They were so nice and even threw in an extra one because they were the mini version. Anything with Nutella we are a fan. The huge morning bun with Nutella and the amply sized croissant with Nutella did not disappoint. They have a self serve water machine to quench your thirst because you know you'll need to with all that sugar being devoured. There is some outside seating but not much of a view. The sandwich itself was very good and definitely in Subway territory. For $1.29 you can grab a self‑serve cookie--critical, because I can select the front‑row cookie with the maximum chip‑to‑dough ratio. Fresh daily, solid flavor, very Subway‑adjacent. But I still prefer Subway's footlong cookie. It's a personality trait at this point. Staff was extremely friendly. I'm pretty sure the owner was working the counter, unless a gentleman of his seniority just enjoys staying busy or needs the cash, which is increasingly common these days.
