Granted, I did this at like 2 in the Morning, desperate for a hair salon that I can get into, and used my photo search for some recent photos and got one of them wrong.. I did submit them thinking I had submitted my most recent but one of those 3 I believe was incorrect on its date stamp. They had notified me of this and that's when I realized that a photo I submitted wasn't of my most recent, as they asked. Now their process is unique but very lengthy so we went back and forth via email for a while and I had apologized for the mistake and I received her thoughts on integrity with a client and so forth and I absolutely agreed and understood and to my knowledge I really didn't send an incorrect photo purposely. I actually had 2 other photos that were taken that night so just really an error on my part, that I had apologized for and for which they agreed to move forward with doing my hair. I thought, this is awesome, finally Im going to get this hair handled. Well they asked me a plethora of questions and I answered them and I also let them know that my experiences in Florida have all been not good. I have been in Florida since 2021 and I get my hair done once a year, thats 3 hair appointments since 2025, I haven't had one. They asked about my hair products and so forth and I answered. So from hearing that I was a good match to then get an email saying I am not a good match really contradicted the integrity portion that they emailed me about, because here they were going back on their word. I was first shocked but then very disappointed due to hearing yes and then no. I have extremely long hair, to my hips to be exact and I have usually done full foils and a gloss with a natural brown base but the 3 times that Ive gotten it done here, at salons and paid $300 plus each time, They gave me reddish brown and zero dimension so absolutely Im going to share that nobody has gotten it right since I've been here. I appreciate their filtering process and I think that they should have kept their word and carried out the part that they agreed to. I am a firm believer in doing what you say even if you make a mistake. That's integrity and character. Im not here to bash them or their shop or their filtering process. Im sharing my own experience and I hope that they learn from this as I have and they keep to their original word. The vetting process was great but the overall result was mixed and extremely disappointing. Although I believe that the end result didn't uphold the integrity that was communicated, they were extremely respectful and professional in their emails and I do appreciate that, however, the process was long and took time and effort and didn't work out as it should have. Something to reflect upon as a possibility while applying, essentially for a hair appointment here.

I 100% trust Amanda with mine. She is always upfront with what can be accomplished and will never perform a service that will cause further damage to your hair. My hair was always in rough shape from constantly changing my style/look (part of being in the business) but since listening to her recommendations my hair is the healthiest it's ever been (and my color is ALWAYS on point) Her studio is absolutely stunning, she always has cold drinks for you during your stay, and her assistant Dianna treats you like an old friend (and she gives the BEST head massages). The person who answered the phone was very cheerful and was able to schedule an appointment for me very quickly. When I walked in to this location, I was greeted by the front desk associate. She was very friendly and it made me feel valued and welcomed. She told me that my stylist wasn't there yet, but would be with me as soon as she arrived. My stylist, Sarah, arrived a few moments later and warmly greeted me. I followed her back to her station, and we talked a little bit about what I was looking for. I showed her a photo I found on Pinterest, and she said she would be able to help me achieve the hairstyle I was looking for. I went in with hair a little longer than my shoulders, and left with a very cute pixie haircut! Sarah did a great job balancing conversation with efficiency in her service. I enjoyed how quickly yet thoroughly she was able to cut my hair. I received a wash, and she put curl cream in my hair when she was done. I appreciate the extra attention to detail she gave to my hair. I was very nervous going in, but I appreciate that she didn't hesitate to give me what I wanted.
