Excellent run store with a great, friendly staff. The most important thing is, of course, the ingredients used are fresh and delicious!

One employee looked very stressed out while another tasked to the grill was busy cross contaminating using his phone with his gloves on ...then going back to touching food. Oh and the music? The music was so loud we had to repeat ourselves a few times to the employees making our bowls...then of course an Eminem song about explicit sex stuff came on very loud while I was standing there with my 9 month old and the people in front of me had their toddler. Come on man....like who is in charge of this place? Just a few young bucks holding it down I guess.

It opened to endless problems with staff, portions, products and more...So, we thought we'd give it some time to get better. Honestly, I think it has gotten worse. Visited with my son last week around7:00 and there were a few people in line, but they weren't busy at all (mostly because locals have more or less given up on the place). We both order white rice with no cilantro and the guy waiting on me goes and gets some white rice with no cilantro and puts it in a bowl...no big deal. I move down the line a little and my son again orders white rice with no cilantro and a different employee snaps at him that they don't have it. I'm in the middle of asking for my cheese and sour cream so I miss the exchange. My son moves down the line and tells me what happened. I respectfully said that I got mine without cilantro and the employee turns to the rest of the crew working and yells, "We don't have white rice with no cilantro...stop f@cking giving it to people". No idea what type of day that guy was having, but yelling and swearing at co-workers wasn't going to make it any better. (I'll skip the part about my bowl having plenty of rice, beans, chicken, corn salsa, cheese and sour cream....while my sons portions were lees than half of mine!) I think from now on we will drive the extra 15 minutes to Streetsboro or Twinsburg.

I swear Taco Bell has gotten SO shitty! This location is…read morethe worst of the worst. At this point, there are really no excuses. It's been open for over a year that's more than enough time to work out the kinks. Yet somehow, every single visit is disappointing. And FYI... pulling people out of the drive-thru line just to make your drive-thru times look better doesn't mean you're actually providing good service. It just makes the numbers look good on paper while the customer experience continues to suck. The reviews speak for themselves.

I replied "I have a mobile order" and stated my name. I then sat there while it was dead silent for about 4-5 minutes (not an exaggeration). Btw there were no cars in site so they weren't even busy. She then finally mumbled "pull up". I pulled up to the window and she immediately handed me my drink without even looking at me or saying anything so I took it with a smile and said "thank you!". She walked away for a good 5 minutes then came back with my bag of food and mumbled "something.. something.. day" couldn't understand here. So I replied "thank you have a good one!" with a smile and pulled off. I then drove home and opened my bag to this.. (see attached photos). The taco I got not only tasted terrible but looked terrible. I opened the package to this exact site. I took a photo immediately after opening it. It was barely full of anything and just looked pure gross. And my nacho fries were pure meat - barely any fries. Do not waste your money here. You will sit here for hours if there are other cars besides just yours for sure. And the food plus service is just so bland.

First time to this Mickey D's…read more Mobile ordering was pretty easy. I used the kiosk and of course had free food offer in the app. Staff was really nice, which was refreshing. Utilized the restroom while I waited for my order. It was very clean. Also, a pleasant surprise. I didn't take pictures of my food. I don't know what it is about this McDonalds. Maybe it's how Ohio McDonalds' just are now. I…read morerecently moved to Ohio from California, who honestly have many of their own issues (and I stress the word *many*). However, I've witnessed now two McDonalds locations in the area remove their self-serve beverage dispenser. I get it. I do. It's unfortunate, but they're trying to recoup any lost revenue in the face of raised costs (from labor, fuel, supplies, etc). That said, each time I've visited, there is always something wrong with my order. When McDonalds rolled out their mobile app, this alleviated many issues with order accuracy since I could literally spell out my requests and avoid drive-thru communication woes. Sadly, McDonalds management and employees have found ways to screw up order accuracy. Often skipped are the requested dipping sauces (in the order but not in the bag). Today, they had to be reminded about my wife's milkshake, they forgot straws. My QPC had burned beef patties, which was still edible but the charring caused the beef patty to crumble from being dry. In addition, they skimped on all of our fries. When we opened the bag just as we pulled out onto Aurora Rd, we were shocked to see that the fries already looked partially eaten. No, they didn't spill out into the bag. There actually were no loose fries at the bottom of our bag. Just a sparse serving of fries on their part. To put it simply, this wasn't a good McDonalds experience for us. It's unfortunate to see how far McDonalds has fallen from their former glory. Their prices aren't great for what you get, they're now appearing to count their pennies rather than focus on the customer experience, which could easy become their demise if they don't figure out how to franchise better.

I must beg leave to record, in the most solemn and ceremonious prose befitting a gentleman of…read morerefinement, my grievous and wholly lamentable experience at Taco Bell - Twinsburg, an establishment whose banner proclaims festivity yet whose execution suggests calamity of the most culinary kind. Upon my arrival in the township of Twinsburg, I did not anticipate that so humble a pilgrimage for sustenance would devolve into a saga of endurance. The edifice itself stood in all the unremarkable austerity characteristic of modern mercantile architecture; yet within its walls, I found not efficiency, nor civility, nor the brisk competence one might expect of a purveyor of repasts styled after the noble traditions of Mexico, but rather a theatre of disorder. The first act of this melancholy drama commenced at the counter, where I was received not with the courtesy due any paying patron, but with a gaze so vacant it might have been cast upon the horizon of an empty sea. My greeting--articulated with the politeness and clarity of a man who has never known the barbarism of discourtesy--was met with indifference so profound it bordered upon metaphysical abstraction. One might have thought I had intruded upon a private symposium of languor, rather than approached a station of commerce. Having at last succeeded in placing my order, a modest selection of victuals by no means extravagant in scope, I resigned myself to patience. Yet patience, though a virtue, is not an inexhaustible treasury. Minutes extended into quarters of an hour, and those quarters threatened to become epochs. The kitchen, which ought to have hummed with disciplined industry, seemed instead to operate under the principle of contemplative delay. I observed no visible tumult of exertion, no urgent choreography of preparation--only the languid drift of motion untroubled by the tyranny of expectation. When at length my name was uttered--mispronounced in a manner both inventive and unnecessary--I approached with renewed hope. Alas! That hope was soon dashed upon the rocks of reality. The parcel, light in weight and heavy in implication, betrayed its deficiencies at once. Items of no trivial importance were absent, as though spirited away by mischievous phantoms. Sauces requested with precision were nowhere to be found. A principal component of the meal had vanished entirely, leaving behind only the melancholy arithmetic of disappointment. Yet even had the inventory been complete, the temperature of the fare would have rendered celebration impossible. The tacos--those supposed ambassadors of warmth and zest--were chill to the touch, their contents possessing the dispiriting coolness of provisions abandoned to an autumn breeze. The seasoned meats, which ought to have exhaled fragrant vapours, lay within their shells in a state approaching frigidity. The tortillas themselves, far from being supple and inviting, bore the pallor and rigidity of articles long estranged from heat. One cannot help but speculate upon the chronology of these creations. Were they assembled in some earlier hour, then left to languish in silent neglect? Did they repose upon a metallic altar while time, indifferent and inexorable, siphoned away their warmth? The result, whatever its genesis, was a meal whose spirit had departed ere it reached my hands. I returned, as decorum demands, to seek rectification. The response I encountered was not contrition but confusion; not urgency but a weary reiteration of procedural inevitability. Replacement items were produced with a reluctance that suggested personal affront, and even these bore the unmistakable mark of haste unaccompanied by care. The corrected portion, though marginally warmer, could scarcely be called hot; it was warmth in theory rather than in fact. The ambience of the establishment did little to redeem these failings. Tables stood in ambiguous states of cleanliness, as though recently vacated by travellers whose presence had not yet been acknowledged by cloth or disinfectant. The atmosphere, rather than animated by convivial bustle, was weighted by the quiet resignation of patrons similarly ensnared in prolonged anticipation. Thus, my sojourn to Taco Bell - Twinsburg must be recorded as a campaign ill-fated from its inception. The service was torpid, the preparation glacial, the order incomplete, and the sustenance itself afflicted with a most dispiriting chill. In an age wherein even the humblest of establishments may aspire to competence, it is a matter of profound regret that this particular outpost should so steadfastly resist the virtues of efficiency, accuracy, and warmth--both culinary and human. I departed not in anger, for anger is a coarse emotion, but in a state of solemn disenchantment. Should future travellers find themselves in Twinsburg, let them proceed with tempered expectations, fortified patience, and perhaps a contingency plan for nourishment elsewhere. For while banners may promise delight, it is

(Great marketing by the way- that first free sub hooked me and I've been there countless times since). From the moment you walk in, you can tell that this is a cut above other quick casual places. It is spotless and brightly lit. The employees always seem glad that you are there. The employees there are ALWAYS happy- and I have been around enough businesses to know that when employees are consistently happy to be at work, it must be a great working environment. That alone would win my support. But the subs are delicious. The meat is freshly sliced, the bread is amazing, and they make them exactly how you want. It's not cheap, but this isn't cheap food you are getting. My partner and I regularly spend $30 for two people (I get the giant size- the regular is a lot of food, but it's so good I always go for the giant). Places with $5 foot longs can sell theirs for $5 for a reason. Spend the extra and go to Jersey Mike's! You will be glad you did!
