The estimator was professional, took measurements, and provided what I felt was a fair quote. The installation crew completed the work using roof straps rather than attaching the gutters to the fascia board. This immediately raised concerns because my previous gutter system was secured to the fascia and tied into the rafters. When I contacted the company, I was told roof straps were used because I supposedly did not have a fascia board. Less than three months later, during the winter, approximately half of the front gutter detached from my house and snapped in half. Initially, I was told this was an "act of God." However, after the company inspected the installation, they discovered the roof strap spacing was significantly wider than New York recommendations, roughly 40 inches apart when spacing should have been approximately 18-24 inches. At that point, they replaced the damaged front gutter, added additional straps, inspected the rear gutters, and assured me everything else was fine. Unfortunately, a few months later I noticed one of the rear roof straps had completely detached, and the strap spacing in the back did not match the corrections made to the front. Around the same time, I contacted another local gutter company with nearly 50 years of experience for an estimate on gutter guards. During their inspection, they questioned why roof straps had been used at all because my home does, in fact, have a fascia board available for attachment. My biggest disappointment was not the initial failure itself, but the inconsistent explanations and quality concerns that followed. After spending thousands of dollars on a new gutter system, I expected an installation that would provide long-term reliability and peace of mind. Based on my experience, I would recommend homeowners thoroughly research their options, ask detailed questions about installation methods, and obtain multiple opinions before moving forward with a gutter replacement project.

The owner shows up on day one with 4 guys. Everyone looks busy. 10 minutes into them showing up I notice one guy starting to sweep polymeric sand around to fill in the gaps between pavers. I asked the owner why he's doing that, the pavers haven't even been leveled yet. That should be the last step. It's a simple trick to make the stones appear more leveled by not being able to see a black gap (lines) between the stones. So he says something to the guy in Portuguese and the guy starts lifting pavers for leveling. The owner left shortly after. By noon they were down to 2 guys. They kept walking around the sunken spots that I pointed out numerous times. They couldn't see any so I had to grab my own level and show them. These were areas that were OBVIOUS to the naked eye as well. The guy gives me a piece of chalk to walk around and mark everything that needs attention. Professionals could do this themselves. Common sense would dictate that a hot tub filled with water is quite heavy thus should sit on a stable and flat surface. The owner said he would level out the hot tub by draining it (I drained it the day before) and leveling the stones underneath. They simply propped up the sunken end of the tub, simply cut some stone to fill in the gap created on the visible side of the tub, for aesthetic purposes. For the non visible sides the guy simply filled in the gap with cement. I called the owner to come by and explain this to me. I asked what the weight was supported by. He said they supported the bottom by filling it with stone (there is nothing underneath my hot tub except a piece of plywood and what appears to be spray foam. I checked). So the tub is basically floating right now. On day two the owners brother shows up by himself. He sweeps polymeric sand around to fill the gaps. The sand used is so coarse that it does not bind. It's all loose and most of it has been washed out by rain and blown around by wind and ended up in the bottom of my pool. The guy left around noon without saying anything and that was the last time anyone showed up. I called out the owner on all this to which he replied he was busy with other jobs. 2 year guarantee or not I would NEVER let these people back on my property again. I was inclined to pursue a refund directly from the owner but I think going through legal channels should yield a better result.

I now have a new backyard patio that gave my home the backyard living space it needed. My entire property was barely disturbed as they demo'd an existing deck and installed a new patio. Nilton ensured all needs of the project were met and addressed any concerns I had through the duration of the project. Doesn't get any better and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
