Fast forward 15 months, I'd called the firm 5 separate times. Spoke to an "Assistant" once and a female attorney whom was absolutely condescending level rude, acted as if I were "Bothering" her by asking questions relevant to my case. The nail in the coffin came within the last 6 months where I'd requested a call back from my actual attorney. The assistants supposedly messaged the attorney to contact me, to which they never did subsequently. The final straw was when I was BOOKED an official phone call on the books with Mr Milam at a specific time and day. That time came and left with zero call back, zero text/email/smoke signal/carrier pigeon message letting me know he would not be able to take the meeting for whatever reason. After going back on Yelp looking specifically at the 1 star reviews only, the interesting thing is, they are virtually the exact same complaints. Zero variations! Their office is a joke.
