They have no set hours, if you google the hours and it says they are open it's lying. Austin the manager can not give refunds and says they have nothing to do with what google says hours are. Been here 3 times and not once tried to sell me a wash pass club. I worked in Fulfport ms at Pit Stop car wash. We always had 1 person at pay station to try and sell passes. This is guaranteed income each month. Also way too many working we would do 2 or 3 people total. 1 at pay station 1 or two at wash station. We could run 60 cars an hour thru with 3 people. In most ways I really enjoy jet splash but recently we have had an issue. We have a "fast pass" for this business so we do not have to wait behind one time only customers or behind vehicles needing extra time to purchase add ons or new memberships. This year jet-splash has decided to close down the fast pass lane so they can try and sell you new memberships or renewals. The few times we have asked why lane is closed it is always a different answer. They don't charge a lot for the fast pass lane but it is a charge we incurred for a service they are taking away. I could even get on board if they only did this for a week or so but it has been longer than that I am continually made to wait in a line I paid their company to not have to sit in so they can try and sell stuff to me. I have been a jet splash member for four years. I love the concept. Locations across town, which are convenient for me. The execution is typically satisfactory. But the customer service is hit and miss. I get very frustrated with the attitude of the attendants that spray down your car before you enter. Typically the one is waving you in like you're an idiot... Especially if you're trying not to over accelerate to avoid to the car in front of you or run over the other guy spraying down your front bumper. This has been a consistent experience for me for years... No matter what location, or which attendant. I consistently tip so the dry team is usually cordial. And the booth attendants are usually cheery. It's just the darn entrance experience that has me righting this review right now. read more

I moved and called Jet Splash to stop my membership for my wife car and my truck, I was informed to do that online. I did cancel our membership online but we still getting charges on our credit card. No one is returning my calls, so I stopped on my car wash on 56 and Pin lake, and the lady informed me that the supervisor, Kinsey will call me back, finally Kinsey called me back with unprofessional, rude attitude accusing me that I was rude with the lady at the car wash which I was NOT. The supervisor, Kinsey did not see that my kids and I have been loyal customers for the last 3-4 years, and this will change after the way I was treated by this supervisor. Kinsey is a bad example for her people to follow and should be trained on how to address customer concerns. read more

Moved to Lincoln back in October from Kansas City, was spoiled with both Waterway and Charlie's Car Wash. Excellent service at both, along with a price point that merited the charge. Jet Splash is a lesser knock off. Staffed by apathetic, usually snotty teens, I've gone through 4x now and have been underwhelmed each and every time. The crew seems to spend more time texting and fraternizing than providing service. This was apparent at multiple locations. Wish there was other options in Lincoln, unforgivably they seem to have a monopoly. I'll still take my vehicle, but no tips from me. read more

Awful Car wash; Terrible Customer Service; Since there's no review page the one on 84th and Holdredge; I'll leave it here. A couple years ago, Someone drying my truck mirror, broke it when I folded my mirrors in before going through the car wash. This baby faced bald manager came out and cursed me out because the person told him he didn't do it. Didn't get any money from it; He wouldn't let me see the video footage on their security system and I left a voicemail for the owner of Jet splash and he wasn't man enough to call me back. Still will never take my vehicle there and got quite a few people to stop going because of it. read more

Called cops on me while parked behind the car wash. Im a out of town medical professional & was eating my sandwich while on my lunch break. Cop said I could stay & to enjoy my lunch. I understand if you are scared of strange parked cars but 911 is for emergencies, you wasted an officer's valuable time. I had a good amount of mud on my truck from being on muddy dirt roads after the last couple weeks of rain. I was told I had excessive mud, so I bought the 20 dollar wash. They brought in a couple more guys to pre wash my truck with the pressure washers. Went through got done and my truck was still dirty and the wheel wells were caked with mud. Took me about two minutes with my hands to get the mud off the wheel wells. So basically I spent 20 bucks to watch lazy teenagers snicker at my dirty truck then had to clean it myself. To top it off the vacuums weren't working. Sincerly the guy that wont ever use you again. read more

As of Jan 1st 2018 all Jet Splash car washes are NO longer drying all door jams and the rims. The reason provided by the attendant drying my one door jam was management wanted to get more cars through the car wash. Prices stayed the same and supposedly adding a new service to the same price. The reason I come to Jet splash is for that extra touch, obviously need to go elsewhere. read more

Today was my last day with this business. Several months of changes without notice is service and then today, I asked the young gentleman if my tires/wheels were done. He LIED to my face telling me they were. And they are not. No one checked the price of my car wash so I guess an $8 wash and a $20 wash are the same? Additionally when I cancelled my monthly subscription, the reason listed was "To expensive". NO ONE asked why?!?!?!?! Not the reason. Declining Customer Service is the reason. read more

Wow, I just had such a ridiculously poor experience here. I washed my car and then went to vacuum it out. There was something on the vacuum nozzle that stained my seat. When I brought this to an employee's attention I was told to try and get it out myself. When I called and spoke with the owner, he told me that I paid for the car wash ($40/month!) but the vacuums were free so they weren't responsible. Way to go customer service! read more

Came here with a friend to get her car cleaned and I have to say it was a good experience. The car wash got her car and ever her wheels cleaned. The only part of the wash that needed a little bit better area was the part right after the car wash when they wipe down your car. They open the doors to wipe down the inside of the doors, but when we pulled over to vacuum out the car there was still some dirt in the middle of the inside of the door (if that made sense). Easy clean, but for $16 all the dirt better be gone. The overall experience was really good though. read more

I have had my car for a little over a month now and have gotten several car washes from the 84 and Holderge location. Because it's on my way home this last time I had gotten a $13 wash and when it was my turn to be sprayed down one of the boys who was working there went to turn in my mirrors my driver side closed no problem. However when it came time for my passenger side that one has never closed this boy tried once didn't work no big deal they all do but usually it's a one and leave it alone well he sprayed off the joint to see if it was just something stuck then tried it again. My sister was sitting in the passenger seat shaking her head no to indicate that it doesn't move but he tried harder. And with that final hit he snapped it off and left it dangling by the wires that attach it to my car. He didn't even apologize he had someone else apologize for him. So now I sit with a car that is super glued and zip striped. Wondering if I'm gunna have to pay for it on my own. Let me just tell you if you like your car at all don't go here. They do a great job of removing all the grime off but the some times the people drying the vehicles are wearing jeans and jackets with zippers and buttons that are exposed. I've brought this up several times with management but they say they don't have a dress code. Which I know other car washes do. But I got such a great deal on my monthly I'll stick it out. I hope they make that change soon for everyone's sake. read more

Definitely my favorite car wash in town. The Jet Gloss is definitely worth the extra money, it made my car shiny and smoother. The gentlemen who sprayed and dried my car were very nice and thorough in their work, especially a young man named Ilum. Will definitely come back here for all my car washing needs! read more
