Our trip from Kissimmee to Ft Lauderdale on March 28, 2026 was unpleasant. The driver was rude and unaccommodating. He did not allow food or drink on a very long ride and was very restrictive of use of the onboard toilet facility. The seats had no leg room, and the advertised power outlets were not present. We cancelled our return trip and took the train instead. We will not be using this company for our travels in the future and will not recommend them. read more

Great way to travel on a budget! They offer free Wi-Fi, A/C, comfortable seating, and a bathroom in the rear to travel from Orlando to Miami for only $22. Great way to send much older kids to Miami for a couple days if you want to avoid driving. The only down fall is they offer about 5 - 8 stops prior to your Miami arrival. This makes the trip much longer, probably about an hour longer but the stops are very short. Pros - cost to travel is inexpensive, A/C, bathroom and layback seats. Cons - service differentiates by driver. What I mean by that is each driver has a different level of customer service and they are assigned to buses. So you may have a great driver (nice customer service) but a bus that's much older or a terrible (customer service) driver with a newer bus. Frequent stops. Recommendations - Train everyone to keep the same level of customer service, there should be a company standard and keep the same standard with bus maintenance. Also, I recommend to inform all drivers that texting and talking on the phone while driving should be prohibited during their shift!!! read more

It is a cheap option to go to Orlando (and very convenient for me since they pick people up very close to my home) so I don't have to drive, however they should not play movies or music on their AM trips. They started playing a movie that no one cared for at 7.30AM which woke up most of the passengers up, and the volume was so loud that none of us could go back to sleep. In fact, I wore headphones to play my own music and still could not listen to it over how high it was. As other people noted, there are waay too many stops. They should perhaps consider adding more routes with less stops each too, but at $20 a piece there's not much room to complain. I would not mind paying more and get there faster so hopefully they'll consider new options or alternatives. Overall the bus is a decent service worth the money, but it can get very tiring being forced to listen to a movie or music that you do not care for, for 4 hours straight when you could be sleeping, studying or trying to focus on your work. read more

The staff members are very rude. They charged me double, and when I ask for a refund they bus driver and receptionist start yelling a me. I told them that they are extremely unprofessional. I ended up contacting the manager but I don't anything happen to the staff members. The only plus side about this bus company is that it is cheaper compared to others. I've spoken with one of the customer service staff in the Orlando location and she refused to grant me a change of date and time. I also asked for the managers name so I can speak to him or her and she refused to provide that information to me, I then asked: "What time does your manager come in?" And she responded: "6:00pm, it would be too late cause your bus departs at 7:40pm." That purposely gives me no time to reason with the manager. Jetset, this is no way of dealing with a customer. The seat got uncomfortable for my lower back so when we finally got close I was a little desperate to get out lol I would definitely recommend bringing a lumbar pillow and a neck pillow in the future. The driver seemed to be trying to jerk himself awake every now and then, with tapping loudly on the wheel and dashboard and doing breathing exercises, he made a few calls while driving too which made me nervous but thankfully nothing really happened. In the end, we got to our destination without any mishaps or gross smells on the bus which I was thankful for. Would ride again with pillows for comfort. read more

I have taken this bus service about 3 times and the only reason i do, is because it beats driving and its cheaper than most ($23). I do have to say, every experience does get better but it does not differ that this company is cheap. They have horrible service when you're on the bus. They claim to offer WiFi but everytime i have ridden their shuttle, none was provided. When you first call to book a reservation, the agents sound rushed and they dont provide enough information about the trip; They expect you to know. Being picked up, there is no terminal. You basically get picked/ dropped off on the street. Just be cautious, it might not be the safest especially at their departure times. Which for their mornings are 7am and evenings 7p, no in between and usually they are late. Try to be there at least 15 mins before. read more

Price is reasonable and times are convenient , however, I was surprised to see the driver counting money, watching videos, looking for music on his cellphone and having a video call WHILE DRIVING!. They're rules are so inconsistent. In all the fares I've taken with them not a single driver mentioned a rule about food and beverage. The last time a couple had an entire Wendy's family meal and never once did the driver bat an eye. The manager said they have signs on the bus and sure enough he points to the bus and there is no visible sign. They are finicky with the mask rule as it's dependent on the driver. Some don't care and other enforce it. If this company worked on their consistency and customer service as much as they parked their fancy Mercedes up front y'all would fair better. read more

I've been riding jet set from orl to Hollywood and vice versa and I've never had a problem with them. Their terminal on LB McLeod has seating, vending machines and restrooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drivers do their job and I cannot recall a time they were late(I've only taken the first bus out and the last bus in). It's a very popular stop in Kissimmee. There's WiFi and a movie is played(although very loudly) throughout the ride. This company is also Spanish friendly and driver is known to translate over the intercom in Spanish any information about stops etc. I've rode greyhound before and it was a complete nightmare but jetset is heaven sent compared to them. My only complain is that they don't do late night trips. Last bus leaves at 7pm. read more

The company left me in the middle of know where... I had a pick up at 7:45 pm today 7/31/18. This all started 15 minutes before the bus was suppose to show up at the so called Lake Worth station which by the way is a gas station in the middle of nowhere on the turnpike. I call them to confirm my pick up and they told me that they were running late. When they didn't show up at 7:45 I call again to Confirm that they were going to pick me up and everytime they kept saying they were going to be 15 minutes late every time I called after that. Then when I called at 8:45 they told me that they already passed and that they were not going to pick me up. They also hung up on me before I could say anything. Best price compare to any other bus service from Miami to Orlando. Pros: They have several hours and locations in Miami to be picked up from, they are punctual, they have Wifi and they also have electrical outlets which is great if you need to take your work with you however their website does specify that this isn't always the case for every bus which means I got lucky! They also are holding my lost item and hope to retrieve from them should I choose to use their buses again. Cons: Although they do have several locations to be picked up from it seems that means they are too many stops in between Miami to Miami Beach. The seats are a bit too uncomfortable and don't provide a lot of leg room. For those who are disabled that means sitting in the back in front of the bathroom which can be rather unpleasant. I was accompanying my mother and since she has back pain this made her situation 10X worse so I recommend to bring extra cushioning for the seating. Could have done well without the Movie which was Free Willy, I know it was a family movie but honestly anything is better than the same generic choice. Was disappointed with the driver on the way he did handle a customer and her baby as he didn't find a way to provide seating for her child and she carried her on her lap until he took a small break. If it was my option I would give them a zero star, I called yesterday to ask if It was an option to cancel my ticket due to the hurricane and get a refund and the lady I spoke to advised that she will give us a call the day before and that refund was not a problem. Took the bus his weekend and was uncomfortable my squished with the lady sitting next to me who was holding her baby. On top of the baby shrieking for the last 30 minutes of the ride, the baby was in poor health and sneezed on me. And now I believe I have got a cold that I didn't have before. I have been using this bus service every week for almost a year now. Today I had an issue with carrying a food item that was in a closed container stored in my bag on the bus. I was by the owner to put it under the bus due to food not being permitted on the bus. I was not the only one with food but I had to discharged my food. Once I pointed out other people on the bus with food even a Hispanic young lady was eating a sandwich the owner expressed it was cooked food. The last time I checked if you say NO FOOD chips, sandwiches, soda etc are considered to be a food item. The only other person that was made to place their food under the bus was a Haitian woman but all other of the Hispanic nationality were able to keep their food and beverage items on the bus. This is the first time I post a review on Yelp and the reason I am writing this review is so nobody else has to go through this experience. STAY AWAY! Absolute worst experience ever! I dont understand how these people are in business! Unprofessional, rude staff! The bus driver by the name of "John" is extremely rude and incompetent and thinks he is some big hot shot! So the nightmare begins when we get in line to wait for the bus (we were first in line) and John starts reading off some list and calls the people who hadn't paid and were paying in cash first. So people who paid beforehand and were in a line were called after and were the last to get in a bus. We had paid and reserved 2 round trip tickets (and had the confirmation email to prove it) and when he finished calling everyone "John" says our names are not on the list (for the return ticket) and ignores us for about 30 minutes. Then he tells us we can get on the bus if we pay $40 dollars - yes they were trying to charge us twice! After another 20 or so minutes John is kind enough to call the company and they tell us that despite having a paid reservation we are not on the list so we have to pay again. After lots of back and forth and 1 hour late (yes, unfortunately the entire bus had to wait 1 hour because of their lack of professionalism and stupidity) we got on the bus. To top it all off, my boyfriend had to sit on the floor because there were no seats! Yes this is UNSAFE and IllEGAl. He could only get a seat after the first drop off was made about 2 hours later. And to add insult to injury, the driver didn't want to drop us off at our location (which was printed on the reservation). When my boyfriend asked him to drop us off as our location, he ignored him. Finally after him asking 3 times, he said he would take us. We had to beg him to do us this "favor". I understand mistakes can happen but to make a mistake and treat the customer poorly, is unacceptable! All I can say is that I hope these people lose business with the new train from Miami to Orlando because a company like this can NOT stay in business. I will seek legal action because these people treat their customers like animals and this cannot keep happening to other customers and I hope this company takes action against their employee. read more

I wake up at 4 am to make it to my location at 5am with my service pet and luggage and was denied service. Scheduled to leave Jet Set terminal in Orlando on the evening bus. First stop was a Walmart. Within a few minutes, the bus stopped running and everybody was asked to get off the bus. After about 15 minutes we were advised that another bus would becoming to pick us up. I called the main number and was told the same. Another 15 minutes later we were told that the radiator needed water and everybody got back on the bus. I had to board; I had to get to West Palm that night. Driver stopped at a gas station and filled several bottles of water in case the bus stopped running again. How unsafe is this???????? There was never another bus coming!! This infuriated me!! The driver refused to turn on the ac, there were people screaming from the back of the bus at him until he finally turned it on as we were getting to Miami. This was THE WORST experience traveling I've ever had. I'm six feet tall and have good posture, there was a guy sitting in front of me with his seat all the way down, and it felt like he was literally sitting on my lap. My knee had to be sticking him in his back the whole trip. Their rates are cheap and so are they. I felt like I was getting smuggled across the border! It felt as if I were inside a sardine tin - the bus was packed, everyone was screaming, and everyone was sweating their asses off. On top of all of this, there aren't different departure times to choose from - they have a specific time they leave and that's it! Needless to say, you get what you pay for. Made a reservation on gotobus, received a confirmation and a reminder for my trip. Got there to check in and the woman at the desk was very short and rude stating that my printed confirmation wasn't such! She then told me I'd have to wait on a waiting list to get on the bus even though I had a confirmed statement and receipt from my bank of the purchase. Once I waited for 10 minutes, she allowed me to board the bus but the driver closed the suitcase storage me because he didn't have me on the list! Oh boy! Where do I begin. Lets start from the top. My boyfriend bought a ticket to spend the weekend with me, and It all started when it was time for his departure back home to Orlando. On our way to the bus departure place we saw Jet Set Express Bus and we thought "Oh look the bus is getting there at the same time as us." Well, we thought wrong; Bus actually turned onto the expressway to leave Miami. Mind you, the departure time was at 5:30 pm and the bus was leaving already at 5:23 pm. In hopes that that wasn't actually the bus leaving, we arrived at the departure place BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE and waited til "Set Departure Time" and there was no bus to be found. The bus had left him. At that moment he had to rush to get another ticket back home. So we called Jet Set Express the next day to get his money back and spoke to Paula (not very friendly by the way). We kept getting the run around that we should call Wanderwu which is the company we booked the ticket through. However, if there are any issues Wanderwu specifies on their website "If you have any questions about a ticket or and upcoming trip that you booked through Wanderwu, please contact the bus or train carrier conducting the trip." Paula kept giving excuses for the sake of the company. Conversation ended with her saying she HAD to contact Wanderwu and sent them an email to give us a refund. I am in the process of waiting now.
