I normally don't leave reviews, but this experience was unnecessarily complicated and felt like a complete waste of time. On May 18th, I called ahead for a quote for window tint services and provided the make/model/year of my vehicle. I was given a price over the phone and scheduled for a 3:00 PM appointment. I arrived on time and met with a salesperson who immediately started trying to upsell me on multiple tint film products. I declined all of them because it honestly came off as very pushy and gave me sleezy salesperson vibes. At around 3:30 PM, I paid $365 and was told my car would be ready in about an hour. I live roughly 20 minutes away, and as soon as I got home, the same salesperson called me saying they "didn't have my car in their computer system," meaning they couldn't do computer-cut tint and would have to do hand cuts instead. Then he told me hand cuts would cost an additional $60 per window. At that point, I told him I did not agree to extra charges and wanted to pick up my car. He told me he would already be gone by the time I got there and asked me to wait until the next morning because someone would call me regarding whether there would actually be extra fees. The shop opened at 8 AM, but nobody called. I waited until 9:45 AM and called myself. Another employee named Metal answered and said he still didn't know whether there would be extra charges and would call me back. Around 10:30 AM, he finally confirmed there WOULD be additional fees and told me I could come pick up my car. I took an Uber to the shop. To be fair, Metal was professional, reasonable, and much easier to deal with than the original salesperson. I asked if I could just get refunded at the shop, but he told me I had to call the corporate 1-800 number because the location was a franchise. Corporate then told me they had to contact the franchise manager and that the refund process would take a few days. About an hour later, Metal called back saying I needed to return to the shop to get refunded there instead. I told him I really didn't want to make another 20-minute drive back, and eventually he said they would cancel the payment on their end. Overall, getting windows tinted should not be this stressful or time-consuming. The communication was disorganized, the pricing changed after payment, and the whole process felt unprofessional. I'd avoid this shop if you value your car. A simple tint job turned into a nightmare, actual damage to my vehicle, and rude behavior from the manager. It's been over a month, and I still don't have a decent tint job. Here's what happened: Dec 7 2025: Paid about $600 for full tint job, but the edges were all jagged and uneven on every window, and they left the car dirty with residue. All windows needed to be redone. Dec 13 2025: The driver's window redo didn't cure right--bubbles and peeling. Driver window needed to be redone. The other windows were just okay, but not perfect. Jan 3 2026: Scratches all over the tint, and when I rolled the window down, I saw the tech had chipped the top of the glass. I emailed asking for a full refund and to cover the window fix, but got no real reply. Went in person to show them. While on the phone with a rep, an older guy saying he was the manager came up. I told him about the damage, but he denied it without even looking into it. When I said I was handling it on the call and didn't want to talk then, he got mad, told me to get out, and threatened to call the cops. I was calm, just showing proof. I left immediately. They don't own up to their mistakes. That "lifetime warranty" is useless if they damage your car and threaten you when you're asking them to resolve an issue they caused. Other reviews on Yelp show similar complaints, and a quick Google search of "Jet Black Tint Better Business Bureau" shows their F rating along with hundreds of reports about vehicle damage and poor-quality work just like mine. My car is black and absorbs a lot of heat during the summer, so the tint was definitely necessary. Water spots and filmsy film that is still loose. I went there because of their ads and ended up spending 350 dollars which he told me was a good deal. Keep in mind I had gotten quotes that were cheaper but thought I go check it out due to the 150 deal but got up sold to 350. I would not advise anyone to get their windows tinted here. The $99 price is to get u through the door & not actual price. I had a 10:30 appt & got a call 2hrs later stating nobody showed up. I had to pick up my car without service. Next day I got my tint & they did my windshield visor. It was not the legal 4 inches it was 6 inches & they refused to cut it without being charged. Manager Rania was no help resolving the issue. Please dont go here there are cheaper more professional tint shops in the area read more

A month ago or so, I went in at 12:30pm for an appointment to get my tints done, the guy told us it'll be ready in 4 hours. We got back in 4 hours and to my surprise, I saw that my car had not been touched. It was 4pm. The worker told us he was alone and that the truck he was working on came after us and yet, he started on that car first. Not mine. I asked for a refund and they said they could not refund. I spoke to the owner and he apologized. Then he offered a free strip on my windshield-which was unnecessary and looks uninspiring. I understand being understaffed but the not communicating is unacceptable. Literally the easiest thing to do was call or text that they needed more time. I ended up picking my car up at 8:20pm and it looked like it was rushed. I wish I didn't have to go back but I'm going to have to go back since my tints now have a bunch of bubbles (probably did a rushed job) and I hope they'll honor their "so called, warranty." We'll see how this goes. I am not thrilled about this place and I hope they improve their customer service-wasting people's time is the worst. read more

First off this place sends text messages to communicate and when you try and call them, they don't pick up. But what's weird is you'll get a text. We had a scheduled tint for a week or so. We get a call asking us to be there earlier (I work and have a tight schedule). I simply told them the scheduled time is scheduled. Then when it was 30 mins before my scheduled time they ask me to come the next day because they are busy. No accommodation just a small "we're busy, sorry". Shady business is correct (as someone else mentioned here). They damaged my vehicle while at their shop and took no action to correct it. The owner said if they can buff it out, ridiculous when you see the damages. Then they offered me 2 free tint jobs for other vehicles instead of repairing my vehicle. I also offered for them to go straight with the garage and I can have my vehicle as it was dropped off. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU RESOLVE ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THEM. Taking before and after pictures of my vehicle was little to help since they don't own up to their mistakes. Highly advise going somewhere else. They will still charge you $300 for a decent tint job (same price you'd pay elsewhere for better service and undamaged vehicle). read more

Not just this location but ALL jet black tints are bait & switch companies they advertise low prices and show no fine print then when you arrive they tell you things like 5 windows count the tiny windows part of the rear window very misleading. Also had a $99 deal BOGO but when u arrive they tell u that's if you upgrade to a $275 ceramic & you'll get the basic for free. Not mentioned on the ad on IG.
