I went for nail design for Halloween. Jessica was able to get me in the next day. She did exactly what I asked for! Love my nails!

I went to this salon for the first and last time. First of all, my nails were done in the ugliest and most unprofessional way I have ever seen. I have never had my nails look this bad before, and unfortunately, I had to spend more money and go to another salon to have them fixed. Secondly, Jessica was clearly sick and had a fever. I asked her several times if she was ill, but she kept denying it and said it was just allergies. She was wearing a mask but kept taking it off and talking very close to my face, which made me very uncomfortable. Thirdly, she and her coworkers were constantly speaking in Vietnamese, and I don't think she even knows the basics of customer service. I only went there because of the good reviews, but my experience was completely disappointing.

She is so easy to get along with. She took maybe 30 minutes to do my nails and the prices are FAIR. She has a ton of nail art displayed and a whole wall of nail colors! This is my new go to location. When I first arrived there was another girl next to me who showed me her builder gel freestyle nails by Jessica and I was BLOWN away!! Definitely do not hesitate to try her shop! I got builder gel in a cherry / wine color! Can't wait to continue getting my nails done here and building a relationship!

Decent option for nails in Placerville. Salon was clean and has a self check in kiosk when you walk in. A lot of options for gel nail colors. The pedicure seats seem very new and the massage features worked well. The pedicure was okay - they use liners which helps with hygiene. The cleaning of the nail bed was okay but just not as thorough as my normal place in Oakland. The manicure was done pretty quickly and she fixed my banged up nails without any hesitation which was nice. Overall a solid choice. Mani pedi regular polish was $55. Regular manicure with gel pedicure was $67. read more

*Wishing zero stars were possible. Started doing my wife's nails, and then asked her age and shamed her for choosing something she liked because it was for "younger girls". While she was doing the work she had the nerve to say "this is for girls 18-22, you're too old for this look" ..Absolutely unacceptable! Not to mention when she was half way through she said "oh and this design is $85 not $50" after quoting $50 when shown a picture of what she wanted. I confronted her on the phone and she denied that any of it happened and implied that my wife was just lying about it. My wife, who was crying at home because she was so embarrassed by how she was treated and spoken to in a busy Salon. Avoid the place like the plague unless you like being publicly shamed for what you like. read more

I went for a pedicure, including removing a previous gel polish. I got the "Deluxe Pedicure" and was impressed. They did a great job, and I'm happy with the pedicure. The salon is clean, and I loved that they opened new sealed packages of supplies for all the tools they used for my pedicure. I also loved that they spoke English the whole time, so I knew the staff was talking in another language about me behind my back :) read more

My first time with Jessica and she is my new go nail salon. I got a ombré pedicure, acrylic full set w/ chrome & glitter and my eyebrows waxed. She has amazing customer service, but it's more than that. Her whole vibe is sincere & caring, and she made it super fun. I had a blast & I felt taken care of in every way. She has online scheduling so all you have to do is click on her website and pick a date and time. When you walk in she has everything set up for you to check in & she welcomes you at the door with a smile and a beverage. She is so accommodating and she made sure everyone was taken care of and given top notch service. My nails turned out amazing, pictures attached... and I will be going back for a fill regularly! This will seriously be my new go to spot! The service was spot on and I left feeling really good about my nails. I love going to Jessica to have my nails done. She is Affordable and she's very precise. When it comes to my nails I'm very very picky and she always does an amazing job. Vanessa is also absolutely amazing. I always have a good time and great conversation when I go down to see her. I wish I could see her everyday to get my nails done cuz she's so much fun. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Jessica's Nails Off Broadway in Placerville is the best! The salon is small, cozy, and has that true El Dorado County charm. Jessica is quick, efficient, and her work is always flawless. Jessica is so great! I have been trying new salons after years of not getting nails done and having beat up farmer feet and Jessica is the only one I will go back to. She helped explain acrylic/dip/builder gel to me and actually fixed the huge calluses on my feet... and is so sweet and cute, actually cares to chat with her clients. Sent a request to book an appointment through YELP and didn't receive any reply. Finally gave them a call to find out if they had received the request only to be told they were closing down to go on vacation and were completely booked which I understand, however if you are going to accept appointment requests through YELP you should respond to potential customers to let them know you aren't available so they can make other plans. read more

My daughter and I loved getting our nails done at Jessica's Nail Salon! I got a gel pedi and my daughter got an ombré dip mani and gel pedi with adorable floral designs. She and her staff were very warm and welcoming - and the space was impeccably designed, bright, welcoming and very clean. She has a ton of experience in nail design and I felt she could do anything we asked. Highly recommend! read more

I love this salon! I went here for a mani-pedi and both Vanessa and Jessica are amazing! Vanessa was amazing for my pedi, she was super sweet, attentive and thorough. Jessica was fantastic! I got an acrylic set from her and oh my gosh, I love it! She was professional, welcoming and is sooo good at what she does. I can't recommend them enough! I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Jessica is the bomb.com!! She is so attentive and really listens to what you. Her designs and creativity are out of this world. I have never been disappointed or unhappy with my nails. Jessica is absolutely amazing. I had her over at Livey nails and loved her so much, I'm so happy she opened her own salon.
