I have been to this location multiple times. Within the last month both times I have been there, (June 9th & June 22nd) there was hair baked into the bread or on the sandwich. I respectfully went to the counter and showed the employees that were working and they have made me a new sandwich. I would think by now they would make their employees wear hair nets or have a stricter policy with grooming procedures. Wow. I am seriously shaking my head at what I just experienced. I have been eating at Jersey Mike's all over the US for about 15 years! To know that the closest jerseys mikes to our new house is this dirty is truly sad. This is the dirtiest Jersey Mike's I have ever been in. Jersey Mike's is always clean, quick and quality. But I don't even want to eat the sandwich I just bought, which I went ahead and paid for because I was ready to leave the restaurant! Dirty rag where the meat and bread are cut, bread left exposed for the flies to gorge, crumbs all over the cabinets. The floors behind the counters!? were UGHKKK !!! My goodness I was so looking forward to my favorite club sub but now my stomach literally turns at the thought of eating that. The Cooks seemed unbothered with the cleanliness. Horrible experience. I must say I had the worst experience this evening... I Called in an order, the gal told me they could not take it because they had 6 orders all ready. So you can't take another! Then a guy gets on the phone and took my order! Was super rude! Do not waste your time at this location. We waited in line for roughly 15 minutes while all 3 employees argued. The cashier looked at the customers directly in front of her and yelled "I do my job!"! The guy working the grill was audibly having a fight with himself while cooking. The guy taking care of vegetables helped the cashier with the register touching coupons, money, and whatever else was floating around in there. He then went right back to putting subs together. In general, I love the quality of Jersey Mikes meat and cheese selections. Hence the two stars. The low overall rating is entirely related to lack of cleanliness. The crumb accumulation all over this store is awful. I noticed it several months ago and was so disgusted it took some time to pass before I would even try again. Today we are here close to opening. Yet tables are still crumby. Under the soda machine, disgusting. I'm expecting rodents to crawl out underneath the cooler at any moment. I like the subs here, they're just a little slow at making them, even when I call it in. My favorite is the chipotle cheesesteak. My sons like the Big Kahuna with the jalapenos on the side. The only reason I went to Jersey Mikes was because I couldn't find a Jimmy Johns or Subway that was close and I am not a Quizno's fan. The sandwiches weren't horrible but the service was seriously lacking. It took three of them to run the register. Not impressed. I love Jersey Mike's, a lot. This location however, has gone downhill rather quickly. The three stars is for the food alone. The sandwiches are always good. The place has been quite dirty the last several times we've been in. Most recently, there were 4 teenage boys working and blowing up rubber gloves into balloons while the tables and floor were covered in filth. The prices are also a little steep as others have mentioned. Splitting a giant sub does save a few bucks and I wouldn't mind the prices if the service was on par, but it's just not. read more

This is my favorite sandwich place in Yukon. I usually order the club mikes way. I have also had the meatball sub as well as the philly. All have been delicious. The staff are friendly as well. I love Jersey Mike's, but today they were very off their game. There was food and trash all over the floor, all the tables were dirty and I was the only one in there at the time. 2 employees were sitting at a table chatting while a 3rd was eating behind the counter. They had no sweet tea and they just shrugged and said someone else was supposed make some but didn't. The next people to come in were sent away because they ran out of bread. This location in Yukon is not as good as the one off of 6815 SW 3rd Street, they don't use enough meat and the customer service just lacks the enthusiasm as most locations like your an inconvenience to them...it was actually uncomfortable to go in & just pick up your order. Twice now I have gotten a sandwich with stale "rock hard" bread. Used to be my favorite sandwich place.

The service was lacking to say the least. They open at 11 on Sunday and couldn't make a meatball sub at 1:30. The customer service was like it was a kitchen ran by children that have never been in a kitchen before. They reheated the meatballs in the microwave 4 times before they started the process over again after 20mins on the second attempt I just got the chicken parm.
