Great car was, but 2 things would change my rating from 4 to 5 starts. First a touhless wash option. I use the very basic wash as I have a matte finish paint job on my car. A touchless option would be great. Second, and I read this in other reviews, the employees don't make enough space between the cars as they enter the wash. They should space them a bit more. I know they want to get as many cars in as possible for speed, but one accidental braking as you enter or putting the car in park by mistake is a fender bender that could have been avoided. I hope the owner/manager seriously consider spacing the cars a bit more. read more

I live on this street. This is the worst business to put on a residential street. First off, people exit this car wash with no care about oncoming cars, and then they get upset when people honk. There needs to be a yield sign. Second, people constantly block the entire road just to squeeze in the back of a 40 minute wait time. Of course I can't control peak time but people completely blocking the road, waiting stationary between a two lane residential street is crazy. The amount of times people have flipped me off for simply leaving my street and not letting a random car cut people off is obscene. The people are not to blame, obviously most people don't know how to drive but this business should put signs up, reminding people to yield and not block the road. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately it's not an option... I went there to get a car wash this morning... They have the cars pull in so close to each other. The car in front of me (car wash states it was his fault for breaking or shifting gears?) stopped, I hit that car which then led to the car behind me hitting me.... 3 vehicle incident and workers said "pull over so you 3 can handle it. It's a customer dispute, not the shop's responsibility". Ok but that's it? No help at all? They wouldn't give their true names. The worker stated his name was "John Doe". There was no assistance from anyone at this car wash. They didn't have a manager or owner number for us to contact. They stated they have it on video that the driver in front of me was at fault, but they wouldn't let us see the video. I understand it may have been the gentleman's fault in front of me; however, the car behind me was RIGHT behind me. They need to allow space to hopefully avoid incidents like this and not so carelessly brush off incidents that took place IN THEIR CAR WASH. read more

Bangin'. Drive-thru car wash with free vacuums. As others have stated, when compared to other similar businesses in the area, for the low $3 wash you get a greater clean. If taking the chance to drive thru pay close attention to the scrubbers, sprayers and cloth action. This is a larger facility than most places and the clean is thorough. I can't remember whether I had previously been to this business or not. The pandemic has been a disruption to life and my gallivanting trips around Chicagoland. So the other day I'm driving back to the city from the deep southwest suburbs and I was thinking about washing my car but damn was it hot that day, so instead of standing in the sun doing it myself I thought best to look for a decent drive-thru. Taking Mannheim back up north I came across this lot. Business was thriving and many cars were already filling the free vacuuming lanes. I pulled in to find three in-take lanes available, so paying and entering the drive thru wash was a breeze. I opted for a package wash with spray wax, tire shine and other notable additions. The motorized system still looks brand spankin' new and the grounds were impeccably maintained. All good signs. Once I rolled out of the wash and around to the vacuum lots I could see a shiny glow to my Suby I had not seen in months. I took a few moments to admire the clean (You know, the only time I have seen my whip look this good is when I am hand washing) All while listening to A-Ha's Take on me track. In the vacuuming area, random pop music plays over loud speakers. Now about their vacuums. These are super powered and the hoses are easy to wield when moving from row to row. Also, the nozzle on the vacuum was easy to remove in the event of sucking up something I should have paid a lil' more attention too.. The power of the vacuum is intense so remove any jewelry, change and other necessities you may not like to lose. The vacuum attachment goes up and into a larger structure, so to retrieve lost items may take some time with customer service attendants. After leaving I wondered whether they offered monthly passes. I found this on their website: Q. Why does Jet Brite not offer Unlimited Wash Plans? A. At Jet Brite, we want to offer our communities everyday low pricing. The idea of forcing our customers to join a club and allow a repeating charge on your credit card to get our best pricing, is unfair to the majority of our customers. Our basic package remains only $3.00, and our top package is only $12.00, and includes Hot Wax and Tire Dressing. Most other car washes charge $15-$20 for similar packages. In addition, many of our competitors, offer by-pass lanes to entice their club members, this dramatically increases the wait times for the remaining customers. We want to offer a FAST-friendly experience to ALL our customers. NO CONDITIONS, NO GIMMICKS. That best package of $12 bucks is far better than most drive thru car washes and gas station car wash deals. Because details matter. I was driving an AWD suv. Better than most $3 car wash drive thru. The longer drive thru gets more scrubbing action and lots of vacuums.

Can't beat 15 dollars a month for unlimited car washes, but what keeps me coming back is that everybody here is so sweet, helpful, and attentive. They're always walking around clearing vacuums, never fail to greet people and just always paying attention in general. They're all so young too please give them a raise!! read more

Great car wash, favorite in the city of Chicago (I'm an Uber driver). The wash has many more scrubbers than all the other car washes. Just the basic wash will get your car squeaky clean. read more

Hello everyone I had taken my cars here before never had an issue, until my wife and I took her truck to get washed and we heard the rollers in side rubbing against her truck, went out side to dry clean it and noticed 2 lines that looked like scratches on driver side, talked to the kids that work there and they didn't know what to say, the one kid that I was talking to called someone and went inside an office for about 20 minutes, I asked and asked the other employees to tell the kid in charge to come out and talk to me and nothing, finally he came out and was on the phone with who I believe was the owner, the guy laughed at me and said that the car wash did not do that there I asked to see video and the kid just pulled up a picture he didn't want to show me any videos and told me it was already there. Very disappointed at the way it was managed never aging will I go there and clearly they only care about the money they make then to satisfy their customers!!! read more

My car gets damaged in the car wash and they write up a report saying I will get a phone call in 30 mins, no call so I contact them 5 different times and keep getting told someone will call me back then they start ignoring my phone calls and 2 weeks later still no call so my husband has to go in and demand the manager call us. Finally he calls today stating they called me 3 times and left voicemails which is a lie and making up a bunch of excuses as to how my windshield might have got cracked and how they are not responsible. They are unprofessional and the car wash that he claims is "state of art" is too rough and I'm not the only car it's damaged! read more

I wish I could give zero stars but that option is not available. My car was damaged and I filed a complaint just to be contacted by a young man name Xavier who states he's the Manager. Xavier is rude and needs more Managerial training. Xavier went on tell me that the damage to my car was there before I entered the car wash but yet sent me photos of the car that clearly shows the damage was not there. I took my car in for my weekly wash and for the fact that there was bird poo on the car. Xavier who I guess went to school to study bird poo states birds don't poop like what was on my car, like REALLY!!!! I will be going into the corporate office since there's no phone number or email address listed for them on their website. REALLY, you send me picture to prove that there was no damage but still give me attitude? I THINK NOT!! I was on the phone with Xavier whom is incapable of doing his job for about 45 minutes. Jet Brite clearly needs to train their staff on customer service. Key word CUSTOMER!! read more
