Can not beat the free vacuum with wash ! Great car wash in the neighborhood ! Only paid $7 great deal

BEWARE !!!!!! This car wash scratched up our new car BAD! Management was terrible (no surprise). I wish I would've read these Yelp reviews sooner! People claiming their vehicles were damaged by there equipment and this company has done NOTHING about it! The manager (Ray) came out eventually and of course denied responsibility for the damages. After going back and forth with this man about the damages they then take a "report". He basically said nothing will come of it but we'll call you. As I was leaving, a man walks up to me and asked me if this car wash damaged my car too. He was there for the SAME THING! His Audi was damaged the week before and after he made his "report" no one called him back. I'm really upset that things like this get swept under the rug and now I'm stuck with the bill????

You can see the nice scratch on the side of the door of my car.
So I got that going for me.

Went there for the first time today. They scratched my car. I am attaching pictures. They won't do anything about it - they will surely say it was scratched when I got there. I can save you from the hassle for your hoopty. The most expensive car wash I have ever been to - once I pay for the repairs to my vehicle.

2 of the 3 lanes are for monthly pass members only, making for very long lines. Wash itself is good.

Only thing about this location is a lot of traffic on a busy day. One of my favorite washes.. they have a machine for foot mats

Stuck for 25 minutes inside the wash. WORST ever. save your money and go somewhere else. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Good call on the $12 wash. Best automatic wash I've ever been to. Beats Turtle Wax and Fullers quality.

Unfortunately, after giving them multiple chances, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Each time I placed an order, they would call me back, recognize me by name, but never seemed to have my information or quote in front of them. I had to repeat what work I wanted done, review my paperwork again, and go through the same conversation each time. They also tried to talk me out of certain parts I requested, saying they weren't a good investment, but when I agreed to go with their suggestion, they said they'd call back in a couple of hours... and never did. This has happened three times now. At this point, it feels like they pick and choose which customers they want to deal with and which jobs are worth their time. For the customer, it ends up being a frustrating waste of time and energy. If you value clear communication, follow-through, and respect for your time, I would look elsewhere.

I didn't know how to work the vacuums at first but then a really cool guy named Elijah helped me out without me asking him so props to him for seeing a customer in need. Then this girl named Natalie helped sign me up for a membership. She explained me the memberships and how they worked so I bought the classic membership. I think it's priced well. For the first month it's $10 and then after that it's $20 a month. I really appreciate Natalie for talking me into buying the membership. I didn't feel like bothering Natalie anymore so I parked my car and went inside to talk to the manager. His name is Brian he is a really cool dude to talk to. He told me about the detail kit and what that was. It's really good to clean your car with. Really good customer service here. They are really helpful and nice people huge props to them.

I've given this place multiple chances because it's conveniently located and, judging by the…read moreconstant line of cars, clearly popular. But at this point, I can't justify going back. The core issue isn't just that there's always a line--it's that the line is chaos. There's no clear system, no active management, and no sense that anyone is responsible for keeping things orderly. Cars cut in front of each other, people inch forward aggressively to claim space, and what should be a straightforward wait turns into a stressful, almost competitive experience. I've seen more than a few tense exchanges between customers, and it completely undermines what should be a routine errand. To be fair, the staff seem young and well-intentioned. They're not disengaged or rude. But they also don't appear trained or empowered to manage the flow of traffic or address the disorder. When things back up--which is often--there's no visible effort to step in and create structure. It feels like everyone is just reacting rather than running an actual system. And then there's the wash itself, which is... fine. Not terrible, but certainly not worth the time, frustration, and unpredictability of the experience leading up to it. For a place that clearly has high demand, you'd expect a more polished operation and a better end result. What's most frustrating is that this feels fixable. A clearly defined queue, active line management, and some basic customer flow discipline would go a long way. Instead, it's left to chance--and the result is a place that feels stressful and, frankly, unpleasant to visit. There are too many other options out there to justify dealing with this level of disorganization.
