JetBlue departing from PBI West Palm Beach to MacArthur Airport Islip, NY on January 21, 2026 was the best, most efficient flight (581) I've ever been on in my life. I got a head start before the snowstorm. My return flight was scheduled for 1/25/26 which was cancelled so I'm very happy I returned early. Most importantly, the crew was fantastic and all went seamless (no turbulence whatsoever). And I just want to acknowledge that the pilot was a woman. Co-pilot was a man. They did an amazing job getting us back to Long Island flawlessly. Bravo! read more

The JetBlue staff at PBIA are horrible. Our flight attendant Carmen on our NY to PBI flight falsely accused my daughter of "knocking over a box of tissue" near the restroom. My daughter had no idea what she was talking about. My daughter literally went to the restroom and returned to her seat and sat the rest of the flight. She doesn't even remember seeing any tissues. When I asked for FA's name (Carmen), she got mad and said she wouldn't get in trouble for this and would write us a ticket. She told the pilot my daughter "was destroying property" on the flight and even though my daughter was seated came all the way back to give her a ticket and threaten me with one. We were met by Palm Beach Sheriff's office. After discussing situation, they agreed it was customer service issue and we left. Absolutely disgusting of JetBlue. They either had the wrong person or mistook what was an accident for something else. They escalated the situation unnecessarily. read more

After witnessing how our checked bags were being handled at the check in counter, it is no surprise that my perfume broke. JetBlue has the worst customer service I have ever seen, and it started at check in. There was absolutely no reason for the JetBlue counter at Palm Beach International to throw our bags roughly 3.5 feet in the air to place it on the conveyor belt, yet that is what I witnessed with all three of our checked bags. Somehow by the grace of God, our baggage made it to Buffalo partially unscathed. Knowing how roughly they handled our bags the first time, we took extra precautions for our trip home- wrapping any fragile items in clothing, scarves, and putting in a boot (also wrapped in winter clothing). Upon our return trip, we witnessed the same manhandling of our bags (I would like to state that each of our checked bags were well under the 50-pound limit.) I winced at the sight, but I was confident in the padding we used and the precautions we took- I should not have been. Upon arriving home, we unpacked and to my absolute horror, the top to my brand-new perfume had come off, leaving less than 2 wears in the bottle itself. I contacted the JetBlue claims department for assistance. I should have known that they will never assist you- The gentleman on the call let me know that "JetBlue is not responsible for any crystal or fragile items that break within your luggage." (This bottle of perfume is far from fragile; it has fallen 5.5 feet from a shelf onto tile floor and has not broken). Therefore, the only plausible cause for the breakage of this bottle has to be the irresponsible and unnecessarily aggressive handling of our luggage. JetBlue does not care about its travelers or fixing any of their (completely avoidable) mistakes, they only want your money. Please think again before choosing to fly JetBlue. read more

I take the PBI to DCA flight back & forth quite a bit, the most recent was flight #B6 2334. The flight attendant Sandy rudely and on purpose bypassed me during snack service. When I asked her why she had done that she became loud and instancing that she wouldn't do that. As I sat there completely pissed off, it dawned on me that she had done the exact same thing on a pervious flight. In her loud response to me asking her why she would do that, she asked me the same question. So I'm asking whoever receives this, why would she do that???? Has she done it before to someone else? We used to take Frontier up north, but recently switched over to JetBlue due to better scheduling options. I have to say, it was a really treat flying with them! I don't hate Frontier or anything, but JetBlue is just on another level. The seats are far more comfortable than Frontier and the media options. Wow! Frontier has nothing, no media whatsoever. JetBlue had tons of movies and shows for free. And the screen size was pretty good actually. Also, free Wifi! It wasn't all that fast, but it was good enough for the basics which suited me perfectly. I also want to mention how solid the staff was. The in flight crew was courteous, pleasant and efficient. And they really did a good job with little touches. For example, my attendant gave us a hearty, personal greeting while he was dispensing drinks and food. Not a huge deal obviously, but It was nice to see an employee take the time to know my name and care, actually. I really didn't think this kind of service existed in airlines anymore. Overall 5 stars from me. Can't wait to fly with them again. read more

We have always traveled Jet Blue and we travel quite often! This time, my husband (who is very tall) asked if there was a seat we could be moved to that had the extra leg room. We usually are able to do this with no issues ever. This time we were told it was an extra $88 to move to the extra leg room seat. This is the first time we have ever encountered this problem. They usually have no problem moving to the extra leg room seat and this has always been one of the main reasons we fly Jet Blue. This time, not only will they not move the seat for us, but they have now added a note to our account that this will never be allowed again! I mean come on! Are you intentionally trying to make passengers uncomfortable and unhappy?!?! I just don't get it! Unfortunately, this will probably be our last flight with this company, what an absolutely shameful way to treat paying customers!! read more

JetBlue was our favorite airline to travel with but their customer service is basically non existent at this point. I was unable to book flights with my JetBlue credit card points so I paid with my JetBlue credit card instead and figured I would call after the holiday weekend to sort it out. After getting the run around from JetBlue and speaking to several people I was informed I would have to cancel my flights and rebook new flights. Of course they wanted to charge me several hundred dollars to do this even though I have a JetBlue Plus card that is SUPPOSED to have cancellation coverage that would allow me to do so without charge (I confirmed this with my CC company). Jet blues said no. They sent me to their escalation team that was rude and unhelpful. ****save yourself a headache and fly with another airline and don't bother paying $99 for a credit card with false promises of benefits that apparently don't exist! read more

We have Travel bank dollars saved to use because of covid, they are restricting using them and also they are now restricting a carry on bag, and charging $90 per carry on bag per person per flight to make up for the money they lost while they were shut down. We arrived at the airport 8 hours early, we couldn't check our bag until 6 hours prior to take off, so the amazing team on Feb 18 held our bag in baggage services so we could do some last minute exploring in Palm Beach. We had a nice time at the Palm Beach Zoo and science museum, and when we got back to the airport to check in, our bag was ready and waiting for us. I like this airline. They are pretty good airline although some of their planes are on the small side. I have enjoyed flying with them. Every year no matter who the airline it seems as though there is less and less space and leg room. With Jet Blue..and I can't say for sure it's available on all flights..but when I have flown with them, you can purchase the "extra leg room" tickets and I'd really advise anyone with leg issues to utilize this option. It makes for a much more enjoyable flight. I have not flown in awhile but last I did, they were about 50 dollars extra per person but I happen to think it is worth it although I have not always used it. Last time I flew with them I did however and it worked out well. read more

My girlfriend is handicapped by a very painful disability that sometimes results in awful spasms. Her service dog, Cora, has been trained to recognize the symptoms and call attention to her difficulties. She was vetted by the DOT for air travel and has an official registration number. She's flown at least a dozen times on other airlines without any difficulty. JetBlue, on the other hand, provides the form to vet the service animal and then DOES NOT honor the disposition. JB insists on a travel request that they deny and insist that an airline employee (medically trained to make a determination? I think NOT!) has to conduct an interview at the counter. My girlfriend has no idea whether or not she will be able to travel with her SA. This is an incredibly cruel policy foisted on people who least deserve more hassles in their lives. BTW: all the other airlines she has flown accept the required vetting performed by third party organizations. Can't imagine what degenerate individual would create such a hurtful policy for an organization that claims to be customer-centric. In the future we will avoid JetBlue and tell anyone who will listen about their cruel policy and bias against those people who have medical difficulties and are immensely aided by a service animal. Personally, I'd be ashamed to work for such an organization. ZERO stars. PS: I'll be contacting my congressman and senator about this malfeasance. read more

I flew home from Fort Myers to Boston yesterday on flight 266 and sat in row 26. A woman sat next to me and had bought two seats one for her and for her puppy. The puppy was so well behaved and the woman could not have been nicer. She was only concerned for her puppies well-being. The flight attendants were so rude and their behavior made me uncomfortable to the point were I felt I should say something. I have never seen such awful behavior by anyone. Absolutely disgraceful behavior. Plus they kept taking off their masks and were talking loudly in the back like they just did not care. read more

What's with the cripple coral? Jet blue T5 at JFK used to have wheelchairs at the curb if you requested one when purchasing your ticket. There would be chairs at curbside check in waiting for you. In the last few years they created the cripple coral and pen. If you need a wheelchair you have to hobble through the terminal to the cripple coral , wait in line then go stand in a roped off pen waiting for your chair. Ah yes...yet another disastrous travel experience with Jetblue flying Westchester, NY to Ft. Lauderdale. After a two hour delay to get on the plane - we were asked to get off the plane because the emergency exit door was not sealing properly and water was leaking into the cabin. Great. That's very reassuring. Luckily it only took them an hour to fix the issue, and we made it to Florida 3 hours late without the door falling off over the Atlantic. Love Jetblue! They make flying so enjoyable and their employees are all so friendly and aim to please. In an age when airlines are adding seats and taking away frills, Jetblue continues to improve their offerings. I had a great trip to NYC, and we flew on one of their newest airbus aircraft. It had the most comfortable seats, touchscreen TVs with live satellite programs and FREE WiFi. Too bad the flight was only a couple of hours.
