I've been trying to place few orders (about $20K) with them for over a week now - no one answers the phone or text back to place the order... they keep promising to get back and never do!!!! Paterson keeps drawing me back as a reliable source of authentic Middle Eastern products and services (even more so, I find, than Astoria), and Jerusalem Jewelry piqued my interest, especially as I had big plans for my gf of a long time. I was surprised by some of the negative reviews. Unless I came on the "right" day or just got lucky, I found that they had a beautiful and extensive collection of gold and jewelry. Most which were specifically in the niche Middle Eastern and Arab styles and designs. I found the staff (I specifically dealt with an older gentleman) to be generally helpful, friendly and willing to make the effort. I scanned a few other jewelry places in the area but found Jerusalem Jewelry to be seemingly fairly priced and had a lot of different options. They were pretty up front with their pricing and the weight (again, with the people I dealt with anyway the one or two times I went in and inquired) compared to the other places and I found them to be on par, if not actually slightly more reasonable than the other couple places in Paterson, with better items and selection. They offer coffee and dates when you make a purchase and did a sizing very quickly and effortlessly, and my s/o was very happy with the item I purchased. It looked great, and I felt I got a fair deal. I definitely plan on returning for more items when the time comes. read more

Most honest people I've dealt with always treat you like family. Huge selection or 21-24 CRT gold I drive an hour to make any purchase.

Dishonest, told me $15-$20 to clean my band and wrote on their receipt. Then I went to pick it up the next day and they charged me $40.. double of what they originally said. Not a matter of money but as a basic principle of keeping your word and standing by your name and business. Shame! read more

If I could give this place no stars I would this is the third time I went to this place and waited to be helped. I got skipped several times by their sales people. I even went up to them for help the girl said ok I'm coming turned around n went and helped someone else looked at my freaking face and smiled like it was cute. Was it because I was a non Arab who needed help!!!!! Please let me know because this is not the first time this happened to me at Jerusalem jewelry. The best part was when we left and they had to unlock the door with a buzzer the guy who buzzed us out looked at us with the biggest smile like they were so happy we left there store with no service. If you guys only wanted your people to come to your store please put a high sigh saying that so we wouldn't go in and waste 45 mins of our time.
