Same shoe, but one of them was way bigger than the size 7 she paid for. That's not a "preference issue," that's a quality control failure. We called the store within the SAME HOUR of purchase to explain the situation and asked if we could simply exchange the ONE incorrect shoe for the correct size. Their response? "No, sorry, all sales are final." Let's be very clear: "All sales are final" should NOT apply when THE STORE MADE THE MISTAKE. It is literally their responsibility to check the box before selling it. Instead, we were told tough luck and sent on our way with a useless mismatched pair of shoes. It honestly feels like the "all sales are final" policy exists because they already know their products and checks are sloppy. We didn't change our mind. We didn't damage anything. We were sold a defective product and denied basic customer service. So now we're out $50 for one wearable shoe thanks for that. If you shop here, check the box before you leave, because once you walk out the door, they clearly don't care what MISTAKE THEY made.

And the answer is...slightly. The store is definitely in better shape and much more organized. But while the ones in Wisconsin were cluttered and ramshackle, this location is sparse, with some shelves nearly empty. Also disappointing was that some marked down merchandise such as tumblers were clearly defective and should have been disposed of instead of marked down. All that being said, I did get a great deal on a paper towel holder (despite HomeGoods having zero such items at their location) and a cup for my mom. I'm not likely to run out and stop here again but if I was in the area with time to kill, I might consider it.

I used my stage 1 faja that I got coming out of surgery in Turkey and it was great but i needed the next stage and could not find anything of quality in Hawaiʻi and I am very skeptical of doing online faja shopping. I just searched for fajas on Instagram when i landed in Las Vegas and this place popped up and their ads kept popping up so I called and made an appointment. BEST DECISION EVER!!! I walked out with one stage 2 faja that has amazing compression and lifts my butt and rounds out my hips. I also purchased a waisttrainer that allows me to take a break from the full faja or can be placed on it. Reasonable prices for the great quality garmets.
