutes but was ready when I walked in twelve minutes after ordering. Very friendly and apologized for not having Dr. Pepper at location but kindly allowed me to swap Pepsi for Mountain Dew. Very clean interior and the only place I have seen outdoor seating for Jersey Mike's yet. I like outdoor seating when available. Club submarine made excellent and the honey mustard with extra bacon made it great at this time. Just missing Dr. Pepper or sweet tea but nothing is perfect. They cut the regular size sub in half that made eating it easier, keeping the filling between the bread. read more

My review is regarding not just this location, but every Jersey Mike's....but this location itself does a great job and the staff is super friendly & accommodating. I rank Jersey Mike's high because IMO the cheesesteak sandwiches are the closest to those in Philly. The bread is slightly softer, but that's ok because it makes it nice for the other sandwiches. I'm not a fan of cheezwhiz and prefer the provolone (esp sharp, but only get offered that in Philly). What really makes me happy is the Big Kahuna that has the grilled onions and peppers and that's spicy peppers too that I don't see at most places outside Philly or places close to there. I also like mushrooms that come on it, but you don't have to include if you don't like them. The others subs have been good with the fresh cut meat, good produce, etc... My alternate is #9 the club supreme with turkey, roast beef, and bacon. I do make it Mike's Way, but add banana peppers and pickles too....just as a suggestion! read more

Great place, awesome sandwiches and great staff. I called to complain about a pickup order, the young lady who I spoke to was overly kind and Patrick the manager was awesome. This is the best Jersey Mike's store I have patronized. It goes without saying that the subs are excellent. Very difficult to find a better sub. But what makes this JM something else is the manager - or at least I think he is the manager. He is extremely welcoming and friendly. He has an amazing memory. I do not stop here frequently because it is some distance from my home and in a direction I do not frequently travel - but I lover going there. Even if I have not seen the manager he greets me like an old friend, remembers my favorite type of sub and remembers to give me a veterans discount without my asking. Just an extreme pleasure to visit this store. A tremendous ambassador for Jersey Mikes - I really meet anyone like him in the restaurant-food industry. The Ruben......damn good!! This is the only Jersey Mike's location I've ever been to and I come here frequently. The employees are always bright and cheery. They joke with me and make a very comfortable atmosphere. The Ruben is honestly the first and only sub I've ever had from Jersey Mike's it was recommended by one of the employees a long time ago on my first visit and I haven't be able to venture from it. They would not cancel my pick up order when I misplaced it, a regular employee told me that there was no manager there for me to talk to and when I ask who was in charge he said he was and still could not do anything. Most importantly, he said he would have his Boss call me back first thing the next day, and I have not received a phone call at all. I am extremely disappointed as Jersey Mikes is one of my favorite places to get subs. Never will I ever go to the Jersey Mikes in Sunbury Ohio and I will tell my friends and family how poor my interaction was with them. Extremely disappointed in the service. read more

First of all Jersey Mike's has the best subs. As for this store clean up your tables. Now for the one star. Teach your employees basic math. When one asks for it to be cut in thirds it means three pieces not 6. try to eat a Philly cheesesteak in such small pieces. read more

I have been in here a couple of times food is good and the service is great ... but there has been this one time I was in and I sat down to eat my food with my family I looked over and notice that a guy just really giving this girl a really hard time... it made me look over a couple of times to him rolling his eyes and sighing... over and over again . Clean, well run franchise. The sandwich rolls are made fresh daily and they are very close to the real deal. The menu options are varied and if you get your sandwich 'Mikes Way' with oil and herbs - it's reminds you of a real Italian sandwich from Jersey. And the service was acceptable for the line being backed up as far as it was.
