We ordered the banana pancakes (about 3 for $9, which is a great deal), corned beef hash and eggs with a bagel and cream cheese -- some of the best I've had at a breakfast spot, and a brisket bowl (not pictured). Everything came out quickly and hit the spot for a late-night meal. Late-night bites for Easter are a tradition for us, and Katz's ended up being such a great surprise. Definitely a place I'd come back to more often.

They have a self serve water machine to quench your thirst because you know you'll need to with all that sugar being devoured. There is some outside seating but not much of a view. She gave up about 25% thru and swapped to a P&J at home. Mine was the corned beef schwartzie with wilted/mushy coleslaw, hard bun, and not quite enough Russian dressing. The corned beef seemed more like a chipped ham. I ate the whole thing but we both believe this to be the worst specialty sandwich shop offering ever. Customers Beware!
