This place is pretty cheap. I got a #2 Full Service ($7.50) with the additional Armoral Dash & Doors ($6.00) and I left pretty happy with it. Then I noticed some small areas hadn't been cleaned right, but overall the service was good. It was about 90 degrees that day and they have no air conditioning in their little hallway, I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car to be cleaned inside. Needless to say, I was a sweaty beast after I left..ugh. PS... If the guys clean the inside of your car in 90 degree, don't give him a dollar tip! Cheap asses! lol read more

Under new management and remodeling everything. Unfortunately it was the worst car wash ever. There were only 2-3 people working and they had no idea what they were doing. I actually paid extra to get the super duper interior cleaning and they didn't even vacuum the carpet in my hatch area. The outside had dirt everywhere. They were working on my car for over 30 minutes and I finally said that's good enough and I had to go. The woman in front of me said she was there for literally an hour. These guys were so bad I started thinking maybe they don't like the new owner and were intentionally doing a horrible job. I hope they get it together because it used to be a decent car wash. read more

This place has been around for 40 years before Inside Out took over. I tried several times over the last couple of years to patronize it because it is a business in my town. Forget it. Last few months every time I stop there there is a problem and they can't open. I used to go every Saturday at 8 am before they took over for years never a problem. Decided to go up to WoodDale to the Inside Out on Irving and Prospect. They will be my new go to full service car wash. The team is friendly and efficient. read more

This is no longer Addison Car Wash and the $12.50 Value Wash is completely gone. It is under new ownership and is called In and Out Wash. Many of the services that used to cost $12.50 are now only available in the $22.99 package. Hardly anyone there speaks English. I had a couple small mud spots that were left behind by the machines and asked to have them cleaned up. I was told, through a translator, that it was too big a job and if I need that done to take it somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone due to exorbitant pricing and incomplete service. read more

This place is OK. Going there as a 1st timer it was a bit confusing figuring out how the system worked. Maybe I'm dumb, I dunno. Anyhow the people were friendly enough and they got it done quickly. Prices were reasonable. I didn't see a lot of difference between the 10 buck wash/vacuum and some of the other packages that could crank your bill up, but I'm not into waxing the tires and all of that stuff anyhow, so maybe it's just that those things do nothing for me, so I see them as unnecessary expenses. I can't review those packages, as I didn't do any of that. Wash it, vacuum it and roll it on out is what I was looking for. I got the basic wash and they did a pretty good job. I'd go back, no doubt. I'd do 3.5 stars if I could, as it wasn't poor service or anything, I just couldn't quite figure it out over there without parking and rambling around looking for someone who could point out which direction I should be moving, so it was a minor PITA to actually get the job moving. Other than that, all good. Maybe I'll up the rating if I head back there and it runs a bit more smoothly. read more

Had my car washed here for the first time and it was a great experience. The crew did an excellent job cleaning the inside of my van - considering my two toddlers and I pretty much live in it, so think cheerios/kix everywhere on the floor and between the seats and not to mention horrific floor mats from everyone's winter boots - they removed my seats to power wash my floor mats and vacuum the floors. Price was reasonable considering all the work they did. The only con is my windshield was a bit cloudy after the wash and dry. Definitely will return once my car needs another good interior cleaning. read more

My husband bought 3, full service packages and was told he would get a fourth free. Instead of putting it on the card with the other services, the woman that sold it to him wrote a note on the receipt for the free one. When he tried to use that receipt, the people wouldn't do it. They said they had to swipe the card. Now, the lady is gone and all three of the packages are used and they still would not take the receipt for the fourth. If you go here, don't let them try and pull that b.s. with you. Shady and not very customer friendly. If they weren't going to accept the receipt with the note as payment, why didn't they load it onto the gift card when he asked them too because he knew there would be problems. Paid for the $12.50 Super wash. They didn't dress the tires and as I was pulling out noticed tons of lint on car from their towels. And inside & outside of windows too from lint from towels. I brought my car in for a "mini detail" and couldn't believe what a fantastic job they did! They used small detail brushes to get all the small crevices in the dash and cockpit and all surfaces were given a shiny Armor All treatment. I haven't been to this location in years and it's been remodeled beautifully. I recognized some of the faces I've seen over the years and everyone was so kind to me and my toddler. I've appreciated the services of Addison Car Wash for many years. Living in Schaumburg, I drive the distance as the value and quality are very good. My brother lives in Addison and recommends this place. Friends and relatives from as far as Romeoville stop here to have their washes when nearby. Their 10 wash discount coupon book makes a nice gift. The service starts with a vacuum of the interior. Next, the car is washed by an automatic cloth wash that includes undercarriage spray. Following the wash, employees wipe dry the exterior, clean the interior windows, dash, trim and jams. The charge is $6 for the basic on Wednesdays and not much more expensive on other days (perhaps a dollar or 2). I never found lint left behind nor windows smeared, and I'm on my way in less than 15 minutes. But be warned, I found them closed on days threatening rain or other messy weather conditions. If in doubt, call 1st. Remember, for the good work and value, the guys deserve a good tip. read more

Don't take your car here!!!!!!! We took our new Murano there - the console was in nearly perfect condition with 1 visible scratch. Left with 3 very deep scratches. We are having to replace the entire cosmetic surface of the console which will cost approx $300. The manager on duty was extremely rude and insisted that all damage must have been there before the car was brought in. The vehicle is nearly new, and I had done the last detailing myself and there had been no previous scratches except the one I mentioned earlier. I noticed that scratch because I like to keep my vehicles in pristine condition and this 1 scratch really bothered me. I am extremely disappointed and will never take my business here again. I will do anything I can to make sure my friends and family avoiding having their vehicles damaged here as well. The condition they left my car in is absolutely unacceptable. I could not more vehemently insist that this is a terrible place of business. read more

This place is under new ownership now. The owner actually is a nice guy and he noticed that they made a mistake on the tires so he ran it through the wash again after doing the tires. I was there on a Tuesday and I got the ultimate package for 19.99. And you can come back within 5 days for a free exterior wash! They take their time and do a very good job on everything. Haven't been here in a while. New owner. New prices. Seems much better, cleaner, than the old owner, but of course the prices went up. He's still in reno mode. If you want the more deluxe packages you'll be getting the interior of your car detailed at the begithing of the process. There will be a waiting area in the building at that point. Then you'll get back in your car and pay at the booth they have added. You stay in the car for the entire wash and then get back out at the end for the exterior hand drying. You can also wait inside for that to be done at the front of the building. Service was acceptable for the price. read more

It's confusing if it's your first time, but just pull in straight and pick your wash package. They work quick and while it's not the classiest looking place they're one of the better wash places because of the hand dry. Not a car wash I'd take an expensive car because of potential paint swirl (they use towels not microfibers like most wash places), but a good place for a daily. $3 washed and dried is great. They'll wipe down all the jams too so it's a good place to go in the winter. I skip the interior I'd rather do it with my own products, their stuff leaves a lingering scent for a day, I personally prefer my own products that leave less intense scents. read more

Best Wash around. I've been going here several years and it's always been great. It now has new owners and the name is being changed to In and Out Wash. While the prices have increased - so has the service. I bought the top package - the #1 for $22.95 and it was basically a mini-detail. After the vacuum, wash and hot wax, they spent close to 45 minutes drying the outside, cleaning all the glass (and it's clean!!), and detailing the inside. Not only cleaned but conditioned the dash and doors, and seats. Even opened the back hatch (SUV) and cleaned and conditioned the door, seats and mat in the back. Scrubbed out the cup holders (they were pretty bad) - plus they scrubbed the tires and shined them all. WELL worth the $22.95! read more

I really really like the quality of work done at Addison Car Wash. I regularly get a full service for $6.50 on discount Wednesday else $7.50. This provides full vacuum of the interior (not the trunk), a pull through the wash tunnel with undercarriage spray, followed by a crew that does an excellent job wiping down the exterior including door jams, the interior surfaces, and washing the windows. They are fast and they do a good job. The problem... 3 times in the past year, I driven there only to find them closed. Hours posted are until 6p Mon through Sat. 2 of the times, the weather was iffy but 1/3/2013, temps were in the 30's and the weather was dry. I had done a lot of driving that day and placed Addison Car Wash on my return path. Arriving at 4:15, I find it closed. This place is 10 miles from my home and not on a path I regularly travel. I'm closer to Wise Hand Car Wash which is on a path that I drive for numerous purposes. The results at Addison are much better, the crew pays attention to what they are doing and does it well ~ I find Wise leaves smears, even on the windows. Addison will put effort to seeing if a mark can be rubbed out and rubbed out paint marks obtained from the side of the garage door, Wise refused to rub out road splatter ~ I flicked it off myself on return home. Addison charges significantly less then Wise. Addison is fast, there is no place to sit and you don't have time to sit. I allocate an hour of time for Wise. Addison does a really great job... Tip the crew to represent the value of their work ~ like the difference between the price charged by Addison and Wise. Only ~ why is Addison not dependably open??? read more
