I normally don't accept contract work from doorbell solicitors because I try to do things myself. However, I couldn't maintain my 25 year old driveway with just sealing every two years as the cracks were getting deeper and larger every year. My backyard patio was also getting ever my head despite resetting/replacing cracked bricks every two years with resending and mortaring steps. I needed professional help. So I listened to John's plan and his price was so reasonable I thought even if it isn't great, he will stop the increasing damage. When he was done in less than a week with a beautifully paved driveway and perfectly sanded patio (with re-set raised landings and steps), I couldn't have been happier. Recommending for quality, but also, the crew was very respectful of my property while being very quick and thorough.

John, the owner, was a polite man at 1st meeting. He was a walk-up to the home. He had seen my steps in disrepair from the street. He offered to redo them (the steps) and freshen up what was old, the existing walk/front patio. I'd say it was a smidgen pricy for our pocket, but he said he'd use Cambridge, which is mostly a better product, to do the job. The hardest part to refuse was the offer to do it with no funds until work was completed. He stated a 10 year warranty on material and workmanship. He'd only been in business for 2 years, as stated by him as a concern for us. But the terms were good, so I couldn't see a downside as the steps were already in severe ruin. As it turned out, the job was completed, and he did return to finish applying the glue sand that came up from heavy rainfall that has to a small degree come up again after another bout of rain. There are minor issues that annoy me. Pooling on some step pavers and some white stains on some of the cheaper material he used to finish the job on something added that we negotiated originally that wasn't on the written agreed contract. He did agree to do that part of the job, but as he said, was a courtesy, and he stated he'd not charged us for it. (LoL I beg to differ, but it wasn't in writing on that part). Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the job. His workmen were polite and efficient time-wise. He personally spent very little time and didn't really manage them as they mostly knew what they were doing except to rush them. If he was more involved, I'd probably not be as happy as he kept making jokes about charging me more for the job he was doing. In the end, I have stains on some of the step pavers, and the work was agreed to be done by both after the initial contract was signed. There is some pooling that could have been solved with a slightly better pitch to the pavers as well. As for the stains, he stated that he won't do anything about that as he did it as a courtesy, and it's an mfg issue that eventually goes away. I understood and reluctantly capitulated as it wasn't written in. I just wanted the job complete & done. The job overall was done expeditiously and reasonably well. Thank you, John and crew.

They were supposed to fix the broken curbing at the bottom of the driveway. Work done on 3/2/21 looks like this. Their phone is disconnected

John was great to work with. His team replaced the pavers on our driveway. He was responsive and helpful through the process.

From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. If I could give them 10 stars I would. GREAT JOB!!

Well let's start from the beginning. The salesman Patrick nice guy set up appointment quickly we…read morewanted our basement encapsulated. We paid upfront the product is guaranteed for life. Well after install on May 21,2026 i signed paperwork and the crew left. Upon a more thorough review with my girlfriend and our handyman several issues were noticed. There were small holes throughout the installation area. There is several places that the dimple board was not placed under the installation area or it moved but seems to be missing. So we called Patrick on May 22,2026 to explain our concerns and since it is warranted to get the work completed. Well he then directed us to another phone number of a person that does the repairs. Well this person has yet to give us a date for said repairs. It's been three weeks and busy or not setting up a date should not be this difficult. If you look at above pics why would they leave one vent original and the other vents capped in black vent looks crazy. What if the humidifier breaks or these holes enlarge. This would destroy my property down in basement and this was the reason we paid a lot of money to have this project completed. They don't seem to stand behind their product and their installation.
