The restaurant was very slow, 2 tables counting ours and the servicer was struggling. My husband started taking our cups to her for refills on drinks. She only stopped at the table to deliver food. They are usually right on time and easy pick up at the window. Worst experience ever!!!! Ordered pizza on app at 537pm, was told it would be ready in 30 mins. Got there at 611pm as the app said the pizza was ready and was told it would be another 25 mins cause they haven't even made it yet. 40 mins late at 649pm we walked out the door with our pizza. Not sure if the workers there don't care or if the app doesn't work right but that's ridiculous. If it takes an hour then tell me, don't say it will be ready then make me wait 40 mins. read more

They are not permanently closed... We had pizza hut for dinner. I think they are still struggling from COVID. They were short staffed but the waitress was very good. We had a large meat lovers pan pizza and Bread sticks which were good. Their pizza has really declined - there was a lot more crust than what I am used to and less toppings than I remember but their pan pizza was good. The cheesy bread sticks was really good. My big criticism is the menu does not have prices so we ended up paying more for dinner than the waitress qouted when we ordered - not that big of a deal but $5 is $5. We are going to stop by for the buffet in the next couple of weeks read more

Service here is awful - kids run the operation with no adult supervision or management. We pre-ordered and paid several hours ahead online for a Saturday delivery at 5pm. Pizza Hut uses DoorDash instead of their own delivery drivers. Our order was delivered over 1 1/2 hour late, then the Door Dash driver remained on our front porch to argue with us over paying him when we had the receipt clearly showing we had paid online for the order. No actual manager or adult was available at Pizza Hut to help resolve the issue and our dinner was ruined. This is not the first time our order was late/cold from Sunbury Pizza Hut. Do not order from this Pizza Hut! You will be disappointed and they have no manager to provide service recovery or help when Door Dash stays on your front porch demanding payment for a half hour. read more

We went to Pizza Hut and 1/2 of the pizza was just dry nasty bread only the center had sauce or toppings. definitely not the pizza hut from years ago. If I could upload the picture of our pizza I would as I did take a picture to show everyone. Very expensive definitely not worth the money. Got a pizza here for a girls movie night & it wss exactly what I remember! I always ask for it to be well done to ensure no raw pizza eating (a known issue with many pizza establishments). So i ordered wings from Sunbury Pizza Hut Saturday. Got home and almost no sauce on them. And any sauce was pooled in the bottom not on the wings I took them back in to get more sauce added. The manager Charles came out to talk to me. He opened them and proceded to argue with me instead of fixing the problem. I walked out after trying to talk but never "able to"and walked out, he was so horrible in front of my 5yr old son who really wanted those wings how they normally came, after venting to my wife she called to get a refund as Charles got on the phone his exact words to her were "what do you want" not how may I help you or any other greeting. Our family hadn't been to a Pizza Hut in a few years. We stopped in to this location while passing through Sunbury. We were pleasantly greeted by Rachel and she also tended to us throughout our visit. She was polite, courteous, attentive when she needed to be, and gave us our space all at the same time. She mentioned that she was the only server there on a Friday night and while the restaurant wasn't packed, we were not the only table she was tending to. Bottom line: Rachel rocked it! The food was great, the service was awesome and the menu was very different from what we had experienced in years past. Great value and great service.... Hard to find these days. read more

The cook for the buffet is woozy. For some reason they make weird pizzas with mushrooms and peppers and BBQ sauce. The breadsticks and pasta are okay but any pizza buffet should always have pepperoni and cheese. read more
