This is Carmen. She is the flight attendant who falsely accused my daughter of "destroying property" when she claims a box of tissue fell.
    Stephen G.

The JetBlue staff at PBIA are horrible. Our flight attendant Carmen on our NY to PBI flight falsely accused my daughter of "knocking over a box of tissue" near the restroom. My daughter had no idea what she was talking about. My daughter literally went to the restroom and returned to her seat and sat the rest of the flight. She doesn't even remember seeing any tissues. When I asked for FA's name (Carmen), she got mad and said she wouldn't get in trouble for this and would write us a ticket. She told the pilot my daughter "was destroying property" on the flight and even though my daughter was seated came all the way back to give her a ticket and threaten me with one. We were met by Palm Beach Sheriff's office. After discussing situation, they agreed it was customer service issue and we left. Absolutely disgusting of JetBlue. They either had the wrong person or mistook what was an accident for something else. They escalated the situation unnecessarily.

After witnessing how our checked bags were being handled at the check in counter, it is no surprise that my perfume broke. JetBlue has the worst customer service I have ever seen, and it started at check in. There was absolutely no reason for the JetBlue counter at Palm Beach International to throw our bags roughly 3.5 feet in the air to place it on the conveyor belt, yet that is what I witnessed with all three of our checked bags. Somehow by the grace of God, our baggage made it to Buffalo partially unscathed. Knowing how roughly they handled our bags the first time, we took extra precautions for our trip home- wrapping any fragile items in clothing, scarves, and putting in a boot (also wrapped in winter clothing). Upon our return trip, we witnessed the same manhandling of our bags (I would like to state that each of our checked bags were well under the 50-pound limit.) I winced at the sight, but I was confident in the padding we used and the precautions we took- I should not have been. Upon arriving home, we unpacked and to my absolute horror, the top to my brand-new perfume had come off, leaving less than 2 wears in the bottle itself. I contacted the JetBlue claims department for assistance. I should have known that they will never assist you- The gentleman on the call let me know that "JetBlue is not responsible for any crystal or fragile items that break within your luggage." (This bottle of perfume is far from fragile; it has fallen 5.5 feet from a shelf onto tile floor and has not broken). Therefore, the only plausible cause for the breakage of this bottle has to be the irresponsible and unnecessarily aggressive handling of our luggage. JetBlue does not care about its travelers or fixing any of their (completely avoidable) mistakes, they only want your money. Please think again before choosing to fly JetBlue.

The customer service team assists travelers with managing existing bookings, updating itineraries, exploring alternative travel options, and addressing questions throughout the travel process. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. Unfortunately, this American Airlines experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra **$140** for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, **6K**, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original Detroit contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking American Airlines for a similar trip in the Future. We rarely make it down to Miami for a flight, but West Palm is usually worth going north to that airport for a flight. We planned a weekend trip to New York last month and with a bit cross checking, Palm Beach International Airport had the best flight based on flight time and cost. It is nice to be able to just walk into a airport that's not crazy at all. within minutes after walking in we are almost always gateside. They have a quick TSA area, and once by the gate there is always spot to grab a bite or drink. This last trip there was a open space bar in the middle of the rotunda where we could see our gate and about four others, so it was easy to time our check grab and getting in line for our flight. We generally fly out of Fort Lauderdale, but when its close to a tie which to go with, we got Palm Beach.

Flying home, my flight was delayed but there were plenty of places to sit and I was able to use my laptop and charge my phones. If visiting Florida is your thing, this is a good gateway.

I'm bummed they stopped flying from Fort Lauderdale. I've had great experiences with Frontier (like today when all goes smoothly and on-time), and horrible experiences (like my previous 3 trips). Like 8 hour delays because the plane is broken and they don't have other planes. And miscommunications to passengers where they post a 3 hour delay on their website and send a text to passengers, only to give 1 hour notice that the plane is actually on time. Oops, our bad. We forgot to correct our prior notification. And having no luggage because now you're running to catch the flight, praying they'll re-open the doors (they did), and knowing you don't have a second to spare to bring a bag. So, sometimes you get what you pay for with Frontier. My latest ticket was purchased the day before the flight and only cost $168 roundtrip with taxes and $30 for a checked bag (that I didn't actually check). Pretty darn cheap. Know that you pay extra for everything. There is a base ticket price, usually for a middle seat toward the back of the plane. Then you pay more for a carry-on or checked bag. Then you can pay more for a better seat (window, front of plane, more leg room, seat that reclines). On board, you can get 2 cups of water for free, and pay for anything else. My bottle of water was $2.99. I've always had a good experience with Frontier employees. Gate attendants have been friendly, and onboard crews have been funny, friendly and efficient.
