I've been wanting to get a custom pendant for a very long time and after speaking with various different shops JES Jewelry was definitely the right decision. I went into JES jewelry to discuss the idea of doing a St. Michael Medallion around the beginning of May. I spoke with Kaylee and off the bat i new this place was going to be good idea. Other jewelry shops are capable of doing custom pieces but thanks to her expertise and excellent customer service I was set with them. The great thing about this place as well is if you don't feel like dropping a lot of money at one time to pay for the whole piece they ask if you put half down just so they can start on it and when it's done you can pay the other half of it. A very great deal so don't feel discouraged if you're trying to get a custom piece but can't drop as much cash at one time. Through the whole process of getting your piece done they are working hard on making sure every single one of your request are met to their ability. They showed a rendering of what my piece will look like and they contacted me with any questions I had before going through with key points in crafting the piece. I honestly felt as if I was working right be side them through the whole process. After a month of constant communication my medallion was ready. I was absolutely blown away with what they did. Not only did the make my vision a reality, they made it even better than what I though it was going to be. I never take it off and I probably won't ever.
