Modern and well Maintained car wash. Attendant on duty. I took off 1 star, it's not easy to access. But the car wash itself is very nice. If you exit I-55 on Harlem and go South , it's really not easy to enter off the busy lanes of traffic to enter on the East side of Harlem. You really need to bust that u-turn , or turn around safely & properly. It is North of Archer. Very busy area. New Star Buds dispensary over there across the street. If you are going south and you pass Star Buds, before Archer Ave, you've gone too far. They have some great places to eat , the Portillo there. Fleetwood Skating Rink up on the West side of Harlem down archer . Fun area. Good value at this car wash. read more

There are much less expensive car washes on Harlem that don't block traffic when it's busy. They allow their customers to block multiple lanes of traffic and nearly cause accidents while doing nothing. Drive down Harlem for any other car wash. read more

We went in for a single car wash and have been getting billed monthly on our credit card ever since.

2 of the 3 lanes are for monthly pass members only, making for very long lines. Wash itself is good.

Only thing about this location is a lot of traffic on a busy day. One of my favorite washes.. they have a machine for foot mats

Been a member here for awhile due to the convenience of this place however it's always the same issue i keep running into. Lot is way to small for the traffic flow, if you wanna vacuum your car be prepared to be stuck in the spot since the wash lines are centimeters away from spaces & all 3 lines are always backed onto harlem. Prices are equal to any other car wash, i use to go to wally's but i don't drive in that direction anymore so this is the most convenient for now. read more

BEWARE !!!!!! This car wash scratched up our new car BAD! Management was terrible (no surprise). I wish I would've read these Yelp reviews sooner! People claiming their vehicles were damaged by there equipment and this company has done NOTHING about it! The manager (Ray) came out eventually and of course denied responsibility for the damages. After going back and forth with this man about the damages they then take a "report". He basically said nothing will come of it but we'll call you. As I was leaving, a man walks up to me and asked me if this car wash damaged my car too. He was there for the SAME THING! His Audi was damaged the week before and after he made his "report" no one called him back. I'm really upset that things like this get swept under the rug and now I'm stuck with the bill???? read more

Went there for the first time today. They scratched my car. I am attaching pictures. They won't do anything about it - they will surely say it was scratched when I got there. Worst service ever. Never again. They are rude and apparently they are not well trained in customer service. One day, they are all about company rules, politics, and regulations, the next day all that disappear, and the lady, if I can call her a lady, who seems to be the supervisor, she definitely is not passionate about her job, I feel so bad for her. read more

AVOID!!!!! DAMAGED MY CAR! Came here since their prices are cheap. While going thru the wash, the first spin brush on the left ripped out my driver's side rearview mirror. I honked & the attendant paused the system. He came over & I told him the spinner broke my mirror. He called the manager & told me to continue thru the wash & he would inspect it afterward. The manager(Ramzi) came to look at the damage & took my info down. He then went to review the video & gave me a bullshit excuse, to avoid taking responsibility. He said that the mirror was sticking out before I went thru the wash & therefore they were not liable. I told him that was a lie & that the mirror was not cracked either before I went thru. Ramzi then stated since the product was aftermarket(which it was, due to an accident several years), they wiuld not be liable. I then told him it had been repaired & I had been thru several car washes previously & nothing like this ever happened. All in all, Ramzi denied fault for the damage to my vehicle & I was very upset. He clearly saw my vehicle being damaged thru the terminal & still refused to be liable. He did not try to accomodate me in anyway or apologize. All he said was that I would be contacted by the owner, but speaking on the owners behalf, most likely they would not claim fault. I am never going back & you should avoid this place too! CAUTION!!! Never even made it passed the vacuum area! My daughter and I took my Infiniti G37x, to get washed and vacuumed. As we made our way to the cargo area of the vehicle, my daughter began to vacuum. She immediately stopped when she realized that the vacuum suction ripped a piece of the mat! I told the attendant, he called the GM that was on site. I explained what had occurred to the mat and the GM called me a liar! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! No problem, I walked him over to both vacuums so he can see for himself that the suction was really strong and loud. He continued to call me a liar! Im more upset with his insults an attacking my character then the damage to my vehicle! I asked for the insurance info in which he declined to give. No problem. I began to record the vacuum area, so I can submit it along with my claim. He asked me to leave, stop taking pictures and told me never to come back. WOW, really? Why would I? The customer next to me asked if I was done with the vacuum and when I explained to him what just occurred he thanked me. I was just in doing so. I would hate for someone to experience what I did. Thats when the GM asked me not to speak with his customers and I informed him I would be doing much more then that i.e. posting the video on yelp! BEWARE! read more
